Dolly Parton is clearing the air after being dogged by rumors about her health ... and she says she isn't on her deathbed.

The singer-songwriter directly addressed fan concerns Wednesday in a lengthy post on social media ... saying she wants to put people's minds at ease. She says she's got some "problems" ... but says she's still working her butt off in Nashville.

Dolly says she's having a few medical treatments ... but clarifies she's not dying.

Deion Sanders underwent surgery to address blood clots this week ... and Karrueche Tran was right by his side at the hospital once again, helping him prepare for the procedure.

The NFL Hall of Famer's son, Deion Jr., posted a new vlog Tuesday evening ... showing Sanders at a medical facility gearing up to go under the knife.

The "Claws" actress made an appearance in the 24-minute clip ... helping Sanders put on his hospital gown.

Whoopsie! Dolly Parton's sister Freida says she didn't mean to start a panic Tuesday over Dolly's health ... because the music legend is expected to be just fine.

After freaking out some fans on Facebook Tuesday, Freida later posted ... "I want to clear something up. I didn't mean to scare anyone or make it sound so serious when asking for prayers for Dolly. She's been a little under the weather, and I simply asked for prayers because I believe so strongly in the power of prayer. It was nothing more than a little sister asking for prayers for her big sister. Thank you all for lifting her up. Your love truly makes a difference."

Freida, 68, put fans on edge about Dolly, 79, after hopping on Facebook earlier Tuesday, writing ... "Last night, I was up all night praying for my sister, Dolly. Many of you know she hasn't been feeling her best lately. I truly believe in the power of prayer, and I have been lead to ask all of the world that loves her to be prayer warriors and pray with me."

Raja Jackson has been hit with multiple criminal charges -- including one felony -- over his violent attack on Syko Stu earlier this summer.

Court records TMZ Sports has obtained show Quinton "Rampage" Jackson's son was formally charged in Los Angeles County on Tuesday with one felony count of battery with great bodily injury and one misdemeanor count of battery on a person.

Raja -- who's facing up to seven years behind bars if convicted on the felony count and six additional months if convicted on the misdemeanor -- is due in court for arraignment later this week.

Not long after Dolly axed 6 shows from her Vegas residency due to health reasons, her sister Freida hit Facebook Tuesday ... saying the 79-year-old legend still isn’t at her best, and pleading with fans worldwide to be "prayer warriors" for the country legend.

Freida -- who said she’d been up all night praying -- reassured fans that Dolly’s strong and deeply loved ... and with the world’s prayers lifting her up, she believes her sister’s gonna be just fine.

Deion Sanders just revealed he needs a procedure to deal with blood clots in his legs ... but the Colorado football head coach is optimistic he'll be back on the field as early as Wednesday afternoon.

Sanders shared the news during Tuesday's news conference ... saying he would be under the knife for around "four hours," but didn't disclose the exact nature of the procedure at UCHealth.

"It has nothing to do with me working at the level that I'm trying to compete at," he said. "It's hereditary, it is what it is. There's nothing that I could have done to stop what's transpiring."

Scary moment for Jenelle Evans and her family ... we've learned her mother, Barbara, was hospitalized after suffering a stroke.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Jenelle's mom suffered a stroke last week and has since been discharged from the hospital. We are told Barbara is recovering at home and expected to make a full recovery.

We're told Jenelle has flown back to North Carolina to see her mother and be with family... Jenelle's lived in Nevada for over a year now after moving West, and our sources say the reason she wasn't able to fly home earlier to be by Barbara's side is because Jenelle recently had sinus surgery.

TMZ Sports has obtained an image of Mark Sanchez being placed into an ambulance after Saturday's stabbing incident in Indianapolis ... showing him lying shirtless and wounded on a gurney as he received medical attention.

We've obtained video and pictures from the scene around 12:30 AM ... showing a large police presence in the area.

In the footage, the alleged victim -- a 69-year-old delivery driver -- can be seen sitting upright with a towel covering his face ... moving his arm to duck caution tape while the EMTs roll him toward an ambulance.

Mark Sanchez's stabbing incident early Saturday morning drew a large police response ... and, we've obtained the 911 dispatch audio from the incident.

In the clip, first responders are asking if there are any surveillance cameras nearby they can tap into ... while they hustle to the location from where they got a 911 call.

One man on the call tells the group they need to lock down the bar where the incident occurred ... with orders to treat it like a crime scene -- no one in or out.

10:57 AM PT -- Fox Sports has released a statment about Mark Sanchez's condition ... acknowledging he was injured, but adding he's is in stable condition at the hospital.

Fox Sports says, “We are deeply grateful to the medical team for their exceptional care and support. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mark, and we ask that everyone please respect his and his family’s privacy during this time.”

Former NFL QB Mark Sanchez was stabbed last night in Indianapolis and is currently in the hospital with critical injuries, TMZ Sports has learned.

Police received a call around 12:30 AM Saturday morning to a street in downtown Indianapolis for two injured people ... and one of the people was the former first-round draft pick.

We're told Sanchez was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition.

Erik Menendez is on the mend after going under the knife for kidney stones ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation tells TMZ ... Erik was transported to an outside medical facility on September 26. They tell us he's since been discharged and is back at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, where he remains in good condition.

A source confirmed to us Erik received treatment for kidney stones.
