Donald Trump's got a thing about Arnold Palmer's penis ... and he fixated on it for a few awkward, yet humorous, minutes during a rally in the golf legend's hometown.

The GOP presidential candidate did his ad-lib thing Saturday night in Latrobe, PA ... and, although his campaign suggested he'd start previewing his closing argument for why voters should send him back to the White House -- he instead opened with big d**k jokes.

Trump reportedly spent about 12 minutes saluting Latrobe's hometown hero, notably praising Palmer's manhood. The former prez said, "Arnold Palmer was all man, and I say that in all due respect to women. And, I love women, but this guy ... this is a guy that was all man.”

He added ... "The president wasn’t even really supposed to go there ... and so we put together a security plan -- and that security plan worked."

Ryan Wesley Routh, the man accused of attempting to assassinate Donald Trump at his West Palm Beach golf course, once exposed himself to a woman who hired him to do construction on her home ... TMZ has learned.

We obtained a photo of a shirtless Ryan with his penis poking out of his fly ... and the woman who took the photo says she snapped it in December 2020, when he was building a loft at her home in Hawaii.

The woman tells TMZ ... she found Ryan on Facebook and paid him $4,000 for a 4-day home construction job ... only to find out he was a "bit of a pervert," as she described him.

Oran says as far as he knows, his father's run-ins with the law only include a couple of traffic tickets ... but there's more to the suspect's record.

President Joe Biden is calling on Congress to load up the Secret Service with more resources ... indicating he thinks the protection agency is currently spread too thin to be fully effective.

The president spoke with reporters outside the White House Monday, where he gave his blunt assessment of the Secret Service after former president and current Republican nominee Donald Trump faced his 2nd assassination attempt this year.

When asked about the status of a full report into the incident, 46 said he is relieved to know Trump is okay ... and thinks the Secret Service is not up to standard in its current operations.

Tiger Woods is dealing with yet another injury ... revealing Friday he's gone under the knife once more to try alleviate a back issue.

The golf legend made the announcement on his social media accounts ... saying he had to have microdecompression surgery this week to try to fix a nerve issue in his lower back.

Woods stated he had been dealing with the ailment during "most of the 2024 season" ... and he's now hopeful the procedure will allow him to return to normal life activities -- including golf.

A man in a Ford Bronco terrorized golfers on a Delaware course Thursday -- running into at least one cart while driving through holes at a high rate of speed ... and the wild scene was all captured on video.

According to authorities, the incident took place at Deerfield Golf Club in Newark at around 2:20 PM.

Law enforcement says after hitting a golf cart and ejecting the occupant from the ride, the driver of the Bronco sped off and fled the scene.
