Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Pricey Police Presence To Protect MSG Wedding Revealed
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding is shaping up to be crazy expensive ... and that's not even counting the roughly $160,000 it's going to cost for police assigned to work two events at Madison Square Garden.
Our high-ranking NYPD sources tell us there are going to be over 70 detectives from precincts all across the city assigned to Thursday's rehearsal and Friday's wedding ... and they'll be working 8.5 hour shifts at $80 to $90 an hour.
We'll spare you the math ... that's $95,200 on the low end.
In addition, we're told there will be over 50 police officers assigned to MSG as well ... they're mostly rookies making $70 an hour for a 9-hour shift ... which would be another $63,000.
Our sources say some NYPD higher-ups in will also be working ... so the salary figure should push over $160K.

Santa Claus won't be able to make his round for Christmas in July this year ... because he's been arrested on a couple very serious charges.
Here's the deal ... a 75-year-old man who legally changed his name to "Santa Claus" was arrested last week as part of a child sex sting operation.
According to Kenner Police Department, Santa jingled all the way behind bars on two charges ... computer-aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with a juvenile. His bond was set at $20K for each charge.
KPD alleges Santa initiated contact with an undercover agent posing as a 15-year-old. Investigators claim he discussed engaging in sexual acts with the fictious teen during the course of conversation.

A Chicago news crew actually became the news after they were allegedly attacked by several men in a tow truck during a racially charged incident ... and three people are now in custody.
The heated situation popped off Monday afternoon as a CBS reporter and photog were about to go live on air near the Adler Planetarium ... they were interrupted by a tow truck that parked in front of their van, according to witnesses and the Chicago PD.
Police say a man jumped out of the tow truck with his dog and ordered his canine to attack the news crew while yelling racial slurs at them. Witnesses told CBS the other two men in the tow truck also jumped out to assist.

Ramirez tells us all four women lived in Del Rio, and he believes the stabbing happened in front of one of the suspects' homes.

Video of their arrests surfaced on YouTube, showing police taking Kitty and Amaya into custody ... and based on their facial expressions, the two couldn't be happier to be in cuffs. They even smiled in their mug shots.
Pennsylvania Man Under Investigation In Woman's Disappearance ... Cops Find Note Referencing Ted Bundy
A Pennsylvania man is under investigation in the disappearance of at least one woman after federal authorities arrested him on gun charges and found a letter referencing the late notorious serial killer Ted Bundy.
Eugene Horsch was taken into custody Friday after FBI agents and local police stormed his home in Philadelphia and found hazardous chemicals, several firearms, ammunition, and an alleged handwritten note mentioning Bundy ... Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore announced at a news conference.
Vanore says investigators also discovered a 55-gallon drum, a bunch of urns, and secret compartments inside Horsch's home. The probe was triggered on June 19, when a U.S. Park Ranger said they overheard a heated argument between Horsch and his girlfriend in a parked car.
