Here's "Bachelor" Grant Ellis on a hometown date in the Windy City ... but it doesn't look like the sparks are flying.

TMZ obtained photos and videos of Grant holding hands with suitor Dina Lupancu walking along the Chicago Riverwalk ... and that's about the extent of the PDA on Thursday's date.

Grant and Dina had a 'Bachelor' film crew following their every move outside Chicago Brewhouse ... where they milled about, walking and sitting down together.

As we first reported, Paula initially claimed she witnessed Nigel groping her assistant during a 'SYTYCD' shoot ... which Nigel denied when Paula first filed her lawsuit last December.

But Nigel's raising an eyebrow at the fact Paula's story changed 9 months later when she filed an amended lawsuit ... accusing him of also sexually assaulting Paula in Vegas. She claims after the assistant rejected him, Nigel touched Paula's "buttocks, hips, waist and her breasts" and also tried to kiss her on the neck.

"Love Island USA" star Hannah Smith was spewing racially charged remarks at a police officer during her recent arrest in Atlanta ... TMZ has learned.

A source close to the investigation tells TMZ ... Hannah not only threatened the female Cobb County officer, but also dragged race into her rant. We're told she yelled, "Bitch.
