Erin Lichy's former management company won a case against their ex-client and got an award for more than $90,000 ... and, the group's now gone to a judge to make sure they get it.
Brigade Talent LLC filed documents to confirm an arbitration award Thursday ... after the company says they won a case against the 'RHONY' star ... Lichy fired the company in 2024 after 17 months, and a dispute arose over unpaid commissions. The company says the ruling in their favor requires Lichy to hand over $91,632.28.
The company claims Erin was made aware of the final award on February 24 ... and they now want the judge to confirm it and grant the company additional interest until it's paid.

Throughout the ride, Lateshia kept teasing that she had some “tea” about drama from the new season of her OWN hit show, keeping passengers locked in between stops.
The first stop was Beaches WeHo, where the group walked straight into West Hollywood's most exclusive drag brunch. Lateshia and the passengers danced and cheered alongside the performers.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Tracy alleges Oren Alexander was a major player at real estate company Douglas Elliman back when she was considering a job there. Angela Meadows tells TMZ ... Todd was hit in the head about a month ago while on the ship and -- according to protocol -- he got checked out by a doctor. When it was medically determined Todd had sustained a concussion, he was flown back home to Washington to recover.
It was during that week that his family last saw him.
Angela says, "The last photo I got of him was when he was building a fire. He was listening to music in the moment and was so happy. That's how I want to remember him."
"Deadliest Catch" cameras were rolling when deckhand Todd Meadows fell overboard off the coast of Alaska last week ... but his mother tells TMZ, she doesn't want the show to profit from her son's passing.
Angela Meadows tells us, "We don’t want to see any footage from the accident and do not want Discovery to air any of that footage or make money off of our son’s death. We hope they only air good things of Todd on that boat."
In fact, Angela says the family has asked for footage of Todd crabbing, so that they can watch him do what he loved and "have the videos for memories."

Green told Us Weekly, “Discovery is done filming, but there was a producer and a deck cam guy on the boat for the past two months filming for Season 22 of the show. It was filmed, unfortunately.”
He continued ... “There is a deck cam as well that records 24-7, everything, and it caught everything from the incident as well.”

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Porsha scoffed at Simon’s effort to dismiss his own defamation lawsuit filed against her.
