Kim Kardashian will never be seen giving birth to her son, because there wasn't a camera in sight.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, there is absolutely NO delivery room footage, and that was Kim and Kanye's doing.

What's more, we're told Saint West will not be appearing on any of the family's reality shows ... at least in the foreseeable future.

We're told the plan is to keep the baby off all shows until he develops an awareness. K&K kept North off TV for the first year of her life, and then only allowed her to appear on "special episodes" where the filming environment was tightly controlled.

As for now ... don't expect any Saints on TV.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's son has his mama's eyes and his daddy's nose and cheeks -- if you buy this Saint West prediction from forensic artist Joe Mullins.

Mullins, who's done this type of thing with Prince George and the Gosling baby, studied pics of Kim and Kanye and combined it with the latest forensic technology to get the mug. Naturally, Saint bears a striking resemblance to older sister North in the composite. We're guessing he's about 7 in this image.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby name, Saint, isn't all that original -- someone else already came up with it, and owns it on the Internet ... but is willing to strike a deal with mom and dad.

Saint West Filmworks is based out of San Diego and, of course, owns the domain SaintWest.com and ALL multimedia rights to the name as well.

Co-founder Matt Jensen tells us he's amused Kim and Kanye decided to go with "Saint" ... especially since he just acquired the rights 3 months ago! Talk about great timing.

Jensen says his company has already done considerable branding and marketing, but is willing to work something out with the Wests for usage rights. Translation: money talks.

In the meantime, Jensen thinks the coincidence will help drive traffic to his site. Cha-ching!

It's official ... Kim and Kanye had a Saint.

The baby boy's name is Saint West. It took 3 days after birth to seal the deal, but the verdict is in.

No word on a middle name.

The baby clocked in at 8 pounds 1 ounce.

It's a good thing they came up with the name ... Cedars-Sinai Medical Center would not release Kim until the boy's name appears on the birth record.

Kim Kardashian's baby boy arrived with one big complication that has her calling the birth the "most painful experience ever."

Our Kardashian sources tell us the still nameless kid took a really long time to make his debut because Kim had something called placenta accreta. As we've reported ... it's a condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the uterus.

We're told the issue made the birth more difficult -- doctors needed 2 extra hours to deal with the placenta issues. Still, Kim managed to have a natural birth, instead of a c-section ... which is often recommended in such cases.

Kim's recovering from what she's calling a "very painful" experience, but we're told the ordeal's taken its toll on her appetite. No cravings ... just a lot of hospital oatmeal.

That's one way to drop the baby weight.

Kendall Jenner didn't stick around in L.A. for very long after the birth of Kimye's new kid, heading across the pond.

Jenner touched down in London Sunday, a little more than 24-hours after the birth of Baby Yeezus. It's not totally clear if Kendall's seen the new addition yet -- we haven't seen her at the hospital -- but you can bet he'll get plenty of attention from his aunts.

As TMZ reported, Khloe was the first of Kim's sisters to show up at Cedars in Beverly Hills yesterday and Kylie didn't have anything to say about the new baby in Miami.

Still waiting on that name ...

Kylie Jenner did her best "Walking Dead" impression Saturday when a photog asked her how she felt about sister Kim's new baby.

It's hilarious and ridiculous. Kylie was stone faced as she walked into a Miami restaurant with Hailey Baldwin. Kylie, of course, is in town for Art Basel.

If she won't, we'll say it ... Congrats Kim and Kanye!

Khloe Kardashian is already earning points toward being Kim and Kanye's new baby's favorite aunt ... she's the first we've seen arrive at the hospital.

Khloe just pulled up to Cedars in Beverly Hills in her white Bentley ... still no sign of Kylie, Kourtney or Kendall but there's a good chance Kris was there for the birth.

As TMZ reported -- Kim and Kanye welcomed a baby boy early Saturday morning -- no word yet on a name.

Our advice to Khloe? ... Be careful with those nails around the newborn.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have baby #2 -- she gave birth to a boy early Saturday morning ... about 3 weeks before the due date.

They announced the birth on Kim's website saying, "Mother and son are doing well."

