Cass Lacelle, who starred on Freeform's reality series "Grand Cayman: Secrets in Paradise," has died after a battle with ovarian cancer.

Her loved ones shared the devastating news Monday in a post on her Instagram page, saying she passed away February 11 following what they called a "short but incredibly courageous battle with cancer."

"Cass leaves behind a legacy that cannot be measured," the statement read. "She is the definition of memorable; in just 34 years, she made an extraordinary impact on everyone who crossed her path."

Singer and "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss chatted with us about her first Valentine's Day since splitting from her estranged husband Todd Tucker ... intervening before her mom could hijack her interview!

While our photog waited for Kandi, it was Mama Joyce who got to our camera first ... so we asked for her thoughts on the divorce news.

Aviva Drescher is standing by Jill Zarin ... insisting her fellow 'Real Housewives of New York City' alum isn't racist -- even if her recent halftime commentary came off that way.

Speaking on the "Miss Understood with Rachel Uchitel" podcast, Aviva addressed the firestorm surrounding Jill's remarks about Bad Bunny's Super Bowl halftime performance and didn't sugarcoat things.

"I've known Jill since 2011, since I joined 'Housewives,'" Aviva said. "Even though we didn't work together, we became friendly. I've never thought of Jill to be racist and that was really the thing that stung. That was just the most awful about her tirade."

Now, sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Brooks thinks some bad sushi in NYC is to blame ... and it definitely wrecked her, 'cause she was filmed by her sister Sarah Jane Nader laid out flat on the floor of a bougie private jet, blanket wrapped around her while people hovered, trying to bring her back to her usual self.

Her dad gently tried to get her to sip water in another clip, with Brooks cracking in the caption, "The things Breaux Nader has to deal with smh."

"90 Day Fiancé" star Elizabeth Castravet’s father, Chuck Potthast, died from blunt force injuries after falling in a bathtub, TMZ has learned.

TMZ has obtained docs from the Hillsborough County, Florida Medical Examiner ... and Chuck’s cause of death in November was listed as blunt impact injuries to the face and neck, including facial lacerations and a fractured C6 vertebra. The report also notes positional asphyxia as a factor.

The medical examiner listed chronic alcohol use, liver cirrhosis, and acute alcohol intoxication as contributing causes ... meaning he had consumed a significant amount of alcohol before the fall.

Kandi Burruss’ estranged husband, Todd Tucker, is firing back at her claim he’s living rent-free in her guest home ... saying she's the one who kicked him out of the main house without notice, TMZ has learned.

Todd filed court docs responding to Kandi’s claim he was essentially squatting in the guest home at her Atlanta property.

In his filing, Todd admitted he was living in the guest house ... but he said it was because Kandi "unilaterally removed" him from the main home by directing her family members to relocate his stuff without his consent, and without court intervention.

Todd said he did not voluntarily leave the home ... but did not fight Kandi about it, in order to “preserve peace and stability.”

2:07 PM PT -- A spokesperson for Madame Tussauds tells TMZ ... "We have been made aware of the incident. Madame Tussauds attractions are interactive experiences, and guests are expected to treat the figures with respect."

The spokesperson continues ... "This behavior is not tolerated. We are reviewing the incident and will take appropriate action to uphold our standards."

HGTV star Nicole Curtis has one person coming to her defense after a video leaked of her using the N-word on her popular show "Rehab Addict" ... well, kinda.

Here's the deal ... the network shelved Nicole's show yesterday after the slur was made public ... and she later issued an apology, telling TMZ the use of that word does not represent who she is.

Ryan Sawtelle -- who worked on "Rehab Addict" and dated NC during the decade they knew each other -- told us he thinks Nicole's a bad person who treats others on the show like garbage ... so he's not surprised this video was leaked. He pointed to reports in the past of contractors suing her, claiming they weren't paid for their work.

However, he also added, “As much as I dislike her -- and it may be validating to see her get in trouble -- she is unequivocally not a racist. Nor has she ever said anything racially insensitive over the years we dated, and I have known her.”

Ryan -- who was actually holding the ladder in the 2022 episode clip when you hear Nicole blurt out the N-word -- told us she often used nonsensical words and gibberish to avoid cussing on the show … and calls it "unfortunate” she mistakenly blurted out the slur. RS points out ... “It was so unexpected, the crew laughed because we knew that isn’t her."

Kandi Burruss says her estranged husband, Todd Tucker, is living rent-free in her guest house amid their bitter divorce and not paying a dime in rent ... TMZ has learned.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, the 'RHOA' alum slammed Todd for not contributing financially to the home and the care of their kids ... as they continue to fight over custody and support.

Kandi says since they separated, Todd's been living in her guest house in Atlanta ... which she says is her own property purchased before the marriage. In the docs, she says Todd hasn't paid a “single expense for the maintenance and upkeep of the home, to include - utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control or even fees associated with the alarm system.”

Jill Zarin's controversial comments about Bad Bunny's halftime show have tons of people turning against her ... and one company with a former connection to the star is paying the price.

Here's the deal ... Zarin Fabrics -- a company owned and run by Zarin's stepson David -- has commenters on Yelp and Facebook accusing the company of racism.

Check it out ... commenters are posting one-star reviews and demanding they immediately ditch Jill. The problem ... the company's already addressed the controversy -- and Jill hasn't had a role with Zarin Fabrics for years.
