Porsha Williams will NOT face criminal charges after getting into a dispute with a passenger on a recent Delta Airlines flight ... her attorney tells TMZ.

Porsha’s attorney Joe Habachy tells TMZ … "We just received word from the United States Attorney's Office that they have determined that 'no crime has been committed,' and that the FBI 'will not pursue any further investigative actions regarding this matter.'"

Habachy adds ... "While Ms. Williams is certainly pleased to have received this news today, we cannot say that we are surprised given that there was never a physical encounter and given that the allegations made against Ms. Williams by this unhinged passenger were blatantly false from the beginning."

3:30 AM PT -- Delta Airlines has issued a response in regard to comedian Guy Branum claiming another passenger elbowed him for being overweight on a flight from New York to Los Angeles over the weekend.

The airline tells TMZ ... "Delta sincerely appreciates the actions of our crew and customers for deescalating this situation. We apologize to our customers for the delay and thank them for their understanding. Delta’s Customer Care team is reaching out to speak directly with our customer as we look into his claims."

Comedian Guy Branum is sharing an air travel nightmare ... he says the guy sitting next to him on a Delta flight gave him an elbow to the ribs because he felt Guy was too fat for the middle seat.

Guy tells TMZ ... he was on a Delta flight Sunday from New York to Los Angeles when a fellow passenger hit him before takeoff. He says he reported the alleged incident to a stewardess and the flight was delayed while Delta investigated.

The comedian, who appeared often on "Chelsea Lately" and the "Juicy Scoop with Heather McDonald" podcast, posted video from the interaction and he's in the middle seat, arguing with a man seated in the aisle. The man mentions being a member of Weight Watchers and they bicker about the armrest and personal space.

A Playboy model says she got dress-coded on a recent American Airlines flight ... and, she thinks her hair color and the size of her chest are major reasons why.

Sara Blake Cheek spoke to us about a recent experience flying with the company ... she says she made it through security, scanned her boarding pass and got all the way to the plane, when she claims a flight attendant told her to button her flannel and cover her sports bra.

Sara shared photos of her outfit to social media after she says this all went down ... and, we gotta say it's not super risqué ... certainly more coverage than a swimsuit would provide. Plus, given what's allegedly gone down on some flights recently, showing a little cleavage ain't such a big deal.

8/26/2025 10:56 AM PT -- A rep for the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... police received a report of a battery and responded to the incident late Monday afternoon. Cops say two men who were aboard the flight got into a heated argument, which soon escalated into a fight after the plane had landed.

But, by the time deputies arrived on scene, one of the combatants had already fled and the other guy refused to press charges. So, no one got arrested.

A fight broke out on an American Airlines jet while passengers were trying to get off and make connections ... and it's all on video.

TMZ obtained footage of a violent brawl on an AA flight that landed in Miami ... and the video picks up with a man and a woman getting physical.

The man and woman put their hands on each other, the other male passenger rushes over to separate the two ... and then the guy shoves them into empty rows of seats and tells them to back off.

A couple on a Delta flight to Hawaii is accused of having too much fun on their way to paradise ... 'cause other passengers claim they tried to join the "Mile High Club" while in their seats, and now authorities are investigating.

Here's the deal ... a passenger onboard Delta Flight DL312 from Minneapolis to Honolulu tells TMZ he saw a woman performing oral sex under a blanket on a man seated near him ... right there in the middle of the packed economy cabin!

The passenger we spoke to was so horrified, he recorded some of it, and it sure appears something lewd is taking place.

The guy who got caught vaping in the lavatory on an American Airlines flight followed through with his threats to file a police report against the flight attendant ... and he told cops she exposed his genitals and assaulted him.

TMZ obtained the report Peter Nguyen Wong filed with police in California ... and he claims the flight attendant unlocked the lavatory door while he was inside and caught him taking one hit from a vape.

When the flight attendant allegedly opened the door, Wong claims his genitals were exposed to other passengers.

A Breeze Airways flight went off the rails after a passenger who appeared to be under the influence was showing aggressive behavior ... leading another passenger to physically restrain him.

The incident went down Wednesday morning on a flight from Virginia to L.A. but was was reportedly diverted to Grand Junction, Colorado because of the unruly traveler.

We are fully cooperating with the investigation and these customers are no longer welcome to fly JetBlue."

A Connecticut couple has been charged with lewd or lascivious exhibition after they were accused of hanky-panky on a flight from New York to Florida -- and not stopping when they noticed kids watching -- according to police.

Trista Reilly allegedly decided to get dirty on a JetBlue plane early Saturday by allegedly performing oral sex on Christopher Drew Arnold, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Specifically, police were informed she made "up-and-down movements with her head while she was face down" in his lap, and also masturbated him.

The 2 minors' appalled mother also claimed in her complaint that Trista "didn't care that the kids were watching her" and continued pleasuring her partner even after she noticed she had an audience.

It's unclear how long the sexual acts lasted, but the mother told police Trista went down on Christopher during takeoff. Which, if true, means the kids had to sit through the rest of the flight after witnessing such an obscene situation.

The couple was arrested by police when they landed at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport around 11:30 in the morning. They were released Monday and must have no contact with the alleged victims and stay out of trouble before their arraignment in August.
