We got the "Sons of Anarchy" star at Mulberry Street Pizzeria in Beverly Hills and he told our photog the charges against him were dropped.

As we reported ... the actor and stuntman was arrested in November after a traffic stop in The Bronx. Cops said the Florida dealer plate on his vintage 1968 Chevelle SS was fake, and Chuck was arrested for misdemeanor possession of a forged license plate.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have settled their divorce, TMZ has learned, and in a month and a half they will officially call their marriage quits.

Nicki Minaj will not be arrested regarding the assault allegations made by her former manager -- at least not yet ... TMZ has learned the warrant cops requested has been denied.

A spokesperson for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office tells TMZ ... they have reviewed the warrant request from the Detroit Police Department but have chosen to deny it due to "insufficient evidence" proving a crime had been committed.

The Prosecutor's Office does add that it's requested the police further investigate the matter.

Nikola Jokic's brother, Strahinja Jokic, is fighting back in his assault case ... TMZ Sports has confirmed he just issued a not guilty plea at a court hearing Monday.

According to records we obtained, the NBA superstar's older bro pleaded not guilty to one count of misdemeanor assault in Denver County Court ... and then had his trial set for April 24.

Nicki Minaj exploded on her day-to-day manager and hit him in the face so hard she knocked his head back and sent his hat flying ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The "Starships" rapper is being sued by a man named Brandon Garrett, who claims he was working as Nicki's manager during her tour earlier this year when she got physical with him.

In the lawsuit, filed by high-powered trial attorney Thomas Feher and obtained by TMZ, Garrett claims Nicki sent him on an errand after her April 2024 concert in Detroit ... and when he got back he was summoned to her dressing room.

Erik and Lyle Menendez's relatives aren't saying much about their first meeting with the new L.A. County District Attorney Nathan Hochman ... and he isn't either.

Hochman held a news conference Friday but he didn't get into any specifics of his conversations with Menendez family members ... only saying he felt the meeting was "productive."

Twenty family members of Jose and Kitty Menendez -- who were shot-gunned to death by their children in 1989 -- will sit down today with Hochman to ask the DA for a reduced sentence for Erik and Lyle.

As you know, the brothers were convicted of the slayings in their second trial in 1996 and sentenced to life without parole. Their first trial ended in a mistrial.

Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the terrorist who wreaked havoc on a New Orleans street early Wednesday, was arrested for theft and it's part of a timeline that shows money proved elusive for him.

Jabbar was arrested in November 2002 in Houston for theft involving somewhere between $50 an $500 ... this according to court records obtained by TMZ. The records do not get specific as to what or where he stole.

Jabbar pled guilty to the misdemeanor, paid a $100 fine and was sentenced to 9 months of community supervision. The docs say there were no controlled substances involved in the crime and no weapons were used.