The due date was Christmas day, but as we told you ... Kim just had a feeling he was coming early. She posted a selfie when her contractions started last night, saying ... "Ready whenever you are. LOL"

Now, the real work begins -- what to call this kid! TMZ broke the story, Kim and Kanye were panicking because they had not come up with a solid pick for a name yet.

May we make a suggestion? Y'know this is how Kanye feels right about now ...

Kylie Jenner and Tyga are sticking to their plan of giving each other some space -- and Kylie used hers to hang with A$AP Rocky at Art Basel on Friday night.

Kylie and A$AP did dinner together in Miami -- remember, they were also seen together just a few days after Tyga and Kylie had their 48 hour break-up. We're not saying anything's going on, but Kylie's eyes in the pic say plenty.

Meanwhile, back on the ranch ... Tyga hit up The Argyle in Hollywood without any chicks by his side after performing with Chris Brown. Kylie did come up though -- you gotta see his reaction to a female heckler.

Kylie Jenner's wheelchair-bound dominatrix pics are gonna get disabled people talking about sex ... according to Broadway star Ali Stroker.

Ali, credited as Broadway's first ever actor in a wheelchair, told us she has mixed emotions about Kylie's Interview magazine spread ... which got her some flak from the disabled community.

Ali understands why some people are pissed -- she points out disabled people can do the same photo shoot Kylie did. On the other hand ... she thinks there's a silver lining, and it's all about S-E-X appeal.

Someone pulled a Robin Hood on Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner by jacking their extremely valuable images to use them for a worthy cause -- the #StopViolenceAgainstWomen campaign.

The photos are shocking ... depicting Kim and her sis with horrific cuts and bruises with the caption, "No woman is immune from domestic abuse." It's a powerful image and message, but we're told neither Kim nor Kendall signed off to join the fight.

Our Kardashian sources tell us that no one ever contacted the women to get permission to use their faces, and now their attorneys are reaching out to the artist responsible to issue a warning.

The obviously photoshopped images are actually paparazzi shots from last year's Valentino fashion show in Paris. Several other celebs -- Angelina Jolie, Miley Cyrus and Madonna -- got the same treatment.

Kylie Jenner is taking full advantage of the whole "I'm 18 now" thing by flaunting her whole ass ... professionally, of course.

Kylie did a racy latex-laden spread for Interview Magazine's December-January issue.

Things we've immediately gleaned from the article -- she could be one helluva waitress, or a dominatrix ... and she LOVES ice cream. Okay, we just looked at the pics.

Time's running out for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West -- less than a month from the birth of their 2nd child ... and they have no idea what to name the kid.

Sources tell us the couple's discussed dozens of names, but they're just not in love with anything they've come up with so far.

Might seem weird for a prolific producer like Kanye to have writer's block, but we're told the struggle is coming up with something unique -- and as we first reported, directions are off the table. Also, it's their first son ... which means a lot to both of them.

Our sources say Kim's worried it could come down to them just getting inspired once the little guy arrives. He's due on Christmas day, but we're told mom feels like he's coming early.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian can stop racking their brains ... Kris Jenner revealed the name for their soon-to-be-born son, or at least what she thinks it will be.

Kris and bf Corey Gamble were wrapping up their weekly dinner at Craig's when she addressed the baby name crisis. We broke the story -- Kim and Kanye don't even have a short list of fav names for their second child, with less than a month to go.

Check out Kris' pick for grandkid #5's name -- it's cute and all, but we think maybe she missed a family memo. She says, "I'm counting on it!"

Everyone chill ... the Kardashian/Jenner Thanksgiving family portrait was NOT photobombed -- turns out the random dude in camo is super tight with Kanye West.

Our Kardashian sources tell us the guy's name is Sakiya Sandifer and he's practically family. He grew up with Kanye in Chicago, and they co-authored "Thank You and You're Welcome" ... the 2009 book of sayings that inspired Kanye. He also wrote his own book, "Think Think Think and Think Again."

We're told the thoughtful guy happened to be in L.A. on biz, so Yeezy invited him for turkey dinner.

This wasn't his first rodeo with the fam -- Sakiya was in Kim and Kanye's wedding, and walked Kylie down the aisle.
