Finesse2tymes allegedly put his street team in harm's way where bullets were flying ... and it's all spelled out in a new lawsuit filed by his former driver.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained legal docs filed by Ernest Flores, who is suing Finesse2tymes and others over the June 18, 2023 shooting outside the now-shuttered nightclub Cosmopolitan Premier Lounge near Atlanta, Georgia.

Flores says he was employed by Finesse2tymes for the local Hot 107.9 radio station's after-party during its annual Birthday Bash Weekend concert.

A man in Brazil must have had God watching over him ... because he miraculously survived a fast-moving car barreling into him and sending him flying into a building.

Check out video obtained by TMZ ... which captured the January 23 incident in which the pedestrian was seen strolling down a sidewalk in Pernambuco, a state in northeast Brazil, seemingly without a care in the world.

That all changed moments later when, as you can see, the vehicle speeds toward him and mounts the sidewalk before slamming into him and plowing through a gate and into a wall.

Patti Smith collapsed on stage in Brazil mid-performance -- and she later rolled back out in a wheelchair to let the crowd know she had to cut the rest of the show short.

WWE Superstar JD McDonagh will be out of action for the foreseeable future after a move gone wrong during "Monday Night Raw" ... which left him with some significant injuries.

The scene happened during McDonagh's tag team match with Dominik Mysterio against the Viking Raiders. While attempting a move from the ring apron down to the floor, McDonagh seemingly caught too much air ... and missed his opponent. Instead, his head smacked on the announcer's table.

They continued, "Based upon the leaked reports presumably by Ms. Allred, Mr. Jackson is not alleged to be the driver of the vehicle or even the individual who the Plaintiff paparazzi alleges opened the door as he charged a vehicle as it drove away from the bookstore."

TMZ can confirm the lawsuit was not leaked. It was filed publicly in L.A. Superior Court Monday afternoon.

A large number of people were injured -- some severely -- when a ski lift collapsed at a resort in Spain on Saturday, videos of the aftermath show.
