Music producer Tay Keith left behind a massive estate when he died, including a car collection and a home in Tennessee, TMZ has learned. 

Court docs reveal Tay’s family member was appointed as the administrator of his estate.

The family member said the estate includes substantial assets, bank accounts, money market accounts, a Mercedes-Maybach and a Lambo. The other assets include 50% interest in a home in Memphis, interest in Shadow Tequila, a 50% interest in an engineering studio, music publishing interests, his music catalog, and his trademark and royalties.

Evidence apparently shows Nolan Wells was still on Horn Island when his friends' boat left ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge of the investigation claim authorities have evidence of Nolan being on the Mississippi barrier island after the boat departed on the Fourth of July ... which would be a huge development.

We're told at least two witnesses who were interviewed by law enforcement say they saw Nolan on the island after the boat headed back to the mainland.

07:16 PM PT -- Jeff's lawyer, Michael E. Weinsten, tells TMZ, "This purported filing by Ms Banks is just the latest desperate ... act from someone who has already been found liable in a court of law for defaming my client over many years, threatening this family, interfering with his business and other outrageous conduct."

Jeff sued Azealia in 2020 for alleged defamation, stalking, invasion of privacy and civil extortion. She denied the claims. The singer filed a countersuit, but the claims were dismissed. Jeff's lawsuit against Azealia remains ongoing.

Jeff's lawyer said they recently completed a trial on the issue of damages where they put forth evidence of the alleged damage caused by "Ms. Banks and her antics."

Michael tells TMZ, "We are expecting a ruling in the coming months and look forward to the court holding Ms. Banks fully accountable for her actions." He said the singer had the chance to raise her "alleged grievances" in the lawsuit, "but all of her claims were dismissed ... with prejudice."

Azealia Banks just filed for a temporary restraining order against her ex-manager, claiming he psychologically and emotionally abused her for over a decade.

According to Monday’s filing, obtained by TMZ, AB says she’s been abused by Jeff Kwatinetz since 2014, when he allegedly got her to sign up for a life insurance policy when she was intoxicated.

Banks claims ... “He gave me expensive red wine and put the policy in front of me when I was drunk and we were cozied up.”

Cassie scored a legal victory in the battle with one of the former male escorts suing her over freak offs with her ex, Diddy, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a federal court judge sided with Cassie and dismissed all claims against her brought by Clayton Howard.

The order does, however, give him the opportunity to amend some of his claims to potentially revive a portion of the case against Cassie. 

Clayton’s sued both Diddy and Cassie, claiming he suffered damages, including psychological injuries, after participating in the freak offs. He claimed Cassie coordinated the events.

The man who "No Jumper" cohost Ant Jefe allegedly murdered was high on meth during the 10v1 street fight that ended his life, TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the Los Angeles Medical Examiner's report for Carl Welch ... and it says toxicology results showed he was high on meth, and had recently done cocaine when he died. 

However, the ME says drugs did not cause Carl's death ... instead, the ME says he died due to blunt force trauma to his head.

Investigators say Carl was attacked by Ant and nine others on January 31 in a parking lot ... and prosecutors charged Ant and a man named Johnnie Gray with Carl's murder.

Kris Jenner and the crew took over the bar at La Valencia Hotel in San Diego's swanky La Jolla neighborhood -- one of the family's longtime favorite spots -- Sunday for an intimate three-hour Celebration of Life.

Ahead of the service, Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi were spotted boarding a private jet to San Diego alongside Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet.

The couples reportedly attended, though they weren't seen leaving the event with the rest of the family.

The family of slain University of Idaho student Kaylee Goncalves is speaking out after her alleged murderer requested to withdraw his guilty plea ... and they're incensed.

In a statement, the Goncalves family called Bryan Kohberger "the mosquito you just can’t seem to swat."

Kaylee's family recalled how Kohberger pleaded guilty to the murders of Kaylee, Madison MogenXana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin ... saying, "He never cried foul, never claimed he was uninformed or pressured, and never suggested there were problems with the discovery materials he and his counsel had reviewed for two years that should have been challenged. He admitted his guilt."

Dr. Brian Monahan, attending physician of the U.S. Congress and Supreme Court, had just gotten his lunch on Monday when a photog peppered him with questions about McConnell ... and the doc refused to say anything of substance.

Dr. Monahan claimed he had "no information" about McConnell ... even though his office put out a long statement Monday discussing McConnell's slow recovery from a June fall at his home.

The doc didn't know much more about his Subway sandwich -- he had no clue what kind of cold cuts he was being served -- and the photog rightfully gave him grief about his fast food choice.

Blake Garrett -- best known for his role in "How to Eat Fried Worms" -- was found unresponsive next to his bed in a sober living house ... with rolled dollar bills, a lighter, and foil with burnt residue nearby.

TMZ obtained the former child actor's full autopsy report, which describes the scene at the Tulsa residence where he was found dead back in February.

The Oklahoma Medical Examiner previously determined Garrett died from acute fentanyl toxicity and ruled the manner of death an accident ... and the autopsy shows alcohol testing came back negative.
