“Love Island” contestant Cashel Barnett is behind bars in Utah ... the reality star turned himself in to police after a felony warrant had been issued for his arrest, TMZ has learned.

Authorities and a source close to the victim tell TMZ … Cashel was booked into Salt Lake City jail in Utah on Monday morning – a week after a warrant had been issued.

Cashel was hit with a slew of charges by the SLC district attorney after he allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend in front of their 1-year-old daughter late last month.

Farrah Abraham and Jenelle Evans are finally ready to let bygones be bygones after years locked in a bitter feud ... and they sealed the decision over Mexican food in Las Vegas.

The "Teen Mom" alums made nice and let go of the bitterness over grub Thursday night at Lucia -- a restaurant at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

MTV reality star Johnny Bananas was riding with John Elway and Jeff Sperbeck during the fatal golf cart accident, with sources telling TMZ Sports ... "The Challenge" competitor tried to keep the agent alive after he fell off the vehicle.

We spoke to someone familiar with the incident ... who tells us, Bananas -- real name Johnny Devenanzio -- and Sperbeck were standing on the back of the cart as Elway drove and his wife sat in the front seat.

We're told Sperbeck lost his balance and fell backward off the cart -- hitting his head on the asphalt around 7 PM.

"Floribama Shore" star Kirk Medas is in a hospital bed in the intensive care unit and he needs a machine to breathe.

Nilsa Prowant, who starred alongside Kirk on the canceled MTV show, just shared a health update on her good friend Kirk ... and it doesn't sound good.

Kirk's in the ICU fighting necrotizing pancreatitis, Nilsa says ... and he's been there for nearly two weeks and is now sedated and using a ventilator to breathe.

Amber Portwood apparently is no longer a part of "Teen Mom" ... but she's saying don't get it twisted -- she wasn't fired -- she threw in the towel for her mental health.

Amber recently did a TikTok Live ... shutting down rumors she was axed from the popular MTV series, saying the decision to bounce was all hers -- and she split "three days ago."

MTV is not bringing back their annual celebration of the best of pop culture ... we've learned their famous 'Movie & TV Awards' show has been nixed for the second straight year.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... the annual event is not returning this year and remains "on pause."

Matt Pinfield says he's recovering after ending up in a coma earlier this year ... and, he's crediting his daughter Jessica for his recovery -- despite his girlfriend and brother's misgivings.

The former MTV host spoke with The Hollywood Reporter ... and, he says he's recovering after his scary hospitalization, which left him unresponsive for two months -- with doctors even fearing he'd never walk or talk again.

As we told you ... Matt's daughter Jessica filed for a temporary conservatorship to take guardianship of his financial and medical decisions -- and, Matt says Jessica is "the one who saved my life. She protected me.”

Former reality TV stars Kyndra Mayo and Cami Edwards were seniors in high school when they became known for being the popular besties -- planning and throwing ragers at their luxurious Orange County homes -- on the hit MTV reality show "Laguna Beach" back in 2006.

Kyndra and Cami brought the drama and followed the footsteps of the OG's, Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari, and were joined by Tessa Keller, Cameron Brinkman and Lexie Contursi.

Tony Raines -- an MTV reality TV star -- was arrested early Sunday morning for operating a vehicle while intoxicated ... TMZ has learned.

Raines -- a contestant on "The Challenge" and "Real World: Skeletons" -- was arrested on 1 count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, 1 count of reckless operation and four counts of negligent injuring.

It's unclear exactly what led to his arrest ... but, sources tell us Raines was at a  wedding in Hammond, Louisiana on Saturday night and he went to the afterparty at a nearby restaurant after.

Lines are being drawn and a family fight is brewing over a potential conservatorship for former MTV host Matt Pinfield.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Matt's girlfriend, Kara Brown, and his brother, Glenn, claims Matt's daughter Jessica is isolating Matt from the rest of the family and trying to cut them out from his life.

Matt, as we first reported, is hospitalized after suffering a medical emergency. Jessica claims he's incompetent and unable to make decisions on health and finances. She filed for a conservatorship and voiced fears his GF would drain his bank account if left unchecked.

In the docs, Jessica says she's concerned about Matt's money and personal property because his girlfriend has access to his accounts ... she and her sister Maya say they are deeply concerned the girlfriend will withdraw Matt's money.
