Savannah Chrisley's fiancé apparently made quite the impression while serving time in federal prison ... 'cause TMZ has obtained records showing he was praised for his work ethic, teaching skills, and willingness to help fellow inmates.

According to Federal Bureau of Prisons records filed in court and obtained by TMZ, Jason Galanis received glowing reviews in a July 2017 work performance evaluation while serving as a volunteer tutor.

Prison officials wrote that Jason volunteered to teach several classes to fellow inmates and made a genuine effort to turn his negative experience behind bars into something positive.

Passengers from the "never-ending" sail are speaking out after getting kicked off the Villa Vie Odyssey and being stranded in Asia.

One resident tells Reuters they had to disembark in Cambodia because the cruise line ran out of money and can't make it to the next port.

He says they're trying to raise money so they can get back onboard and move on ... but no one's ponying up.

Problem is ... another passenger says a lot of people have sunk all their money into their residential cabins onboard the Villa Vie Odyssey and sold their homes on land ... so they have nowhere to go.

In newly filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, Jillian Green continues to go after her estranged husband and Kim's BF Kyle Mowitz in their ongoing bitter divorce. Now, she wants the judge to hold Kyle in contempt for creating "financial chaos" in her life by paying support when he feels like it.

Jillian said she's been left to cover many bills for herself … even though he is supposed to be providing her with $6K per month. She says Kyle is clearly not concerned about money … claiming he recently loaned Kim $100K.

Paris Jackson is asking the court to drastically cut the compensation paid to the executor of her late father Michael Jackson's estate ... she says he's shown "persistent incompetence" when it comes to filing financial statements on time ... TMZ has learned.

In court docs obtained by TMZ ... Paris asked the Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to slash executor John Branca's compensation from 15% to 10% of the estate's gross entertainment-related income from 2023, 2024, and every year after until a 2026 accounting is filed.

Paris claims that Branca filed late or incomplete financial statements ... and says that while Branca sought the approval of $109,219,648.27 in compensation to co-executors and a law firm, he still failed to complete basic accounting disclosures.

Villa Vie Odyssey residents -- who've been living on the cruise ship -- were ordered off the ship in Cambodia ... and the residential cruise line is blaming skyrocketing fuel prices.

Villa Vie announced Tuesday that it's suspended operations because the monthly fuel expenses per cabin had more than tripled in parts of Asia, leaving residents up a creek.

Resident Randy Cassingham posted that CEO Kathy Villaba shared that they were "unable to secure the fuel necessary to continue operations," calling it a "temporary layup" and ordering residents to disembark by 2 PM.

Paul Pierce claims he is "tapped out" financially while trying to keep up with his court-ordered support payments ... due to him no longer receiving income from Fox Sports ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Paul claims his last check from Fox Sports came in August. He said his average monthly income was $119K, but now it is zero. He said he earned around $23K last month from his partnership interests in other business ventures.

Paul said he pays around $28K in child support and another $20K in spousal support per month … but claims he only has $300K in the bank and $3 million in property.

A New Jersey middle school teacher has been accused of running a prostitution scam that involved her allegedly pinning down a naked man ... but she claims she was "strictly there to party."

An unidentified man claims he met Middle Township Middle School computer teacher Amanda Crafts, 35, and Veda Engel, 23, at Caesar’s Atlantic City on Oct. 9 ... BreakingAC reported.

The victim claims that after Engel performed a sex act on him in the women's Harrah's hotel room ... Crafts held him down and used his smartphone's Face ID to open up Apple Pay to send 4 separate payments totaling $1,250.

An influencer born in NYC was arrested in Colombia after authorities claim they found a cache of weapons and drugs inside her apartment ... and the scene they described is straight out of "Narcos" or "Breaking Bad."

National police officers and a judge had shown up to Wendy Durán's apartment with a warrant to search the place Monday in order to obtain missing rent payments ... the New York Post reported.

Nick Reiner can use at least some of his trust fund while behind bars ... receiving approval from a judge to receive funds to use at the commissary.

Reiner appeared in court on Friday during a hearing to discuss the controversial trust ... and, while there's no overall resolution yet, the judge ultimately signed off on allowing the trust to put $300 into the prison commissary fund.

If the fund is depleted in the future, Reiner can add another $300 into it and so on.

As for a settlement about him accessing the trust ... the two sides said they've set a date for mediation in the case -- December 16 -- and they're "optimistic" they will reach an agreement.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, the creditors going after Erik's employer, Rosland Capital, claim the former child star has not voluntarily turned over documents to help them figure out answers.

One couple, Sheila Greenberg and Norman Greenberg, sued Erik for allegedly selling them gold coins for $2 million … but they later learned the coins were only worth $1.3 million.

Donald Trump's personal attorney, Alina Habba, is denying a report she had a role in securing a pardon for Venezuelan billionaire Julio Herrera Velutini.

Alina fired back on X, writing, "If the New York Times simply went back and looked at their own reporting, they have already credited another capable attorney for what he successfully did without me and took credit for."

She added, "Any insinuation that my employment -- all of which has been vetted and disclosed to the D.O.J. -- had anything to do with securing a pardon is false and defamatory."

The New York Times reported Alina began working for a company set up by Velutini's daughter as part of a multimillion-dollar contract.

Velutini -- who had been facing felony bribery charges before pleading down to a misdemeanor campaign finance violation -- had his legal team seek a pardon.

Then his family reportedly offered Alina -- who was advising for the Department of Justice at the time -- a $50 million deal over 4 years to be general counsel at Concord Partners, a newly formed entity set up by Velutini's daughter, Isabela Herrera.

Aaron Carter's estate is on the taxman's radar ... the IRS says they're owed nearly $500K in taxes, interest, and penalties.

According to new documents filed by the IRS and obtained by TMZ, Aaron had several unpaid tax balances from 2014, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

The 2014 balance is a mere $326.60 ... but the amounts owed get progressively larger -- including $172,538.70 owed between the balance, interest, and penalties for 2021.
