The duo was spotted at a restaurant Sunday -- Sydney rocking a blue hoodie pulled up with shades, clearly in incognito mode as she walked side by side with Jonathan ...  and both sporting zero body language hinting at a rekindled romance.

Jonathan briefly placed a hand on Sydney’s back -- but it wasn’t romantic. It looked more like a gentle steer to help her out, since her gaze seemed to be glued to the ground.

Steve Guttenberg is waving the white flag on his marriage ... because he just filed for divorce.

The "Police Academy" star beelined it to court Friday and filed to divorce his wife, Emily Guttenberg, after 6 years of marriage.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Steve is going with the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split ... though he does not list a date of separation and instead marked "TBD."

Former "NYPD Blue" star Kim Delaney won't face any charges after her recent arrest for felony assault ... L.A. prosecutors declined to file any charges against her and her husband, TMZ has learned.

The actress appeared in L.A. County Superior Court this morning after she was arrested Saturday for assault likely to cause great bodily injury against her husband, James Morgan. Morgan was also arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.

But, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office decided not to file any charges, telling TMZ they didn't have sufficient evidence to move forward against either of them. It's a bit surprising after our law enforcement sources say the first incident between the couple popped off Friday night when Kim filed a domestic violence report with police after Morgan left the scene.
