Terrifying video shows an explosion on a street in Qatar after a missile fell from the sky Saturday.

Check out the clip ... horrified people scramble to get away as a gigantic metal torpedo-like object crashes down into a street ... and then explodes into a fiery mass.

It's not clear where the explosive came from, though reports indicate Iran has launched missile attacks targeting the U.S.-occupied Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar after the U.S. joined forces with Israel to strike Iran Saturday morning. Qatar's government said it intercepted Iranian strikes.

Video has gone viral of a man in Sacramento who was terrorizing unsuspecting motorists by hanging off moving cars in busy traffic ... with his bare butt on display.

The unidentified man was filmed dangling from at least 3 separate vehicles this week, with one moving as fast as 40 MPH -- the driver no doubt freaked out by him attaching himself to their car.

In one instance, the man begins losing his pants ... and it appears his bare cheeks are about to scrape along the road.

Absolute horror out of India -- a festival turned into a nightmare when an elephant snapped and launched a man through a packed crowd ... and the whole thing’s caught on camera!

Check out this video of the elephant -- named Akkikavu Karthikeyan -- zeroing in on a 26-year-old man named Vivek at the annual Valiyavilakku festivities in Kerala Thursday ... wrapping its trunk around his legs, hoisting him upside down like a rag doll, then violently flinging him across the room.

What makes it even more shocking is that the elephant appeared totally calm a second earlier as another man climbed onto its back ... but things escalated fast, and Vivek, who was standing nearby holding a decorative item, ended up taking the full brunt of the chaos.

A California man was taken into custody Tuesday night following an hours-long standoff with deputies ... when cops were called to the house after his roommates reported him for allegedly poisoning their food.

Watch the video ... a man wearing a gas mask and gloves is spraying down an entire kitchen with a substance from an aerosol can. The man's roommates thought to review the footage when they started feeling sick, and doctors couldn't tell them what was wrong.

KTTV reports the suspect's married roommates say they caught him on surveillance video spraying an unknown substance on their groceries and other kitchen items ... citing multiple instances of him dousing fruit, vegetables, canned goods, snacks and even their coffee pot with some kind of foreign liquid.

The NYPD seems poised to release an avalanche of punishment on some snowball fighters ... announcing they're investigating an incident after officers were pelted with snow.

A teenage boy in Florida is facing a felony charge over a video that law enforcement says shows him intentionally setting his friend on fire on a beach.

The Marion County Sheriff's office says a 17-year-old kid in a viral video is seen creating a trail of gasoline from a campfire on the sand ... and splashing gas on another boy sitting nearby, causing him to light up. That kid ran into the lake to extinguish the flames.

The victim told his mom he got burned when he tried to throw a water bottle filled with gas into a fire ... but his dad found the video and called the sheriff. Cops later found the gas container in nearby shrubbery ... along with some "empty alcoholic beverage cans."
