Erika Jayne's shocking 'RHOBH' abuse confession is shedding new light on a frightening police response to her home ... 'cause TMZ has learned the incident involved a suspect who refused to leave.

During a recent episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," EJ made the revelation during a tense conversation with Denise Richards and Sutton Stracke about Denise's divorce from Aaron Phypers. After a photo of Denise with a "black eye" came up and Denise explained it, Erika said she had also experienced abuse in the past. She made it clear it did not involve either of her former husbands.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a male suspect -- described as a black man and a friend of Erika's -- allegedly broke into her Los Angeles home on September 20, 2024, and refused to leave.

"Real Housewives of New York" star Leah McSweeney won a major legal battle this week ... because a judge has shot down a request by Andy Cohen and Bravo to move her lawsuit against them into private arbitration.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Andy and company litigated some of the case in federal district court ... only to then ask for it to be moved over to private arbitration after some initial rulings. The judge said it was too late for that move, ruling the defendants had already waived that right and can't "have their cake and eat it too."

As a result, it looks like the court proceedings will continue to be held in public through the court system. Page Six was first to report the news.

Mary Cosby's son, Robert Cosby Jr., was laid to rest over the weekend following his sudden death, but the cameras were not rolling ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" tell TMZ ... the funeral services held over the weekend in Utah were not filmed for the show's upcoming Season 7. We're told several producers from the series attended the service to pay their respects, though.

The support from the 'RHOSLC' family was strong. Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Bronwyn Newport, Angie Katsanevas, and Britani Bateman all showed up for Mary during the difficult time.

Andy Cohen confirmed on SiriusXM Monday the funeral services were held Saturday and noted in addition to the cast, there were also some notable Bravoleb cameos -- Kyle Richards, Cynthia Bailey, and Shereé Whitfield attended as well. Andy called them "real ones."

Rachel Zoe's glam weekend in Las Vegas took a dark turn back home ... 'cause TMZ has learned her Los Angeles house was broken into.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star's Bel Air property was burglarized early Sunday morning while she was in Sin City for the opening of Zero Bond Las Vegas.

We're told Zoe's alarm company received an activation alert and the alarm company quickly notified police. Patrol units in the neighborhood responded and spotted two male suspects leaving the property. We're told one of those suspects is in custody.

Mary Cosby's late son, Robert Cosby Jr., is being remembered as a fiercely devoted son, a man of deep faith and his mom's closest confidante.

An online obituary for the 23-year-old pulls back the curtain on the tight-knit dynamic between "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star and her only child, describing a bond that ran deep.

"Robert loved his parents with a fierce and unwavering devotion, and his mother was his closest confidante," the tribute reads.

Kathy Hilton is being sued by a woman who claims she was seriously injured at "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star’s $28 million mansion ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman named Kimberly Heffington says she visited Kathy’s 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 15,000-square-foot pad in Bel Air on August 25, 2024.

Kimberly said she was walking when her foot was caught in between uneven pavement, causing her to trip and fall. She claims she “landed violently on the ground, causing her to suffer severe and permanent injuries, including but not limited to a complex medial meniscus tear to her right knee."

Erin Lichy's former management company won a case against their ex-client and got an award for more than $90,000 ... and, the group's now gone to a judge to make sure they get it.

Brigade Talent LLC filed documents to confirm an arbitration award Thursday ... after the company says they won a case against the 'RHONY' star ... Lichy fired the company in 2024 after 17 months, and a dispute arose over unpaid commissions.  The company says the ruling in their favor requires Lichy to hand over $91,632.28.

The company claims Erin was made aware of the final award on February 24 ... and they now want the judge to confirm it and grant the company additional interest until it's paid.

Jon Gosselin sure as hell isn't tuning into the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of New York City" ... but it's not for the reason most might assume.

A source close to Jon tells TMZ … the reality star is a hard pass on watching 'RHONY' … but it has nothing to do with his ex, Hailey Glassman, joining the Bravo series.

Our source says ... Jon's a guy from rural Pennsylvania … and they don’t watch "The Housewives," they watch sports. So, it's nothing personal -- there's just zero interest.

Sources connected to the show tell us filming for Season 7 resumed Tuesday after briefly being paused in the wake of Robert Cosby Jr.'s sudden death. We're told the women -- minus Mary -- gathered at one cast member's home for their first group shoot of the new season.

We're told the cast discussed Robert's death on camera, marking an emotional return to production.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams called out her ex-husband Simon Guobadia’s “deceptive practices” as she continues to fight him in court, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Porsha scoffed at Simon’s effort to dismiss his own defamation lawsuit filed against her.

As we previously reported, Simon sued the Bravo star in November 2024 over a series of social media posts she made about erectile dysfunction. The businessman claimed Porsha made it appear he was the one suffering from the health issues, which he claimed cost him business and caused him emotional distress.

Caroline Brooks plans to get out of Dubai following the recent missile strikes from Iran ... TMZ has learned.

"The Real Housewives of Dubai" star tells TMZ ... her family intends to book flights as soon as possible and head straight to Boston to stay with her parents. She says her son is terrified to fly in what he sees as a war zone, so she's doing everything she can to calm him down before they travel.

Pinky Cole, the Slutty Vegan founder who is new to 'RHOA', filed for bankruptcy ... and it looks like she's got a good chunk of debt.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Pinky filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy ... and she says she owes the U.S. Small Business Administration $1.2 million.

What's more, Pinky says she owes another $192,000 in total to the Georgia Department of Revenue.
