Kim Kardashian Pregnant

Kim Kardashian went to the doctor yesterday because she was having pains in her stomach, and the doc warned she needed to slow down.

We're told Kim was flying home from Paris when she started feeling "severe stomach pains" on the plane. It freaked her out and she started bawling in front of other passengers.

Sources say Kim is "stressed out" ... we're told because she's prepping for her deposition in her divorce case with Kris Humphries and she's moving to a new house.

When Kim landed she went to her doctor, who told her she had flu-like symptoms and it was not a miscarriage warning.

We're told the baby's fine. In related news, we're told Kris Kardashian has already signed her.

Kim Kardashian proved she's the ying to Kanye West's yang at a fashion show in Paris this weekend ... by wearing matching black and white his and his suits.

Looking like a 21st century Annie Hall, a very serious Kim went to the dark side at the Givenchy runway show in a baby bump slimming black maternity men's suit ... while Kanye kept it virginal in a stark all white ensemble.

No shades of grey area in this relationship.

Kanye West has JUST listed his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad ... TMZ has learned ... because he's clearing the decks to move into his new Bel Air mansion with Kim Kardashian.

Kanye's listing the 3 bedroom, 4 bath crib for $3.3 million. The house is 4,214 square feet.

Now here's the predicament ... the average list price in the area is $2.54 mil. Kanye tried in vain to sell the house in 2010 for more than $4 mil, so at least he's come down on price.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just made more than a million bucks in a month, but they're so rich they're not even cashing in ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Kim and Kanye bought a $9 million, Bel Air, CA mansion on January 30th. It hasn't even been a month, and they've received 3 offers from people who want the estate so badly ... they're willing to pay A LOT more. The highest offer -- $10.5 million.

Sources directly connected to Kim and Kanye tell TMZ ... the couple turned all 3 offers down -- they're already deep in the throes of remodeling and they plan to move in a few months from now. There's a report out that they sold the estate -- not true.

The main house will be 14,000 square feet. After all, they're having a baby.

If you're a couch in Kim Kardashian's house, don't get too attached -- TMZ has learned when she unloaded her Beverly Hills mansion recently ... all the primo furniture was included in the price.

Sources tell us ... Kim quietly sold her 4,000-square-foot pad -- the one she once shared with Kris Humphries for a hot minute -- for just under $5 million. She bought it in 2010 for $4.8 million.

We're told Kim wanted a quickie sale -- she has that other mansion to nest in with Kanye West -- so when the buyer asked to have all the high-end furniture included ... KK gave it up without a fight.

The lucky buyer scored everything from couches, to coffee tables, to custom made pieces like Kim's favorite glam station vanity dresser (which we're told was hard for her to part with) ... all totaled worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Kim Kardashian struck a pose today in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ... in front of the famous statue of Jesus Christ, Christ the Redeemer.

Kim Kardashian says she wants a divorce because it "will help create a new, full life for me" ... this according to new legal docs.

Kim filed a declaration in her divorce case obtained by TMZ, complaining to the judge that Kris Humphries is not only standing in the way of her happiness, but threatening her health and welfare, and "also ... the health and well-being of my unborn child." We broke the story, her doctor is concerned as well.

Kim scoffs at Kris' claim she defrauded him in the marriage, and says it's actually Kris who is screwing with her life. She says she wants a divorce so she can move on with her life, and "the same should hold true for [Kris].

Kim notes Kanye is eager to sign a Voluntary Declaration of Paternity when their child is born, but he won't be able to if she's still married to Kris.

Kim Kardashian's doctor thinks Kim's unborn baby may be at risk, because of the stress Kris Humphries is causing by dragging out their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... several days ago Kim called her doctor in the middle of the night to come to the house because she was having severe pains. The doctor examined her, but then warned he believed the problems were largely stress-related.

Sources say ... the only significant stress in her life right now is the divorce. And hours before her meeting Tuesday with her lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, Kim's pains returned in full force.

The doctor warned Kim she needs to handle the stress or else there could be "long-term effects." The doctor did not elaborate, but we're told Kim is freaked out her baby may be at risk.

Kim's mom Kris Jenner appeared on "The View" this morning, saying, "Kim has been going through this divorce for months. She has been under a lot of stress because of it and the doctors told her you’ve had a really tough week and the stress could become a problem if she isn't careful."

Kris Humphries just filed legal docs saying he doesn't understand the urgency for a quick divorce, and he shouldn't have to jump just because Kim Kardashian got accidentally knocked up.

Kris' lawyer, Marshall Waller, says in the docs, "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."

And get this ... after the word "pregnancy" there's a footnote that reads, "Indeed, why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?"

