At least one Lyft driver's got a limit to how much his vehicle will lift ... according to a Detroit woman who claims a driver refused her a ride due to her weight, and now she's taking the company to court.

Dajua Blanding says she called for the Lyft last week to take her to her cousin's house to watch the Lions playoff game -- but when the driver showed up in his Mercedes-Benz sedan, the ride was derailed.

Dajua -- who raps in Detroit under the name Dank Demoss -- says the driver locked his doors and denied her entry. She claims the driver told her she was "too big to fit in the back seat" ... and then it got worse.

Justin Baldoni is following through on his vow to release all his communications with Blake Lively ... revealing a nearly 7-minute apology he sent her at 2 AM while they were working on the "It Ends With Us" script.

Justin's voice note was clearly recorded shortly after the costars' now infamous meeting to discuss the movie's rooftop scene -- which Blake had rewritten -- and he's apologizing for his less than warm reaction to the changes ... saying, "I'm really sorry. I f***ed up. I will admit and apologize when I fail. I'm a very flawed man, as my wife will attest."

He continued, "I'm gonna piss you off, probably, but I will always apologize and find my way back to center. I'm sorry I made you feel that way. I will, for sure, do better."

6:16 PM PT -- An attorney for 50 Cent tells TMZ … "Mr. Jackson has neither been served with or seen a filed copy of a lawsuit filed by Ms. Allred’s firm. However, if and when such a frivolous claim is filed and served, rest assured that Mr. Jackson’s legal team will swiftly move to dismiss the matter and seek the maximum costs, fees, sanctions and other remedies that are available under law.

They continued, "Based upon the leaked reports presumably by Ms. Allred, Mr. Jackson is not alleged to be the driver of the vehicle or even the individual who the Plaintiff paparazzi alleges opened the door as he charged a vehicle as it drove away from the bookstore."

TMZ can confirm the lawsuit was not leaked. It was filed publicly in L.A. Superior Court Monday afternoon.

50 Cent allegedly directed his entourage to hit a photographer with a car door, knocking the man from his electric scooter and injuring him in the process ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The "In Da Club" rapper is being sued by a man named Guadalupe De Los Santos, who claims 50 Cent used an SUV to assault him.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the man claims he went to 50 Cent's September 11 book signing at The Grove in Los Angeles to shoot video of the celebrity.

Eminem's ride or die for his home state, but not when it comes to a Ford dealership in Michigan using his biggest hit to sell limited edition trucks.

Eight Mile Style, which controls part of Em's music catalog, fired off the lawsuit Monday against LaFontaine Ford St. Clair -- which owns multiple car dealerships -- over an online ad it started running last fall to promote a limited edition Detroit Lions Ford F-150 pickup truck.

The ad is not only scored with "Lose Yourself," but it also features a caption that reads, "You only get one shot to own a Special Edition Detroit Lions F-150."

Skai Jackson announced she gave birth to her first child over the weekend -- but the father was MIA ... and for good reason -- he was locked up!

According to legal docs, Deondre Burgin has been cooling his heels behind bars at the Hamilton County Jail in Ohio since November and, as a result, Burgin was a no-show for the birth of his kid with Skai -- famous for her roles on Disney Channel sitcoms like "Jessie" and "Bunk'd."

Back in November, Burgin was given a 90-day sentence after he violated his parole from an earlier theft and weapon possession case as a juvenile, according to Hamilton County court records.

Justin Baldoni is ripping Blake Lively, claiming she cherry-picked facts for the NY Times hit piece against him ... and he's planning to do the opposite to get the truth out.
