Kevin Spacey says he always felt like he was being attacked by the gay community rather than embraced ... and this was even before the scandal that destroyed his career.

Kevin was on "Club Random" when he told Bill Maher about how it felt to come out as gay and join a community that was apparently quite vicious to him.

The "American Beauty" star explains people in the gay community were already making jokes about him, "as if being famous and coming out was an easy thing."

Peter Falk's daughter wrote multiple suicide notes before she took her own life ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's newly released death investigation, Jacqueline Falk taped multiple handwritten notes to her garage wall before her suicide. The report does not detail the contents of her notes.

As TMZ first reported back in April, Jacqueline -- the adopted daughter of the legendary "Columbo" star -- hanged herself in her Los Angeles home. She was 60.

The Medical Examiner's report also includes statements from investigators summarizing the scene and confirming there were no signs of foul play. She had no drugs in her system, nor were any found at the scene.

The actor is apparently looking to wrap up his divorce from estranged wife Kenna Nicole Lamas as quickly as possible ... because TMZ has obtained new legal docs showing he's asking a judge to move forward by default after he says she failed to respond.

According to the filing submitted late last week, Lorenzo says he and Kenna don't have an agreement, but adds there are no assets or debts to divide up anyway. He also wants spousal support terminated for both sides.

Sources close to Victoria tell TMZ ... her grandfather, who is her dad Will Robinson's father, was dying from tongue cancer when the June 3 altercation erupted at the Los Angeles rental she shared with Tom. Our sources say Victoria's focus during that time wasn't her rocky relationship with Tom, but her grandfather's declining health.

Our Victoria sources claim Tom watched Victoria grieve, offered little comfort beyond a condolences text after her grandfather died, and left her feeling abandoned. They also say Victoria rented the home after Tom told her he wanted a future together and let her dad stay there while he dealt with the family crisis.

Victoria Lee Robinson and her father showed up at Tom Sandoval's house Friday ... the day after they were kicked out of the house by a judge.

It's unclear if they were packing up their belongings, but Victoria and Will were seen at the reality star's Los Angeles abode the same day Will filed his own restraining order against Sandoval following an explosive argument around a backyard fire pit. The judge immediately denied Will's request for a restraining order.