Translation -- Waller thinks Kim is putting a gun to his client's head, which is bizarre because the divorce has dragged on for well over a year for a marriage that lasted 72 days.

Waller says Kim shouldn't worry about the legal presumption that Kris is the father of Kim's kid because she got pregnant while they were still married -- Waller says Kris is happy to stipulate he's not the daddy.

Kris says in the docs he wants to be present for Kim's deposition and has a right to be there, but due to his work schedule he's unavailable until mid-May or June.

We're guessing the judge is going to lose patience at the trial setting conference and set the divorce trial for March.

Kim showed up at Wasser's office today, and we're told the two of them are gearing up for a divorce trial against Kris Humphries.

Our sources say Kim isn't even thinking about settling anymore, because Kris has made it clear he wants the case to drag on endlessly, so she spent hours with Wasser going over trial strategy.

As for when the trial will take place ... there's a trial setting conference set for Feb 15, and Wasser has made it clear she wants a trial in March.

If history repeats itself, Kris' lawyer will appear and say Kris needs more time to prepare. By our count this will be the 4th time Kris' lawyer made the delay argument. The judge has bought it 3 times, but we're guessing this time a trial date will be set.

Kim Kardashian's unborn kid is proving to be a big star ... as the growing fetus made a splash by bulging out of her belly on Wednesday.

With her lovely girls also on display and busting through her sheer tank, Kim and her baby bump went for a late prenatal workout in L.A. last night.

Kourtney Kardashian says she's super excited her sister Kim is with child ... because Kim will be able to use her mom boobs to feed Kourtney's kids ... in addition to her own.

Kourt appeared on the "Today" show this morning with Kim and said she's not weirded out by the idea of letting her kids suckle from multiple Kardashian teats.

Kourt explains, "That's what they did back in the day."

TMZ spoke with a rep for the La Leche League -- an international breastfeeding awareness group -- who says, while it's true wet nurses were used in the past, it's less common today "due to awareness of pathogens that can be transmitted in milk."

Fun Fact -- Salma Hayek used her mom boobs to feed a bunch of random babies in Africa a few years ago ... and didn't receive one single complaint from the babies.

They ain't exactly friends anymore ... in fact, they're more like fierce rivals ... but Paris Hilton tells TMZ she's happy her ex-BFF Kim Kardashian is knocked up with Kanye's baby.

Paris -- who is NOT with child -- was on her way into Emerson Nightclub in Hollywood last night when we asked her how she felt about Kim's super famous fetus.

"I'm really happy for her," Hilton said.

Paris then proceeded to enter the club scene ... where people in Kim's, er, "situation" aren't usually welcome with open arms ... right Craig Robinson from "Knocked Up"?

Kim Kardashian does not plan to tie the knot with Kanye West -- at least not yet -- but she is angry and frustrated that Kris Humphries is putting her in a position where she may have a baby with one man while still married to another.

Sources connected to Kim tell TMZ ... she does not feel the need to marry Kanye, even though she's having his baby. But she does not want to be legally married to Kris Humphries when she gives birth.

Our sources say ... Kim feels Kris is being "spiteful and vindictive" in dragging out the divorce -- which has dragged on for nearly a year-and-a-half -- for no reason. We're told with all the depositions and paperwork, there's been no evidence presented by either side suggesting Kim defrauded Kris when she agreed to marry him.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... people in Kris' life are now urging him to just settle and walk away. But here's the problem ... Both sides have now incurred big attorney's fees, and we're told Kim believes so strongly Kris' legal challenge is so bogus that she wants him to foot her lawyer's bills.

If they can't settle, the judge will set a trial date next month. Kim's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, estimates a trial would take a grand total of 1 day. Kris' lawyer thinks it's more like 5 days, because he wants to put reality TV on trial.

While their brand new $11 million Bel Air starter home is being renovated, mom-to-be Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West fled to France and hit the streets of gay Paree for a little shopping on Tuesday.

Kim made sure to hide any signs of her growing baby bump by wearing a chic and slimming black maternity poncho jacket thing.

Ball so hard.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West aren't committed in matrimony ... but they ARE committed in 11 million (and one) other ways -- TMZ has learned the duo just bought an $11 MILLION MANSION!

Sources close to K & K tell TMZ ... the future parents will be the proud owners of a 10,000-square-foot pad in an über-private, gated community in Bel Air, CA.

Kim and Kanye made the deal a few weeks ago ... and they've already gutted it and are designing a 14,000-square-foot dream home in its place.

The new home will be an Italian-style villa ... with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool ... oh and probably a baby nursery. Just a hunch.

Not included ... a wedding date. We're told there are no plans.
