Damon Dash is getting hit where it hurts -- in his pockets -- because he's been ordered to cough up several million dollars in a lawsuit filed by an old nemesis.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the movie and music producer was just hit with a $4 million default judgment in Josh Webber's defamation suit against him.

Webber filed the suit back in April 2024, claiming he lost out on a $4-million producing and directing gig because of some defamatory comments Damon made about him on a podcast.

Sexyy Red is facing a new lawsuit that could make her child drop-offs rather awkward ... her kid's grandmother is accusing the superstar rapper of sending fans to attack her at home!!!

According to legal docs filed Monday, Nicole Barnes claims Sexyy shared her address while sending out a war cry to her large social media following in December 2024 ... instructing them to "kick in the door" of her home and do her and her family harm.

Barnes says she took threats seriously enough to relocate from her Hazelwood, Missouri home out of safety concerns ... but claims she hasn't been able to find a home she can afford.

Joe Budden is being dragged into court by two neighbors who claim he tried to enter their place while naked and has been causing a ruckus in the building with his podcast.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained a complaint filed by attorney Thomas Mirigliano on behalf of John and Yuliya Aksoy, who claim Budden, his podcast co-host Melyssa Ford, and the condo association have engaged in a "campaign of intimidation and retribution" after the Aksoys raised complaints about the disruption from Budden recording his highly rated podcast in the building.

John and Yuliya both claim they confronted Budden about the excessive noise from the podcast and complained about Budden and co. smoking weed in the condo's common area, leaving ashes on the property, and creating a hazardous health situation for their young daughter.

Kim Kardashian is going to take the stand at the trial of a Parisian underground gang alleged to have been behind her Paris robbery ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Kim will go to the robbery trial in France in May, when she will testify on the stand at the jury trial.

TMZ broke the story ... Victoria was arrested earlier this month after police said she hatched a plan to kill Aaron while he was filming his show with Zak Bagans ... as a way to get out of her marriage.

The new Karen Read documentary series -- giving a BTS look at her first trial and her preparation for the retrial in the death of her boyfriend, Boston police officer John O'Keefe -- is blowing up ... but TMZ’s learned they won’t be rolling the cameras for her upcoming retrial.

Director Terry Dunn-Meurer tells TMZ ... "Karen approached us with a compelling desire to share her story, and we believe we captured it thoroughly in 'A Body in the Snow: The Trial of Karen Read.' While the second trial will undoubtedly introduce new evidence and fresh faces -- including a new prosecutor and three additional defense attorneys -- the essence of Karen's story remains the same. Therefore, we currently have no plans to film another documentary covering the same ground."

The ID team stopped filming with Karen a few days after the first trial wrapped last summer, catching the aftermath, and then they did follow-ups in August ... but none of those included Karen -- and that's the extent of it.

Xavier Worthy filed new court documents on Monday alleging his domestic violence accuser, Tia Jones, cheated on him as he was preparing for Super Bowl LIX.

The Kansas City wideout made the allegation in an application for a protective order in Williamson County, Texas ... as he continued his attempts to explain that he was actually the abused one in his relationship with his now-estranged fiancée.

Diddy won a small victory in court today when a judge tossed a majority of claims against him in a lawsuit filed by a former music producer accusing him of sexual assault.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge dismissed five of the nine claims Rodney Jones made against Diddy ... including RICO claims, infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract claims.

The court also dismissed a Trafficking Victims Protection Act claim against Diddy's company, Combs Global.
