Chef Andrew Zimmern is slamming the food industry for creating Ozempic-friendly meals ... as processed foods are largely to blame for America's obesity epidemic.

We caught up with the celebrity chef Tuesday at LAX, where he made it clear he isn't against people using weight loss medications -- but finds it "about as messed up as it gets" that businesses are capitalizing on the situation.

As more and more Americans get on board with weight loss meds like Ozempic or Wegovy, the "Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations" host says .. "I think the really sad truth is we're gonna have more processed food that costs $5 or less to go with your very expensive injectable."

*NSYNC has major music labels poking around to produce a new single or album, amid talks of a possible reunion stadium tour ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the band, which hasn't released a stand-alone *NSYNC single since 2002, has been receiving calls from multiple music labels like Warner Music and Universal Music that are eager to learn about the band's current status.

We're told the guys could find themselves in the middle of another bidding war -- this time with the labels possibly wanting a new single or album from the group.

U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett isn't holding back, still ... she's putting the House Oversight Committee Chairman in checkmate after she clashed with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene over their physical appearances.

Teresa Giudice's daughter Milania is recovering after getting into a nasty car accident, but the same can't be said for her brand new Mercedes that got smashed up in New Jersey.

According to new police documents obtained by TMZ ... Milania was involved in the crash on Friday when her luxury convertible collided with another car in Boonton, NJ.

The report says there was some disagreement on the scene about who was to blame for the wreck ... with Milania claiming the other driver ran a stop sign, slowly traveled through an intersection and hit her car.

One lucky Elvis Presley fan's gonna need more than a hope and a prayer to get his personal Bible, they'll need a lotta money, too, as it's about to go up on the auction block.

GWS Auctions already has one bid at $30k, and will open up the live auction starting May 25. The Bible has "Elvis Aaron Presley" embossed in gold, and is chock-full of bookmarked pages and underlined passages that hit home for the singer.

The Bible is accompanied by a handwritten letter from Elvis' cousin, Patsy Presley ... and according to the auction house the book was 1 of 3 found by her and Elvis' dad when they were packing up his stuff shortly after he passed.

They say this particular one up for auction was found in Elvis' nightstand.

*NSYNC's Chris Kirkpatrick is stirring the pot ... telling TMZ, talks about getting the band back together are indeed heating up.

Chris says he's definitely had lengthy discussions with JT, JC Chasez, Lance Bass, and Joey Fatone about the band's future -- and it's just a matter of getting everyone on the same page about what they wanna do next.

Kathryn Dennis is facing some serious legal trouble after getting busted Monday night for driving under the influence in South Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

Cops in Goose Creek, SC booked the former "Southern Charm" star after they say she was involved in a 3-car collision. In documents obtained by TMZ, a responding officer described Kathryn's alleged state at the accident scene as appearing impaired with "glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from her person."

This is her first offense with drinking and driving ... though it isn't her first run-in with the law.

Rich The Kid just took a plea deal in his Miami Beach trespass and resisting arrest case from December that impeded a bomb threat investigation ... TMZ Hip Hop has learned.

We're told the "Carnival" rapper agreed to plead no contest to the resisting arrest and trespassing charges on Monday in exchange for avoiding jail time with a sentence of time served for the 1 day he already spent in Miami-Dade County jail at the time of the arrest ... and a $1,000 fine.
