Lisa Vanderpump is ready to SUR-ve up some drama with a new cast of characters ... TMZ has learned cameras have picked up at her restaurant for a new project.

Sources familiar with the project tell TMZ … production crews have been filming a possible new show at LVP's West Hollywood hot spot, SUR, the last couple of weeks.

We're told the cast for the pilot is made up of entirely new faces, all of whom are employees at SUR -- much like how "Vanderpump Rules" first started with Tom Sandoval, Stassi Schroeder, Jax Taylor, Scheana Shay, among others, in 2013.

Jax Taylor is revealing the reason he went to an inpatient treatment center this summer ... he says he knew something about him was off, and it turned out to be two major disorders.

The 'Valley' star says during his multi-week stay at a treatment facility he was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and PTSD.

Jax says he's known something was wrong with him for a long time and was scared to find out what it may be when he checked into treatment in July ... and he's still processing his diagnosis.

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright were back on the set Friday of Bravo's "The Valley" just days after she filed for divorce ... and you could cut the tension with a knife!

As TMZ previously reported ... Jax was served the docs from his estranged wife, BC, while filming the new season of the reality show Tuesday -- awkward!

And, we just so happened to get a great view of production back underway Friday ... and from the looks of what we saw, the couple was keeping their distance ... both in very different moods.

Brittany Cartwright is dropping the curtain on her marriage ... she just filed to divorce Jax Taylor.

The "Vanderpump Rules" alum and "The Valley" star beelined it to court Tuesday and filed divorce documents after 5 years of marriage ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Brittany is going with irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The estranged couple previously announced their separation in February, and Brittany lists the date of separation as January 24, 2024.

Ariana Madix's brother Jeremy is in major trouble with the law ... police say he and an accomplice were busted with suitcases filled with over 100 pounds of marijuana.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ ...  Jeremy Madix – who has appeared on "Vanderpump Rules" with his famous sis – and Jonah Ahad were scheduled to board a February 16 flight to Frankfurt, Germany, from Orlando International Airport in Florida.

But, the dudes never got past the security checkpoint. The docs say Customs and Border Protection agents searched the pair's three suitcases – two of which belonged to Madix -- and were loaded with ganja. In fact, police say Madix's suitcases contained a total of 64 bags of pot weighing a whopping 76 pounds.

Stassi Schroeder is gearing up for a reality TV comeback .... as the "Vanderpump Rules" alum has reunited with Lisa Vanderpump for a new role.

The Bravo personalities made the big announcement on Friday, when they confirmed that Stassi would be joining "Vanderpump Villa" for Season 2. In an announcement video posted to Instagram, the restaurateur shared another season of her Hulu hit was still in the works ... and introduced Stassi as a new addition.

As the camera panned away from LVP, Stassi appeared on camera and demanded goat cheese balls -- a staple from Lisa's SUR restaurant -- be added to the villa's menu.

Rachel "Raquel" Leviss has sent her well-wishes to Jax Taylor as he seeks mental health treatment ... but her comments went over like a lead balloon.

Here's what went down ... after TMZ broke the story the reality star was entering treatment to work on his mental health struggles, Rachel went on Instagram and wished Jax a speedy recovery -- hoping he didn't face the same "mockery" she did during her own stint away.

As Rachel put it .... her former "Vanderpump Rules" costar's decision to seek help highlighted "the urgent need for mental healthcare and accessible treatment for reality tv stars."

Jax Taylor is taking time for himself and seeking in-patient treatment for mental health struggles -- this amid his ongoing split from his wife Brittany Cartwright ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for "The Valley" star and "Vanderpump Rules" alum tells us … "Jax has always been candid about his mental health struggles, especially during the past few months on his podcast."

They add ... "He has made the decision to seek in-patient treatment. This is a particularly sensitive time for him and his family. They ask for privacy and respect until he is ready to speak more on this matter."

Lala Kent is offering up an apology after David Arquette called her out for being an unfriendly costar ... and she seems pretty sincere.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star offered up her mea culpa on her Instagram Stories Tuesday, where explained why she might've come off cold while promoting their horror flick, "Spree," back in 2020.

Ariana Madix can't catch a break ... she's been sued for the 2nd time this week, TMZ has learned.

In new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the "Vanderpump Rules" star and her costar Katie Maloney are accused of reneging on a business agreement surrounding their popular sandwich shop, Something About Her.

According to Penny Davidi Borsuk -- who filed the documents against the Bravo personalities -- Ariana and Katie failed to uphold their end of the agreement when she took on the role of COO/Director of Culinary at the West Hollywood restaurant.

Tom Sandoval is pointing the finger at Ariana Madix regarding Rachel Leviss' revenge porn allegations ... as he's sued his former girlfriend-turned-nemesis as a result.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ ... Sandoval accuses Madix of illegally accessing his phone and invading his privacy in March 2023 -- which resulted in her uncovering explicit videos of Leviss.

Sandoval alleges Madix made copies of the explicit footage and sent it to Leviss and other unnamed parties without his permission. By doing so, Sandoval claims Madix has opened herself up to financial liability ... and violated California's criminal code.
