It looks like Britney Spears sparked up another romance while in rehab – this time with musician Howie Day.

The newly detoxed Spears met Day while at Promises, and according to Life & Style (via MSNBC), "fell hard" for the troubled singer-songwriter while in the facility, so hard that she's bringing him to a family wedding in June. Britney "just lights up" when she talks about Day and apparently thinks he's "the best kisser ever."

Still, Mama Lynne Spears isn't so stoked about Brit's new paramour because of his troubled past – he's been arrested -- once for locking a fan in his tour bus bathroom and another time for verbally abusing a flight crew while he was drunk.

Angelina Jolie's cozy relationship with one celeb magazine is getting her a roasting by the other Jolie-deprived celeb glossies, Page Six is reporting. According to sources, Us Weekly, Star and the rest are "so fed up with getting scooped by People," they've gone after Jolie and Brad Pitt "with a vengeance."

One of the tabs reports that Jolie has a "twisted double life," and another alleges that she leaves her kids at a day care center instead of with her four nannies – and amongst other special arrangements, that no cell phones are allowed in the center because Angelina's afraid that pictures of the kids will be taken (because they're not already photographed all the time?). Angie's rep says, "I wish people would leave them alone. They're trying to do something good." And even though Page Six suggests Jolie share pictures of her next kid – supposedly a child from Chad – TMZ has been told that no adoption is in the works.

"Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis has been ordered by a Florida judge to turn himself in and start serving jail time for contempt of court. According to the News-Herald of Panama City, Fla., Judge Richard Smoak has demanded that Francis report to the feds by noon Thursday and sit in the clink. Francis was supposed to settle up with seven underage girls who said they were "victimized" by Francis and his cameras, but when he didn't negotiate in good faith last weekend with the other party, he was hit by the judge for contempt. "He may have snookered us and gotten out Saturday," said Smoak, "but he's coming back.

Jess, wearing a dress from the Mrs. Garrett collection, was stopped numerous times by fans asking for photos and autographs at Adelaide Airport, while the BF had to endure the wait ... and relative anonymity.

The rebound dude is performing at some blues festival Down Under ... and traveling with Jessica Simpson!

Britney Spears' newest rumored boyflavor of the month, Jason Filyaw, admits that he and Brit have been "growing very close" since their "special" relationship began, and even used the L-word to descibe his feelings for her.

In an exclusive interview with TMZ, Filyaw, self-described as "very spiritual," would neither confirm nor deny that he is dating Spears, but admitted, "I love her, I support her 100% and we are close." Filyaw, who's been attending AA meetings with Spears, also revealed that he is helping Britney with the spiritually "deep" part of her recovery.

The 33-year-old lead guitarist for the rock band RIVA says he met Spears long before she checked into Promises Rehab Center, and that they go "way back" to 2003, when he recorded some music with Britney at The Hit Factory in New York. Filyaw claims they stayed in touch, but "a few weeks ago ... we met up again at a Los Angeles AA meeting."

The on-again-off-again-on-again-oh-enough-already couple were snapped "catching up" at the Ivy in Santa Monica, after lunch with their kids. Pammy's done with Kid Rock, while Tommy, presumably, has played enough tongue-tennis with Lukas Rossi. Could there be yet another PamTom iteration on its way?

According to OK! Magazine, Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal have been spotted hopping between each other's homes and hotel rooms! Reese, who separated from husband Ryan Phillippe on October 30, is seen in this photo taken two short weeks later, laughing and playing with Jake -- not appearing to be in any post-marital despair. By the way, she's not pregnant -- it's part of the movie.

It seems another one of Cameron's lusty links has found someone else. Just two short weeks ago, Diaz and "Blood Diamond" star Djimon Hounsou were spotted cozying up at Hyde nightclub. Djimon was spotted this week at Hollywood hotspot BOULEVARD3, kissing and cuddling with Baby Phat's Kimora Lee Simmons.

Djimon, a new face for Calvin Klein, and Simmons, the ex wife of hiphop pioneer/fashion guru Russell Simmons were at BOULEVARD3 to help Forest Whitaker celebrate his Oscar win, but according to our source, the smooching pair didn't care what was going on around them.

Poor Cammy -- first Justin, then Kelly, and now Djimon has moved on as well. At least she's got her angels!
