Porsha Williams will NOT face criminal charges after getting into a dispute with a passenger on a recent Delta Airlines flight ... her attorney tells TMZ.
Porsha’s attorney Joe Habachy tells TMZ … "We just received word from the United States Attorney's Office that they have determined that 'no crime has been committed,' and that the FBI 'will not pursue any further investigative actions regarding this matter.'"

3:30 AM PT -- Delta Airlines has issued a response in regard to comedian Guy Branum claiming another passenger elbowed him for being overweight on a flight from New York to Los Angeles over the weekend.
The airline tells TMZ ... "Delta sincerely appreciates the actions of our crew and customers for deescalating this situation. We apologize to our customers for the delay and thank them for their understanding. Delta’s Customer Care team is reaching out to speak directly with our customer as we look into his claims."
Comedian Guy Branum is sharing an air travel nightmare ... he says the guy sitting next to him on a Delta flight gave him an elbow to the ribs because he felt Guy was too fat for the middle seat.
Guy tells TMZ ... he was on a Delta flight Sunday from New York to Los Angeles when a fellow passenger hit him before takeoff. He says he reported the alleged incident to a stewardess and the flight was delayed while Delta investigated.

8/26/2025 10:56 AM PT -- A rep for the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... police received a report of a battery and responded to the incident late Monday afternoon. Cops say two men who were aboard the flight got into a heated argument, which soon escalated into a fight after the plane had landed.
But, by the time deputies arrived on scene, one of the combatants had already fled and the other guy refused to press charges. So, no one got arrested.

A Connecticut couple has been charged with lewd or lascivious exhibition after they were accused of hanky-panky on a flight from New York to Florida -- and not stopping when they noticed kids watching -- according to police.
Trista Reilly allegedly decided to get dirty on a JetBlue plane early Saturday by allegedly performing oral sex on Christopher Drew Arnold,according tocourt documents obtained by TMZ.
Specifically, police were informed she made "up-and-down movements with her head while she was face down" in his lap, and also masturbated him.
The 2 minors' appalled mother also claimed in her complaint that Trista "didn't care that the kids were watching her" and continued pleasuring her partner even after she noticed she had an audience.
It's unclear how long the sexual acts lasted, but the mother told police Trista went down on Christopher during takeoff. Which, if true, means the kids had to sit through the rest of the flight after witnessing such an obscene situation.
The couple was arrested by police when they landed at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport around 11:30 in the morning. They were released Monday and must have no contact with the alleged victims and stay out of trouble before their arraignment in August.
TMZ has reached out to JetBlue for comment ... so far, no word back.
