Judy and her hubby, Jerry Sheindlin, have listed their duplex penthouse for $9.5 million. They've owned it since 2013, and it's just a piece of a large real estate portfolio. They own a massive home in Greenwich, Conn, Newport, Rhode Island, Naples, Florida and Bev Hills.

As for the NYC digs, it has 4 bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, a wood-paneled library, formal dining room and an entry that approaches 30 feet in height.

Scott Disick's subtly confirming his use of weight loss drugs to achieve his drastic physical transformation ... all while touting his healthy new lifestyle.

Kathryn Dennis is facing some serious legal trouble after getting busted Monday night for driving under the influence in South Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

Cops in Goose Creek, SC booked the former "Southern Charm" star after they say she was involved in a 3-car collision. In documents obtained by TMZ, a responding officer described Kathryn's alleged state at the accident scene as appearing impaired with "glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol coming from her person."

This is her first offense with drinking and driving ... though it isn't her first run-in with the law.

Katy Perry got a sweet sendoff on the TV show she's been on for 7 years -- with "American Idol" paying tribute to her by having the remaining contestants sing a bunch of her songs.
