A tourist hiking a mountain in China fell off a 130-foot-high cliff while trying to get the perfect selfie ... and it's all on video.

Footage shows the moment the hiking tourist goes over the edge of Huaying Mountain in Guang'an, China.

The guy is balancing on the rocky cliff, phone in hand, and he looks down and then tries to take a selfie ... then stumbles and falls off the cliff ... disappearing into the tree line below Sunday.

Raise the whoof! Dog owners met in Buenos Aires, Argentina today ... attempting to break the record for the most golden retrievers gathered in a park at one time.

According to the Associated Press, 2,397 dogs did the trick at the park in Palermo, a neighborhood in the city ... beating the former record of 1,685.

And they took the cutest doggone pics ... one participant was snapped hugging 2 pooches -- including one which appeared to be wearing pink chiffon -- while another dog enjoyed a petting tag-team from 3 humans doting on the canine.

10:16 AM PT -- A Royal Caribbean Group spokesperson tells TMZ … “We were saddened by the passing of one of our guests, worked with authorities on their investigation, and will refrain from commenting any further on pending litigation.”

The family of Michael Virgil -- the man who died on a Royal Caribbean Cruise last year after trying to beat down a door onboard -- are suing the company they believe is responsible ... in part, for giving him too much alcohol.

In court papers, obtained by TMZ ... Michael's fiancée, Connie Aguilar, is going after one of the world's largest cruise line companies for allegedly serving him "at least 33 alcoholic beverages" before his untimely death.

According to the lawsuit, when Michael and Connie boarded the ship with their 7-year-old son, they found out their room wasn't ready. The suit claims they were then directed to a bar area while they waited, but after a long period of time, their son -- who has autism -- grew impatient. To calm their young child, Connie took him to check on the cabin's status, leaving Michael at the bar.

The fitness influencer's official Instagram page, where he had more than 193K followers, announced his death over the weekend ... "Today, the world feels a little emptier: Ale has flown away, free from pain, finding the peace he deserved."

The statement continues ... "We know how much you loved and supported him, but now we ask you to protect his family, girlfriend, and friends during this painful time."

Never get between a bear and its food! A handler learned this the hard way when a hungry sun bear attacked him for some snacks.

Watch the video ... the bear appeared to casually stroll up to the handler on its hind legs at the beginning of a performance at the Hangzhou Wildlife Park in Zhejiang Province in China, this weekend.

At first, it looks cute ... sun bears famously look like humans in bear suits, so alarm bells didn't seem to go off for anyone ... until the bear slams the handler to the ground, fiercely trying to get at the snack.

Another staffer is seen rushing in with a mini-basketball hoop, using it as a net to restrain the animal ... as the shocked audience gawked at the scene before them.

Tragedy in England -- a teenage boy went out to celebrate wrapping his first semester of college ... but, heartbreakingly, he never made it home.

According to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary, 18-year-old Henry Nowak was walking along the southern coast of England on Wednesday -- about an hour and a half southwest of London -- when he got caught up in an altercation with two men he didn’t even know ... leading to a fatal stabbing.

Henry suffered a puncture wound to his chest and two more to the back of his leg ... and was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.

Terrifying video shows a Mercedes-Benz propelling over traffic in Romania before crashing into a pole — and the driver somehow survived with just a few broken bones.

The CCTV footage captured a portion of the car wreck last Wednesday in Oradea, a city in northwest Romania, and the dramatic video is now making the rounds in the international media.

As you can see ... everything seems normal at first as a bus and several cars drive toward a roundabout. Suddenly, the Mercedes launches through the air over the vehicles, nearly clipping the roof of the bus before reportedly crashing into a utility pole near a gas station.

South Africa Mass Shooting 12 Dead in Deadly Bar Massacre

A mass shooting tore through an unlicensed bar in South Africa over the weekend ... leaving 12 people dead, including three young children, as police search for multiple gunmen who opened fire without warning.

The attack went down early Saturday inside a bar operating out of a hostel west of Pretoria. Cops say 10 victims died on scene, and two more passed away at the hospital.

Among the dead ... a 3-year-old boy, a 12-year-old boy, and a 16-year-old girl ... all caught in a hail of bullets during what should've been an ordinary night for locals. Another 13 people were rushed to the hospital with gunshot wounds. Authorities haven't released their ages or conditions.

Passengers in Brazil had to quickly evacuate a plane when a fire broke out on the jetway and smoke spilled into the cabin ... and video has now surfaced of the scary incident.

The scary scene went down at São Paulo's Guarulhos International Airport on December 4 ... when the baggage conveyor connected to a LATAM Airlines plane set to fly to Porto Alegre, Brazil caught fire, according to the local outlet, Estadão.

Check out the video of the fire on the tarmac ... the flames reach high into the air and smoke billows about shortly after everyone onboard was safely evacuated.

National Guard Member Slowly Healing After Shooting ... Family 'Optimistic' About Progress

Andrew Wolfe -- one of the two National Guard members shot the day before Thanksgiving in Washington, D.C. -- is recovering well ... according to the West Virginia governor.

Governor Patrick Morrisey provided the update via his website Friday ... revealing he's been in contact with the family -- and, they "report that his head wound is slowly healing and that he's beginning to ‘look more like himself.'"

The governor stated Andy will likely be in acute care for at least a couple more weeks ... but, the family's full of optimism after the tragic attack.

National Park Service Free Entry on Trump's Birthday ... But Not on MLK Day or Juneteenth!!!

Donald Trump is giving Americans a new way to celebrate his birthday -- free entry to national parks! Two other holidays -- Juneteenth and Martin Luther King Jr. Day -- are getting the boot, however.

The calendar of free entry dates on the National Park Service website confirms this change for 2026 and covers 116 parks, from Yellowstone, Yosemite and Grand Canyon to Everglades National Park and beyond.

Here's the scoop ... Idaho's most infamous mass killer is incarcerated in long-term restrictive housing at Idaho Maximum Security Institution, so he has very little access to any activities, according to Sanda Kuzeta-Cerimagic, a spokeswoman for the Department of Correction.

Kuzeta-Cerimagic said Kohberger and his fellow inmates in the restrictive unit are shuffled around in shackles, making it harder for correction officers to move them about the prison for special Xmas activities.
