Sounds like not all famous feuds are forever ... because there may be hope for Sutton Stracke and Dorit Kemsley after a nasty fallig out.

We got Sutton in Los Angeles on Wednesday ... and she told our photog she and her "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-star are slowly but surely getting back on good footing.

Landlords really have no shame ... because the person who was renting out a home to Gypsy Rose Blanchard's baby dad, Ken Urker, asked his family for rent ... one week after Ken died.

Urker family sources tell TMZ ... Ken's relatives cleaned out the unit -- where he died on October 1 -- leaving it spotless. We're told the landlord inspected the place, thanked the family, and then reached out to Ken's mom Wednesday to ask about missing October rent.

Ken had been dead for exactly 7 days when the landlord came crawling back for money ... and our sources say the family felt the timing was inappropriate, especially because Ken had paid a security deposit they believed should cover October's $1,400 rent.

Former "Real Housewives of Potomac" star Mia Thornton is facing jail time after being hit with a felony charge stemming from her 2025 arrest for allegedly stealing furniture ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the Fulton County District Attorney filed a felony theft by taking charge against the reality star.

The docs claim Mia and an associate, Jared McGriff, stole furniture and a TV worth at least $5K but less than $25K on October 28, 2025 ... a couple weeks before she was arrested.

The alleged crime apparently went down while they were moving out of a furnished condo in the middle of the night.

Mama June's daughter Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird is engaged to Darrin Kitchens ... and he got on bended knee on a rooftop.

Pumpkin shared a slideshow on TikTok, saying she's still "over the moon" after Darrin popped the question. She says her sister, Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, and Alana's boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, were by her side for the proposal.

Pumpkin reflected on her two-year relationship with Darrin, calling it a "wild ride" filled with memorable moments and a few disagreements.

She says Darrin's love and support for her and her children have made the relationship unlike anything she's experienced before.

Cory Wharton and Taylor Selfridge have called it quits after nearly a decade together ... and Taylor says she was the one who ended the relationship.

The "Teen Mom" stars confirmed the split Thursday in separate Instagram posts.

Taylor wrote ... "Yes I left," adding she was "sick of not getting basic respect" from Cory after nine years together and two kids.

Cory shared a photo with his three daughters and said he and Taylor had decided to "go our separate ways." He apologized for the times he let her down and said he plans to focus on "learning from my mistakes, growing, healing" and becoming a better version of himself.

Kourtney Kardashian is clapping back at Jennifer Lawrence after the actress called her "annoying" ... with Kourtney saying she could "slap the s*** out of her."

A contractor who appeared as a guest on the hit HGTV show "Go Big or Go Home" died while hiking one of the most notorious mountains in California.

Kalem Peter Kazarian died in Sequoia National Park earlier this week ... and local reports say he was hiking Mount Whitney when he mysteriously passed.

It sounds like Zak Bagans has another ghost adventure brewing ... this time in the Vegas bunker house he just bought, TMZ has learned.

The "Ghost Adventures" star dropped $4.5 mil on the 16,000-square-foot property, which boasts painted skies, fake landscaping, a pool, and lighting designed to replicate the different hours of the day -- the sprawling home is known as the "Underground Mansion" and has a Cold War luxury bunker hidden nearly three stories beneath an ordinary home.

Apparently, when Zak did a walk-through of the impressive estate, he learned about the bunker's dark history, which was so spooky that some staff refused to go down there alone.

Former 'Survivor' contestant Jaime Dugan has vanished with her 16-year-old son ... and authorities are now reportedly trying to track them down.

Dugan -- who competed on "Survivor: China" -- allegedly failed to return her son, Harper Huffman, to his father after a weekend visit on Aug. 30 ... and the pair haven't been seen since, according the Daily Mail.

A South Carolina judge later found Dugan in contempt, ordered her immediate arrest and declared Harper "missing and endangered."
