Kim Kardashian just got back from a visit to Paris, France, where she testified in a criminal trial, went out to eat at some nice restaurants, attended a bachelorette party ... and, got her nipples pierced?

Kim was spotted in Beverly Hills Sunday night in a relatively understated outfit of black leather pants and a tight black T-shirt -- and a closer look reveals what appears to be, underneath, nipple piercings.

Kim's getting out of a silver SUV, and her midriff-baring top is straining over a bra, which isn't doing much to hide what looks like an industrial-barbell piercing. It's unclear whether this is a new take on the Skims Nipple Push-Up Bra, or if KK decided to add on some body adornments while visiting the City of Light.

11:20 AM PT -- TMZ obtained the coroner's report from the Parish of Natchitoches ... Latonya Pottain died from "acute on chronic congestive heart failure." No autopsy will be performed, since the death is considered due to natural causes. Pottain was taken from an inpatient medial rehab facility at the time of her death.

Latonya Pottain -- best known for being featured on the reality TV show "My 600-lb Life" -- has died of natural causes in Louisiana, TMZ has learned.

Pottain passed away Saturday night at CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center in Shreveport, LA, according to the Natchitoches Parish Coroner’s Office. The coroner tells us the preliminary investigation found Pottain died from congestive heart failure.

Pottain's brother also told TMZ  ... family members visited Latonya at her home Saturday morning, and they noticed she was having trouble breathing. Her brother said Pottain told them she was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, she didn't look well.

Sonja Morgan was hysterical before leaving a Florida restaurant in an ambulance ... telling cops she was being set up as they gave her a trespass warning.

TMZ obtained new footage from Sonja's dramatic exit from Echo in Palm Beach and you hear her telling police ... "It's another setup ... this is another setup."

Sonja is then overheard complaining "I just had a restaurant in New York do that to me. They invited me and then they outed me saying I didn't pay. It's not true. I paid and I tipped."

Jorge's deportation comes one day after the "Tiger King" star posted on his social media that Jorge was taken to an ICE Detention Center for his hearing to either stay in America or go back to Mexico. Ultimately, he was sent back to Mexico hours later, we're told.

The 'RHONY' star tells PEOPLE in a statement ... "An elderly patron at the restaurant I was dining at appeared to be in distress, and I called for medical assistance. While assisting during the commotion, I sustained some minor injuries and, out of an abundance of caution, accompanied the EMTs to be checked out."

Sonja's statement continued ... "I'm incredibly grateful to the first responders for their swift care and professionalism."

She is also responding to our report that she was given a trespass warning from police ... telling the outlet, "I didn't want to leave. I insisted on making sure she was cared for."

1:10 PM PT -- Sonja Morgan was given a trespass warning last night, according to documents TMZ obtained from the Palm Beach Police Dept. She refused to sign the warning, the doc shows.
