Miley Cyrus is engaged -- and daddy dearest is thrilled, wasting no time blasting out a gushy shout-out to her and new fiancé Maxx Morando to celebrate the happy news!

In an IG carousel Wednesday, Billy kicked things off with a shot of himself, Miley, and Dolly Parton -- giving the country icon full credit as the "greatest godmother" and basically saying that’s why Miley turned out so special.

Since this was all about the engagement, Billy followed up with two sweet shots of Miley and Maxx -- writing, "So happy you and MaxxAgazillion found each other!!!! Congratulations! Happy to see you both so happy!!!"

Sharon and Kelly Osbourne are remembering Ozzy Osbourne on what would have been the late rockstar's 77th birthday.

His wife, Sharon, shared a look at a birthday memorial created by fans on the Black Sabbath Bridge in his hometown of Birmingham, England, followed by photos from his life. The Wednesday Instagram tribute was set to Ozzy's "See You On the Other Side."

She penned ... "My darling husband, I celebrate the day you were born. I will never let go of your hand until I see you on the other side."

La Toya Jackson is sparking health concerns among some of her fans after showing off her rail-thin body on Instagram.

The singer posted a series of IG pics Monday, in which she posed in skintight black pants and a form-fitting red top with gold stilettos. La Toya's figure-hugging outfit put her ultra-thin frame on full display, especially when she turned to the side in one of the photos.

The star -- also known as "Bikegirl" online -- lost control of her motorcycle and ran into a truck in Floridablanca, Colombia on Wednesday ... according to Brazilian oulet Metropoles.

After colliding with the truck, Ramírez was reportedly run over by another truck.

Stefanie Pieper -- an influencer from Austria -- has reportedly been found dead in a forest in Slovenia after her ex-boyfriend allegedly confessed to killing her.

Austria's largest newspaper, Kronen Zeitung, reports Stefanie's body was uncovered after investigators claimed her ex admitted to strangling her and took investigators to where he'd hidden the body.

The man has reportedly been extradited from Slovenia back to Austria, and his brother and stepfather have also been arrested.

JoJo Siwa bounced back like a "Boomerang" after a scary medical incident landed her in the hospital ... still hitting the stage despite a burst cyst.

The singer and dancer broke it down on TikTok ... revealing she was having trouble breathing and dealing with excruciating pain ahead of her show at the Mall of America on Friday.

In the clip, Siwa says her mom, Jessalynn, had to help her get dressed before she was transported to a local hospital in Minnesota by ambulance.
