Florida's Orange County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... deputies received a medical call, but it was ultimately handled by the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District.

11:51 AM -- Brian J. Cole -- a 30-year-old from Virginia -- has been charged with transporting an explosive device and attempted malicious destruction by means of explosive material, according to charging documents obtained by TMZ. The docs state that in 2019 and 2020, Cole purchased multiple items matching the components used to build the pipe bombs placed outside the RNC and DNC -- and also bought equipment that would help facilitate manufacturing the devices. The docs say that Cole continued buying bomb-making materials even after the January 5, 2021 placement. Investigators say they were also able to place Cole at the sites through cellular data that matched the time and location of the bomb placements.

The FBI has finally made an arrest in the long-running investigation into the pipe bombs planted near the DNC and RNC headquarters on the eve of the January 6th Capitol riot in 2021.

A man believed to be connected to the crime was taken into custody Thursday morning, according to the Associated Press, citing an anonymous official.

The investigation has stretched nearly five years, with authorities struggling to identify the culprit -- partly relying on grainy surveillance video showing a masked individual in a hoodie and gloves.

Walshe called William Fastow on January 4 ... trying to reach him multiple times -- though Fastow said he avoided picking up the phone multiple times since he knew it was his lover's husband trying to reach out to him, and he worried about some sort of confrontation.

Brian eventually left the message played in court ... in which he tells Fastow he hasn't heard from Ana for several days.

Brazilian influencer Bárbara Jankavski's cause of death has been released -- also known as the "Human Barbie" -- has been released ... but her family isn't buying the official line.

Authorities in São Paulo reportedly determined she died accidentally from cocaine use, according to Brazilian news site g1.

But, the local outlet reports, Jankavski's family and the Public Prosecutor's Office believe she was murdered. They reportedly want the case to go before a jury.

Brian Walshe and his wife Ana fought just days before her death because she missed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with her family to spend time with her lover ... this according to the lover himself.

William Fastow took the stand in Massachusetts Thursday ... pulling back the curtain on his relationship with Ana ... with whom he says he was regularly intimate in the months leading up to her disappearance.

Fastow says the two even spent Christmas Eve with his friends in Annapolis, Maryland ... after which she stayed with William at his home in the Washington, D.C. area. Ana's flight the next day was canceled due to snow -- but she ultimately decided to drive back to Massachusetts that day.

The exhibit's the talk of Art Basel Miami Beach ... crafted by the artist Beeple, it's titled "Regular Animals" -- with flesh-colored robo-dogs wandering around a pen wearing super-realistic masks.

If Jesus comes to the U.S., he'd better have a valid visa ... at least that's the worry of an Illinois church that's installed a controversial Nativity scene depicting the baby messiah zip-tied in a manger.

Lake Street Church of Evanston -- just north of Chicago -- reimagined the Nativity with masked centurions wearing green vests labeled "ICE" surrounding the Holy Family. Mother Mary and Joseph wear respirator masks to shield themselves from tear gas, according to the church.

In a Facebook post, the church explained the scene is meant to draw "direct parallels between the Holy Family's refugee experience and contemporary immigration detention practices." Surveillance video shows the raccoon climbing on some liquor boxes before falling to the ground ... and later, the animal is stumbling down an aisle, walking around broken bottles and puddles of booze.

A raccoon broke into a liquor store and ransacked the joint, shattering bottles of liquor and slurping up the booze until it passed out drunk near a toilet and got apprehended.

You might think this is all a tall tale ... but it's actually a true story and it happened at Ashland ABC Store in Hanover County, Virginia.

The mischievous critter did its little breaking and entering routine at the liquor shop over the weekend, falling through one of the ceiling tiles onto the floor, according to the Associated Press.

Rapper POORSTACY's death in Florida was a suicide ... TMZ has learned, but some of his family members feel it was something more nefarious.

Multiple sources with knowledge of the investigation tell us POORSTACY shot himself Saturday morning in a Boca Raton hotel room, but initially survived. He was transported to a local hospital, where he died Monday, after being taken off life support.

Police have yet to officially release the cause of death, but we're told the rapper's family isn't buying it was suicide. One source connected to his family tells TMZ ... the family is disputing it was a self-inflicted gunshot wound ... and they suspect foul play.

An NYU student was randomly attacked Monday in Greenwich Village ... and now a suspect has been arrested for the bizarre butt-slapping on a sidewalk, TMZ has confirmed.

Watch the video ... a man wearing a light-blue scarf follows a 20-year-old woman across a busy street to sneak up behind her and strike her hard on the behind. He follows up by knocking her to the ground with another vicious blow to the head.

This all took place in broad daylight in lower Manhattan as the poor woman was just trying to make her way to a 9:30 AM class.
