12:53 PM PT -- The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office confirmed in a news release Friday the use-of-force incident is under investigation. Officials said deputies were responding to multiple reports of a man walking in traffic and making obscene gestures at drivers Thursday night. The suspect, identified as Le Chau, allegedly began fighting with the female deputy who was first to arrive and who tried to handcuff the man. The fight went to the ground, and a second arriving deputy helped detain the suspect ... who allegedly ignored requests to stop resisting and fighting, resulting in the strikes to his head.

Chau was handcuffed and then treated at a hospital. When he was later booked for resisting an officer with force or violence, battery on a police officer, and disturbing the peace by intoxication, officials say, he again "initiated a physical confrontation" with deputies, resulting in more charges. The Sheriff's Office says Chau has been arrested more than 20 times since 2014, with multiple convictions for resisting an officer.

Law enforcement in Louisiana used a suspect's head as a punching bag during an arrest in broad daylight on a public street -- and the vicious beatdown was all caught on video.

Check out the wild footage, obtained by TMZ ... two cops are trying to restrain the man who is lying on his side on the the ground in Harvey, LA, in the New Orleans metro area, around 6:30 PM Thursday.

As you can see ... one the officers is kneeling down to cuff the man while the other cop is standing over him during the struggle.

Michael Chandler could walk away an MMA great today ... but the lightweight title contender believes he's still got a ton left in the tank, and he's intent on proving it when he steps into the Octagon against Paddy Pimblett at UFC 314!

It’s on video -- Kyle confronts this woman in Encino on Wednesday after seeing her acting aggressively towards her dogs. But the woman loses it real quick, yanking off her scarf, tossing it to the ground like it’s go-time, and heading straight for Kyle, ready to throw down.

While it's unclear what sparked the scrap, multiple parties were involved at PPG Paints Arena. At one point in the chaos, a man in a black shirt tried to break things up before getting sucker punched by a guy in a plaid shirt.

The two went tumbling down the stairs, with the guy in the plaid shirt landing some blows as his opponent was down. The two were eventually separated as arena staff tried to get a handle on the situation.

Tyreek Hill and his estranged wife, Keeta Hill, were captured on video during their alleged domestic dispute earlier this week.

The footage, obtained by WPLG Local 10, shows the Hills on the balcony of their 35th-floor residence on Monday afternoon ... as they allegedly quarreled over a comment Keeta had made about Tyreek's parenting efforts.

Aaron Pico is officially a UFC fighter -- and while the featherweight star is pumped -- he says the work is only beginning!

"It's a big day for me, honestly. I'm really happy," 28-year-old Pico told TMZ Sports.

Two security guards have been busted and slapped with felony battery charges after a wild, caught-on-camera beatdown of a guy at an Indiana bar -- and the footage is brutal.

The distressing video allegedly shows security guards Sean Shell and Johnathon Turner going off on Shane Hendrix ... kicking, punching, and dragging him across the floor at Chaser's Bar & Grill in Evansville -- all after he was accused of a confrontation with a bartender over an unpaid tab.

According to authorities, the guards didn’t even try to escort him out first -- they went straight into full-on assault mode.

2:02 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us Dylan and Paul got into a fight at work, where they observed surveillance footage of Dylan slapping Paul two times.

The warrant for his arrest was then issued and police located Dylan and arrested him.
