Help is coming from all sides for "Ned's Declassified" alum Tylor Chase ... and now one of his former costars is stepping up, getting him a motel room to keep him off the streets, at least for the night.

Daniel Curtis Lee, who starred on the Nickelodeon series with Tylor, shared with TMZ an emotional video of him checking Tylor into a Riverside, California motel Tuesday ... after driving about 50 miles from L.A. to meet up with his former costar, who's been living on the streets.

Daniel tells TMZ ... he spent part of the day with Tylor walking around and catching up over pizza before helping him settle into the motel so he could stay dry ahead of a major Southern California rainstorm this week.

Three months after Jerry "The King" Lawler suffered a stroke at his home ... the WWE Hall of Famer provided fans with an update on how he's doing these days -- and even talked about how he might even have one more wrestling match in him!!

The 76-year-old sat down with a local news outlet in Tennessee for a wide-ranging interview, where they asked him how he's feeling after his second medical scare in the last seven years.

"I get asked that question fifty times a day," he said. "I like to say something I saw in the news recently, people say six or seven."

Nice to see The King still has a sense of humor.

But on a more serious note ... he dove deeper into the day he suffered his medical emergency -- saying it came from out of nowhere.

A group of second-year master's students at Brown University says the school should not be blamed for the on-campus shooting that killed two and injured several others.

The students, who live on and near campus and work on the east side of Providence, RI -- near Brown -- tell TMZ ... they don't agree with one narrative being spun that the Ivy League school is somehow to blame for the mass shooting.

Instead, the students say gun control and lack of access to mental health services are the real issues here ... and they say there's nothing Brown can do to control those things.

"Big Brother" star Mickey Lee is facing a terrifying health scare -- she's suffered multiple cardiac arrests after complications from the flu -- landing her in critical but stable condition.

Her family shared the heartbreaking update on her IG Monday, saying Mickey’s road to recovery will be long and tough -- and they’ve launched a GoFundMe to help cover her growing medical bills.

The GFM is meant to cover everything insurance won’t -- including ICU and specialist care, rehab and recovery support, plus family travel, lodging, and other related costs.

Tylor Chase -- best known for his role as Martin Qwerly from Nickelodeon's "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide" -- is living on the streets in California and refusing any and all treatment options ... according to police.

Ryan Railsback -- Public Information Officer for Riverside Police Department -- tells TMZ ... officers are very familiar with Chase and interact with him at least once a week.

RPD has a specialized outreach division that regularly engages with unhoused individuals, offering mental health services, drug and alcohol treatment, and temporary shelter.

Dr. Jeffrey Lieberman -- formerly the president of the American Psychiatric Association -- stopped by "TMZ Live," sharing some disturbing insight into the multiple rehab facilities ... which ultimately failed Rob and Michele Reiner's son Nick.

Before his parents' tragic murders, Nick was in and out of rehab at least 18 times. While Nick struggled with substance abuse, Dr. Lieberman suggested the care he received was palliative at best ... and after-care at rehabilitation programs is generally inadequate, resulting in a revolving-door repetition of treatment and release.

Lieberman said, "[Rehab centers] don't necessarily provide mental healthcare for a primary diagnosis such as schizophrenia, which may have been the reason that impelled Nick to use illegal medications, which he became addicted to."

Barry Manilow shared a recent cancer diagnosis Monday, but he says not to worry ... doctors caught it so early, he won't even need chemo ... just a month of "chicken soup and 'I Love Lucy' reruns."

The 82-year-old Grammy winner posted ... "As many of you know I recently went through six weeks of bronchitis followed by a relapse of another five weeks. Even though I was over the bronchitis and back on stage at the Westgate Las Vegas, my wonderful doctor ordered an MRI just to make sure that everything was OK. The MRI discovered a cancerous spot on my left lung that needs to be removed. It’s pure luck (and a great doctor) that it was found so early. That’s the good news.”

According to Barry, the "bad news" is that his surgery to remove the spot will sideline him from performing in scheduled concerts for January.

