Kenya Moore is speaking out amid the news she isn't returning for the remainder of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 16 ... assuring her fans she's doing just fine.

The Bravo personality took to Instagram Wednesday, hinting the full story behind her suspension and exit from the new season of 'RHOA' may not be out there. As Kenya put it ... she is grateful for fans' support but noted her "conscience is clean" amid the drama.

She continued ... "So many false claims hiding behind anonymous sources. All this conversation and no facts being reported. If a claim or source was valid, would they need to hide?"

Kenya Moore is officially putting down her peach for this next season at least -- 'cause she ain't coming back to 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' ... and this could possibly turn ugly.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kenya will not return as a cast member for the rest of production for the new season (16) after she was sidelined indefinitely for allegedly unveiling sexually explicit posters of newcomer Brittany Eady seemingly performing oral sex.

Now, we're told Kenya has not been fired from 'RHOA' ... instead, we're told both sides have agreed she's just gonna take a break from the show for now. Our sources say Bravo is keeping the door open for a future return -- however, we're also told Kenya is considering legal options at this point ... because she's not happy with how this whole mess unfolded.

Josh Duggar's attempt to overturn his child pornography conviction in the U.S. Supreme Court has been rejected ... the justices declined to even hear his appeal.

The U.S. Supreme Court denied Josh's attempt at an appeal on Monday, which comes after he also lost, back in October, in the U.S. Court of Appeals.

The Supreme Court did not explain the reasoning behind its decision ... though that's not necessarily uncommon.

Jennifer Lawrence is going the murder mystery route for her next starring role ... a film for Apple that's apparently inspired by 'The Real Housewives' franchise, which is totally fitting.
