12:42 PM PT -- Kehlani and Javaughn Young-White have been ordered to attend mediation to discuss custody/visitation and assist in developing a mutually agreeable parenting plan.

Kehlani's baby daddy, Javaughn Young-White, has just filed a paternity petition ... and he's gunning for full custody of their daughter, Adeya Nomi.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Javaughn says he believes Kehlani's been mixed up with a cult for the past few years, which is influencing how she raises their 5-year-old daughter.

Britney Spears is sliding back into an old relationship ... hanging with Paul Soliz again -- and, her loved ones are worried about how quickly she's seemingly run back into his arms.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Spears' friends and family -- including her brother Bryan, we're told -- are confused and concerned she's already hanging with PS again just weeks after the two split up under rocky circumstances.

We're told Britney let everyone around her know at the time that she was finished with Paul ... going as far as telling her gate guards to take him off the guest list for good. So, naturally, the chummy lunch in Malibu earlier this week raised some alarm bells in her circle.

Cardi B is having another baby -- something she just announced online ... this hours after she filed for divorce from Offset.

The rapper broke the news Thursday -- posting a photo of herself and her exposed belly on IG, and added a lengthy caption that read ... "With every ending comes a new beginning! Britney Spears might be doing a classic relationship backslide ... 'cause she's hanging out with her ex Paul Soliz -- just weeks after saying she's washing her hands of the guy.

The pop star hit up the world-famous SoHo House in Malibu Tuesday, where she appeared to enjoy an outing with Paul and his family. She attempted to keep a low profile, as she wore an oversized sunhat and sunglasses for the visit ... but stood out like a sore thumb.

Paul and Britney kept their distance outside the celebrity hotspot ... sticking to opposite sides of the sidewalk. In fact, no sign of PDA was seen between the on-again, off-again couple -- so technically, this could well just be a friendly outing.

Rachel Lindsay’s estranged husband, Bryan Abasolo, is on the move -- he’s packing up and leaving their old L.A. digs after a judge hit Rachel with a hefty spousal support bill.

As you can see from the vid, Bryan’s looking pretty bummed while hauling black trash bags and duffle bags to his car in an all-black, casual look -- probably aiming for comfort and a low profile while clearing out his stuff for a quick getaway.

But awkward twist ... Rachel was home during the move, spotted grabbing a food delivery from her doorstep.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Billy Ray's estranged wife wants to swing by Billy's place so she can retrieve some personal items she claims are still inside ... and she doesn't want Billy to be there.

Firerose claims she previously had the green light to go into the home to get her stuff on May 29 ... but she says Billy told her legal team he removed her items and put them in a storage unit. She claims a few things of hers are missing and she wants to go into the house to find them.

Well, now we know ... Bhad Bhabie is passing off the beating she took at the hands of her boyfriend/baby daddy as one bad night, because they're back together in a big way.

Our TMZ Celebrity Tour bus rolled past Avra restaurant in Bev Hills Saturday, and saw the 2 nearby hugging and smooching. Their baby was at home, and this was clearly date night.

As we reported, Bhad Bhabie had posted video early this month of Le Vaughn knocking her to the ground. She also posted a pic of a horrendous bruise on her eye. She deleted both, but what happened to her was clear.

Nicolas Cage's son Weston's divorce from 3rd wife Hila Cage Coppola is now official and in the books ... TMZ has learned.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge signed off on Weston and Hila's split and per the terms of the judgment, Weston and Hila are keeping their existing custody and visitation agreement.

Here's the skinny ... Hila has sole legal and physical custody of their kids, Cyress and Venice -- with Weston getting no visitation rights pending a further court order.

Bam Margera and Nikki Boyd were never husband and wife in the eyes of the law, despite going through a wedding ceremony -- that's the word from the judge in their ongoing custody battle.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge issued a tentative ruling Tuesday saying Bam and Nikki were never legally married.

Remember, Nikki claims her 2013 wedding to Bam was legal, but he maintains it wasn't legit because the ceremony went down in Iceland, and they never got a license in the U.S. to make it official.

The reasoning here certainly jibes with what Britney alluded to in her recent Instagram post putting Paul on blast and declaring herself "single as f***."

5:50 PM PT -- A source close to Daphne Joy is providing some clarity, telling TMZ ... she deleted the rape allegation post in an attempt to smooth things over with 50 Cent, for the sake of their son. It appears 50 has also taken down his posts about Daphne.

We've learned Daphne's hired attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, and reached out to him for comment ... but no word back.

Interesting development between Daphne Joy and 50 Cent ... she's scrubbed her social media post accusing him of rape amid the rapper's ongoing lawsuit over that very post.

Here's the deal ... Daphne, the mother to 50 Cent's son Sire, publicly accused the rapper of raping and physically abusing her in a March 28 Instagram post. 50 immediately denied the claim, and then in May he sued her for defamation.

Now, Daphne's post has been deleted from her official IG account. It's unclear exactly when she took it down, or why ... but it's gone.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard still has compassion for her estranged hubby Ryan Anderson -- she let him know she was pregnant with Ken Urker's baby before informing the public ... TMZ has learned.
