Taco Bell is hearing the public's outrage about the recent cyclosporiasis outbreak as loud and clear as a bell ... and now they've been named as a defendant in at least three new lawsuits.

The fast-food chain is being sued by multiple people in connection with the recent outbreak of a parasite that causes explosive diarrhea ... including one man who claims he was admitted to a hospital after coming down with some severe symptoms following a meal at Taco Bell.

A 27-year military veteran named David Ott -- who is being represented by respected law firm Ron Simon & Associates -- claims he purchased and ate some Taco Supremes from an Ohio Taco Bell on June 18 and June 20 ... and, a couple days after, he experienced abdominal pain, gas, diarrhea, and more.

Milania Giudice's sense of humor wasn't dampened by the handcuffs on her wrists or her surroundings in the back of a cop car ... because she still managed to laugh at something during her assault arrest ... and it's all on video.

The Montville Township Police Department on Friday released footage from Milania's May arrest in New Jersey ... she's in the back of a squad car, with her hands cuffed behind her back when all of a sudden she smiles wide and laughs.

The door is open and the officers are standing just outside ... and Milania is talking to them with a grin and chuckle.

Kai Cenat is being dragged to court by a man who claims the famous streamer's security guard beat him up for no reason.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a man named Dustin Batista is going after Kai and his well-known bodyguard Lamont Gilbert aka Cuddy ... claiming he caught an epic beatdown at the 2025 Dominican Day Parade in New York after coming across Kai and Gilbert.

Batista claims Gilbert "struck, punched, and assaulted" him while acting as Kai's security guard.

While D4vd sits behind bars awaiting trial for the alleged murder of Celeste Rivas, a new alleged song of his quietly dropped on Spotify ... but it's unclear if he has any involvement.

The track, titled "MARCESCENCE," was taken down after about 8 hours Thursday, data shows. It's no longer playable on the song's page, but the artwork shows D4vd holding a camera in a bathroom mirror.

TMZ has learned there was also a music video for the song on Spotify, but it was ultimately archived. However, a D4vd archive account managed to post it on YouTube.

Andrew Truelove -- the alleged "TODAY" show intruder -- got to live out one of his dreams when he called Craig Melvin the n-word ... at least according to cops, who claim he told folks that was on his bucket list.

NYPD released a narrative based on conversations with a couple of people who say they were there ... and one person told them they saw Truelove walk into the 30 Rock lobby and follow an employee into a restricted area of the building.

Another individual -- also anonymous, though it appears to be Craig -- says they saw a defendant at the bottom of a stairwell ... who yelled out their name and then asked for Al Roker.

Officers say they've been informed Truelove "proceeded to take steps toward Informant 2 and stated in substance, you're a n*****. I am informed by Informant 2 that the defendant's conduct made him fear for his safety."

"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star Miranda Hope's ex Chase McWhorter cut a plea deal with prosecutors in his DUI case ... and it looks like he's going to avoid jail time.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Chase pled guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI and, in exchange, prosecutors agreed to drop the other charges and recommend probation, community service, and a substance abuse evaluation, instead of jail time. The judge signed off on the deal.

Chase was ordered to pay a $1,383 fine, complete 48 hours of community service, and serve a year of probation.

Gambino family crime boss John Gotti's grandson is asking a federal judge to delay his prison sentence a few more months so he can donate a kidney to his mom ... and federal prosecutors are amenable to it -- though they're also a bit skeptical he'll actually go through with it.

Here's the deal ... Carmine Agnello -- the son of Victoria Gotti, one of the Teflon Don's 5 children -- is scheduled to surrender to federal authorities on Monday to start a 15-month sentence for scamming the federal government out of $1.1 million in COVID relief funds.

Carmine asked a judge to push his reporting date back by 60 days so he can donate an organ to Victoria -- who suffers from chronic kidney disease -- and recover outside of prison.

The teens sat down with Entertainment Tonight and had nothing but praise for the disgraced musician, who is currently locked up after being convicted on a couple prostitution charges from his federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial.

Jessie and D'Lila say Diddy is an "amazing" father who they speak to often, and they claim he's "focused on becoming a better man for his family."

Craig Melvin -- live on air -- has addressed the shocking "TODAY" show incident that saw a man bypass security and lunge at the NBC host while spewing a racial slur.

Craig briefly brought up the scary situation during Friday's broadcast, saying the man was "thankfully" apprehended quickly, and he and his colleagues are fully cooperating with the New York City Police Department as the investigation continues.

He added, "We are just very happy everyone is safe."

Will Smith could get roped into the ongoing legal battle between his former friend and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith ... at least if the former friend gets his way ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Will's ex-friend, Bilaal Salaam, is making moves to depose Will as part of his lawsuit against Jada.

On July 7, Bilaal wrote an email to Jada's lawyer with his request to depose Will ... but Jada's team fired back, "As for your proposed deposition of Will Smith, there is nothing to meet and confer about."

Armando Niedermeier-Rubio's immigration attorney is making a public plea to the Department of Homeland Security and other U.S. officials ... asking for emergency help so the '90 Day Fiancé' star can reunite with his husband and daughter during a devastating family medical crisis.

Kelsey Zubkoff tells TMZ ... Armando is urgently seeking assistance so he can be reunited with his U.S. citizen spouse, Kenny Niedermeier, and his lawful permanent resident daughter, Hannah, who is receiving critical care in the ICU at a Phoenix hospital.

According to the attorney, Armando is pursuing the lawful spousal visa process and is asking the Department of Homeland Security, the appropriate U.S. Embassy or consulate, or any other agency able to expedite review of his pending case. While that request is under consideration, they're also asking whether emergency humanitarian parole or other lawful temporary relief may be available given the extraordinary medical circumstances.

The FBI is investigating alleged threats that they say have been sparked by the case surrounding Nolan Wells' mysterious death.

FBI Jackson said in a statement that the federal level of the Bureau "has been working to address interstate threats" that they say were received by "individuals related to this matter."

It's unclear what kinds of threats were made and who was on the receiving end, but FBI Jackson added ... "these efforts are in parallel with Jackson County’s independent investigation."

The man accused of barging into the "TODAY" show and confronting Craig Melvin was marched out of an NYPD precinct Thursday ... hours after allegedly slipping past security at 30 Rock.

Check out the video ... Andrew Truelove, who police say is behind the incident, was led out of the station in handcuffs Thursday afternoon. As photographers shouted questions, he asked, "So, you actually heard about what I did?" before repeating the question and saying he'd been cooperative as officers escorted him away.

TMZ broke the story ... Truelove allegedly entered the building from the "TODAY" plaza Thursday morning and made his way into a restricted area after first asking staffers for Al Roker.

Jake Anderson -- star on the hit show "Deadliest Catch" -- and his wife Jenna are going through what looks like a pretty messy divorce ... because they don't agree on much in legal filings ... and money is a big issue.

According to the report, the two list different dates of separation ... Jake, who filed for divorce in September of last year, says they separated August 1, 2025 ... while Jenna insists they split about two weeks before that.

Sources tell TMZ ... Alyssa Couture was arrested on July 13 in New Orleans after she allegedly followed Shia to a bank parking lot, where he was with his girlfriend ... and when she was being questioned by police, she made some pretty alarming statements.

A source said Alyssa remained across the street from the bank and was seen pacing around her car while Shia was inside the bank. She claimed she was trying to close the "demon portal."

Cops arrested Alyssa after talking to her. She told officers that the celebrity Shia LaBeouf was a clone that has Shia's DNA and her DNA mixed together. Alyssa claimed Shia's clone was made in a secret lab.
