Nautica Malone, the Arizona man who cops say killed himself after being caught on camera masturbating at a coffee shop, told his brother he loved him before taking his own life ... TMZ has learned.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Nautica's brother told cops Malone called him and told him he loved him and to "pull up." He says they only spoke on the phone for a minute and Nautica did not sound like his normal self.

Nautica's brother says he'd also gotten a missed call from him earlier in the day ... and after growing concerned about their conversation, he got Nautica's location from his wife and arrived at the scene to find his brother dead in his car from a gunshot wound to the head.

Things are not amicable between Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly as she gets closer to giving birth to their baby ... and the lines of communication are closed.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Megan and MGK are not on good terms and things are so bad they aren't even speaking to each other.

Megan is due to give birth in March, but we're told her relationship with MGK is so icy it's unclear how involved he will be when the baby comes.

Adam Vinatieri knows a thing or two about greatness -- he, after all, played with Tom Brady and is considered the most clutch kicker ever -- and he tells TMZ Sports if Patrick Mahomes beats Philadelphia in next month's Super Bowl, the Chiefs star will have a real claim to the NFL's GOAT title.

6:16 PM PT -- An attorney for 50 Cent tells TMZ … "Mr. Jackson has neither been served with or seen a filed copy of a lawsuit filed by Ms. Allred’s firm. However, if and when such a frivolous claim is filed and served, rest assured that Mr. Jackson’s legal team will swiftly move to dismiss the matter and seek the maximum costs, fees, sanctions and other remedies that are available under law.

They continued, "Based upon the leaked reports presumably by Ms. Allred, Mr. Jackson is not alleged to be the driver of the vehicle or even the individual who the Plaintiff paparazzi alleges opened the door as he charged a vehicle as it drove away from the bookstore."

TMZ can confirm the lawsuit was not leaked. It was filed publicly in L.A. Superior Court Monday afternoon.

50 Cent allegedly directed his entourage to hit a photographer with a car door, knocking the man from his electric scooter and injuring him in the process ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The "In Da Club" rapper is being sued by a man named Guadalupe De Los Santos, who claims 50 Cent used an SUV to assault him.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the man claims he went to 50 Cent's September 11 book signing at The Grove in Los Angeles to shoot video of the celebrity.

Eight Mile Style, which controls part of Em's music catalog, fired off the lawsuit Monday against LaFontaine Ford St. Clair -- which owns multiple car dealerships -- over an online ad it started running last fall to promote a limited edition Detroit Lions Ford F-150 pickup truck.

J Lo was at Tao in Park City on Saturday night where she surprised clubgoers by getting behind the DJ booth for 10 minutes and surprised fans with a performance including singing her 2002 single, "All I Have."

The singer, who's in town for the Sundance Film Festival, posted several snaps on her Instagram from the club where she partied the night away sipping Casamigos cocktails and dancing with her best friend, Stevie MacKey.