Nick Reiner is expected to claim insanity in his parents' murder case ... and we have a resurfaced interview where he admitted to using the same tactic in the past as a ploy to get drugs.

While promoting his 2015 film "Being Charlie," Nick spoke on the addiction and recovery podcast "Dopey," spilling about how he got prescribed the antidepressant Wellbutrin.

Nick told host Dave Manheim that while he was a patient at Alina Lodge -- an addiction treatment center in New Jersey -- the staff refused to give him drugs. This is, of course, standard procedure for a sober clinic, but Nick wasn't taking "no" for an answer.

Jourdin Pauline says she's stepping back from social media because of relentless cyberbullying ... posting a concerning message that also accuses people online of talking disrespectfully about her late sister.

Here's the deal ... the singer and influencer has recently made waves online after she accused Tylil James -- a member of the content creation collective Clover House -- of sexual assault. James categorically denied the claims ... and suggested he has evidence which will disprove Pauline's allegations. Fans of his immediately jumped to his defense ... and Pauline says they've taken to attacking her online.

Pauline wrote in a since-deleted tweet that the online hate has impacted her mental health ... and she's getting off social platforms to get away from the "lies, threats, and dehumanizing comments" about her.

Jake Paul revealed some more details about his jaw surgery after Anthony Joshua knocked him out during a grisly match Friday night ... telling fans he had "some teeth removed" and even some plates added into his face!

The YouTuber-turned-pro-boxer shared the update on Instagram while thanking fans for their love and support alongside a snap from the hospital bed. He penned ... "Surgery went well thanks for all the love and support. 2 titanium plates on each side. Some teeth removed. Have to have only liquids for 7 days."

Supermodel Anok Yai has been silently battling a congenital defect that she says is "overworking [her] heart and slowly destroying [her] lungs."

The 28-year-old Victoria's Secret runway model took to Instagram to reveal she's been dealing with this "silent battle" for the last year and underwent surgery to manage it.

Alongside videos of her in a hospital bed, Yai shares, "What started as something asymptomatic for the majority of my life turned into a lingering cough, which turned to chest pains, bouts of coughing up blood, then at times struggling to breathe."

Nick Reiner is spending his days in an L.A. jail, dealing with the aftermath of the violent murders of his parents, and he's not been able to fully process it ... TMZ has learned.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... Nick is not reeling in grief. Rather, he's "in a fog"  ... in no small part due to his medical condition and the meds he's taking.

Our source goes on to characterize Nick as "calm," "cognizant," and "dazed" -- adding Nick isn't even close to processing what happened.

TMZ broke the story ... Nick had been diagnosed with schizophrenia. In the weeks leading up to the murders, we're told he was out of control. Our sources characterized Nick as "erratic" and "dangerous." As we reported, he was recently treated at an L.A.-based rehab facility that specializes in mental health and substance abuse and was under the care of a psychiatrist.

Nick Reiner was an unsolvable dilemma for his parents ... so says a substance abuse treatment expert.

Nick Mathews -- the founder and CEO of Southern California-based treatment center Stillwater Behavioral Health -- joined us on "TMZ Live," and we asked him about Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner's son, who is charged with their murders.

For Mathews, Nick presented a treatment provider's worst nightmare ... he was diagnosed with schizophrenia, but had been in and out of rehab for years and struggled with substance abuse.

Just listen to Mathews explain all the challenges Nick would present for the rehab centers and doctors tasked with treating him ... there's no quick, easy fix or even a cut-and-dry solution here.

James Van Der Beek is staying positive while talking about his stage 3 colon cancer ... saying when he first got the diagnosis, he honestly thought it might be the best thing that ever happened to him.

It’s a surprising take, for sure ... but the "Dawson’s Creek" alum explained it all on "Today" Friday, saying the diagnosis forced him to make lifestyle changes he likely wouldn’t have made otherwise.

James says those changes are already setting him up for happier, healthier years ahead ... and the diagnosis was the wake-up call he needed to slow down and pay closer attention to what he’s putting in his body.
