Dorit Kemsley will not be reconciling with her estranged husband -- she's filed to divorce PK, and it looks like a custody war could be brewing ... TMZ has learned.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star filed her petition Friday in L.A. County, and according to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- she's asking sole legal and physical custody of their 2 children, 11-year-old Jagger and 9-year-old Phoenix.

In the divorce docs, filed by Dorit's powerhouse attorney Samantha Spector, she requests spousal support from PK. They've been married since March 2015 -- so, they're just over the 10-year mark -- and they announced their separation in May 2024.

Stephen A. Smith has an opinion on just about everything ... and that includes a rape lawsuit involving his co-worker Shannon Sharpe, who is now stepping away from ESPN amid the legal process.

Stephen A. reacted to Sharpe's decision to "temporarily" leave his duties on "First Take" in a Friday episode of his YouTube show. The media personalities are friends and folks are interested in how Stephen's processing Shannon's legal issues.

Scott Peterson should get a new trial proving he could not have committed the murders because of new scientific evidence -- so claims the Los Angeles Innocence Project -- but Nancy Grace says the so-called "scientific evidence" is a load of crap.

Nancy appeared on the new episode of the "2 Angry Men" podcast and addressed a new theory that would have made it impossible for Scott Peterson -- who's serving a life sentence for the murders of Laci and their unborn child, Conner -- to have committed the crime.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained legal docs filed by 50 on Thursday, making good on the social media warnings he's been sending to GenTV's owner, Ryan Kavanaugh, about taking legal action to try to block the rollout.

According to the documents, 50 says he looked past Kavanaugh's controversial past and provided his acting talents for the movie after they sketched out the basic terms of a deal ... with the expectation they would reach a final agreement and sign a contract.
