Jane Doe's state of inebriation could prove critical in determining if she had the ability to consent to sex at the Chi Phi fraternity in 2024 ... and some of the men she's accusing of rape pointed to a text exchange to show she was not out of it.

TMZ has obtained a text exchange that was part of the Cornell University disciplinary hearing, and sources with knowledge tell us ... at least one of the accused claims it shows Jane Doe was not incapacitated.

One text message is from one of Jane's roommates at 3:05 AM, as the fraternity party was still in full swing. It reads, "You coming home tn (tonight)?" Jane's answer -- "idk" (I don't know).

Selma Blair's service dog was along for the wild plane ride that ended with the actress in handcuffs ... and while Selma is in the hospital, we're told her four-legged companion is doing just fine.

Sources tell TMZ ... Selma's English Red Fox Labrador, Scout, was aboard Sunday's Delta flight when the actress allegedly went berserk on the crew. We're told Scout is safe and was picked up by Selma's lawyer at JFK Airport.

Selma got Scout in 2021, three years after revealing her multiple sclerosis diagnosis.

10/14/2026 8 AM PT -- TMZ has learned Diddy busted his head during a fight with another famous inmate.

Diddy was transported out of federal prison early Saturday morning for a medical emergency ... TMZ has learned.

Sources at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey tell us ... Diddy left the prison grounds early Saturday morning to get treatment for a head injury. Presumably, he was taken to a nearby hospital, but we haven't confirmed that.

We're told the ambulance pulled out of Fort Dix around 1 AM ... but, apparently, the injury was not life-threatening, because our sources say he was conscious and speaking when he was taken back to the prison before sunrise Saturday.

It's still unclear how Diddy hurt his head.

Olivier Martinez says his son with Halle Berry was afraid nobody would believe his abuse allegations against his mother ... so he snapped a photo to back up his story, and now he wants to testify in court.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Olivier claims their 13-year-old son Maceo took a picture of Halle following an alleged physical altercation at her home on September 26, which set off a custody war.

Olivier says Maceo had previously made allegations about his mother getting physical with him but felt nobody took his complaints seriously ... so this time, he says his son wanted photographic evidence.

Chris Brown’s former housekeeper, Maria Avila, wants the singer arrested for making it hard for her to collect the $9 million judgment from her successful dog bite case ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Maria, who was awarded millions over a 2020 dog attack at Chris’ L.A. mansion, asked the court to issue an arrest warrant for the singer based on his failure to lock down dates for her to examine his financial situation.

Maria said Chris has refused to provide available dates for him to show up to court with his bank records … to help her figure out how to get her money.

4:02 PM PT -- Le Vaughn was arrested Monday and booked into jail on a misdemeanor charge ... according to online records.

Bhad Bhabie's on-again, off-again boyfriend Le Vaughn got into a nasty car crash in Hollywood ... and the wreck was just the beginning of the chaos.

An eyewitness tells TMZ ... Le Vaughn was behind the wheel of a Maybach early Monday morning when he collided with a pickup truck near Laurel Canyon Drive and Kirkwood Drive ... his luxury whip lost a tire and was totaled.

Everyone appeared to be OK ... but video shows Le Vaughn doing a field sobriety test before cops slap a pair of handcuffs on him and lead him into the back of a squad car.

Patrick Clancy ditched the East Coast to hit the Chicago Marathon on Sunday ... and we have video of him in race mode.

TMZ obtained footage of Patrick running through the Windy City during this weekend's race, looking like a seasoned pro.

One of the Cornell fraternity brothers accused in the Jane Doe case wants her lawyer to shut his trap ... claiming her attorney has been trying the case on TV instead of in court.

The lawyer for Diego Sarabia, one of seven men named in the explosive civil lawsuit, is asking a New York judge to rein in attorney Thomas Giuffra's media appearances ... according to court docs obtained by TMZ.

Sarabia's lawyers are ripping Giuffra, claiming he's waging an "orchestrated campaign" in the press ... pointing to interviews in which he's accused Cornell of a cover-up, claimed evidence was destroyed, and suggested even more men may have participated in the alleged assault.

James Lew, the Hollywood stuntman and martial artist, died from congestive heart failure ... TMZ has learned.

We obtained Lew's death certificate from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, which shows he died August 23 at an assisted living facility in L.A.

The document lists "end-stage congestive heart failure" as his cause of death. No other significant conditions were listed.

Dana White won't have to post a job listing for a new runner, 'cause Sal Everett says he isn't goin' anywhere, despite now being a fighter signed to the MMA promotion.

Everett, 29, works as a runner for White and the UFC -- his duties include running personal errands and stocking the boss's fridge -- but fans assumed he'd be giving his two weeks after earning a contract on Tuesday's Contender Series.
