The Canadian megastar read the room and opened his show Wednesday inside Birmingham's Utilita Arena with the sounds of Black Sabbath's iconic "Iron Man" jam blaring through the speakers.

Drake was also among the mourners visiting Black Sabbath Bridge ... which flooded with treasure troves after Ozzy's death went public -- and he didn't come ill-prepared.

The Costa Rican beach where Malcolm-Jamal Warner tragically drowned was clearly marked with bold warning signs about rip currents and high drowning risks ... TMZ has learned.

We've obtained photos showing multiple signs posted at the beach's main entry point -- including warnings of a "high risk for drowning" and notices that "rip currents here all year."

One sign even advises that only advanced surfers should enter the water, underscoring how treacherous the conditions can be.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner's body will soon return to Los Angeles after his body was released to his family following the completion of an autopsy … TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the actor's remains were turned over by the Judicial Morgue on Wednesday morning, following the completion of his autopsy. We're told Warner's body is scheduled to leave Costa Rica on Thursday and will arrive in Los Angeles on Friday morning.

We are told the U.S. Embassy is working with the family on returning the body to the United States.

A doctor charged in connection with "Friends" star Matthew Perry’s ketamine death has officially entered a guilty plea.

Dr. Salvador Plasencia just pled guilty to 4 counts of distributing ketamine in front of Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett in L.A. federal court Wednesday -- Plasencia is the fourth of five people charged in the "Friends" star's tragic 2023 death.

Plasencia is now staring down a max of 10 years per count in federal prison when he’s sentenced on December 3.

Legendary rock singer Ozzy Osbourne has died ... TMZ has learned.

In a statement to TMZ, the Osbourne family says Ozzy died Tuesday "surrounded by love." The cause of death is unclear.

The Osbournes say ... "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning."

Ozzy's family continues ... "He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."

The statement was signed by Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis.

As you know, he became a founding member of the heavy metal band in 1967 but was canned in 1979 due to his substance abuse issues ... though later returned to perform with the band off and on for several years beginning in 1997.

Travis Barker and YUNGBLUD -- who performed at Ozzy's final Black Sabbath show on July 5 -- posted for him as well.

Prince William and Prince Harry's 20-year-old cousin Rosie Roche died from a traumatic head injury.

Roche was found dead in her home in England last week and her cause of death was reported Tuesday by multiple British news outlets, citing the Wiltshire and Swindon coroner.

William and Harry's cousin was the grandchild of Princess Diana's uncle ... and her dead body was reportedly discovered by her mother and sister, and a gun was found nearby.
