Amber Portwood's fiancé, who was reported missing, might be several thousand miles away from his last known whereabouts ... TMZ has learned.

Bryson City PD Asst. Chief Wayne Dover tells TMZ ... Gary Wayt, who's been engaged to the "Teen Mom" star for the last few weeks, is still considered a missing person -- but there's currently no reason to suspect foul play or a potential suicide.

In fact, we're told there's been a reported sighting of Gary this week -- the MTV personality's beau allegedly popped up Tuesday morning in Weatherford, Oklahoma, according to Asst. Chief Dover ... who adds, the person witnesses claim was Gary did not seem in distress and had a calm and nonchalant demeanor.

Khloe Kardashian offering up brother Rob Kardashian as a sperm donor for BFF Malika Haqq resulted in one helluva weird convo ... 'cause the dude says he's shooting blanks.

During Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians," Malika expressed her desire to expand her family ... noting she was considering using a sperm donor since she was no longer with ex O.T. Genasis -- with whom she welcomed son Ace with in March 2020.

Khloe was initially hesitant about Malika's plan to go to a sperm bank ... instead, she suggested her little brother, RK, as someone she could go to for some baby DNA.

Gerry Turner is officially a bachelor once again in the eyes of the law -- 'cause the guy finalized his divorce from his now-ex-wife, Theresa Nist ... and in record time too.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the 'Golden Bachelor's divorce case just settled and is signed, sealed and delivered in the Indiana court system. The docs show that a summary decree for a dissolution of marriage was entered on Thursday.

Per the docket ... a marital settlement agreement was also entered into the system on the same day -- and it was signed off by a judge too.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are still rockin' and rollin' like high school sweethearts after having a kid -- 'cause they went to a punk show for some alone time.

Trump's TV apprentices were subjected to STD testing ... according to a new book, "Apprentice in Wonderland: How Donald Trump and Mark Burnett Took America Through the Looking Glass," written by Variety Co-Editor-in-Chief Ramin Setoodeh.

Per Ramin, Trump wasn't the one concerned with contestants having sex on set ... the guy behind the STD testing was apparently Mark Burnett, the show's producer.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood says the man who recently proposed to her has since disappeared ... and now cops are involved.

Portwood beelined it to a North Carolina police station Monday and filed a missing person report for her new fiancé, Gary Wayt -- who just popped the question a few weeks ago, to which Amber said yes.

According to the incident report, obtained by TMZ, Amber told police Gary was last seen Sunday evening at their hotel. She notes Gary isn't a resident of the area ... he's from Indianapolis.
