The bearded mystery man Casey was spotted cozying up to Wednesday night at a sports bar in Manchester, NH, is a man named Ben Beauchemin.

Ben owns a gun shop in Hookset, NH ... Wicked Weaponry ... and he's a war veteran and former Army ranger who enjoys skydiving. He also used to be a police officer.

Florida rapper Hotboii found himself in a familiar situation -- in the back of a police cruiser after officers say he brought a gun and scaled a fence to get into a school parking lot!!!

TMZ Hip Hop obtained Hotboii's latest police report, which unfolds with City of Doral police officers responding to a call at approximately 3:40 AM Wednesday about seeing a pair of "suspicious males" running through the parking lot of Doral International Academy of Math and Science.

According to police, Hotboii scaled a fence on the south end of the school and was later spotted on surveillance footage tossing a black Carhartt bag over a fence connected to a fancy community adjacent to the campus.

A man armed with a rifle and tactical gear allegedly attempted to ambush law enforcement as they showed up for work at a Border Patrol facility in Texas ... he opened fire, then got shot and killed.

The fatal exchange of gunfire went down Monday morning in McAllen ... according to the Department of Homeland Security.

We're told Border Patrol agents and local police helped neutralize the shooter, who opened fire at the entrance of a United States Border Patrol sector annex.

Cowboys' KaVontae Turpin Went 97 MPH With Gun In Backseat ... Cops Say

Dallas Cowboys star KaVontae Turpin was allegedly hitting speeds near 100 MPH with a gun in his backseat before he was arrested over the weekend, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to an Allen Police Department incident report we obtained, Turpin was pulled over at around 11:49 PM on Saturday in Texas after cops say they clocked him going 97 MPH in a 70 MPH zone in his 2022 Dodge.

During the traffic stop, authorities claim an unholstered 9MM pistol was seen "in plain view" in the back of the wide receiver's ride. Less than two ounces of weed, cops added, were later found in the car's center console.

KaVontae Turpin -- a three-year NFL veteran -- was arrested this weekend for marijuana possession and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

The Dallas Cowboys wide receiver was booked into the Collin County jail Saturday after he was arrested for the two misdemeanors in Allen, Texas.

New York Jets star Sauce Gardner is taking security into his own hands ... recently picking up several firearms from a New Jersey gun shop, including a semi-automatic rifle.

Gardner -- who has a gun license -- shared an Instagram pic this week showing him holding a black and gold rifle at SC Arms, a weapons store known for high-quality items and celebrity clients.

TMZ Sports has learned the rifle (which costs between $1,200 and $7,500) is one of three Gardner purchased while he was at the Spotswood, NJ retailer. We're told he also got a handgun and a shotgun during the shopping spree as well.

Outkast's Antwan "Big Boi" Patton lost a family member to senseless gun violence last month in Georgia -- and police have now made two arrests in the murder case.

Jabyrion Crumbley turned himself in to the authorities Wednesday after he fatally shot Big Boi's uncle, Remoin Patton, during a June 16 road rage incident in Atlanta, according to police.

Crumbley was booked into the Fulton County Jail for murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He's being held without bail.

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., days after sharing the ring with Jake Paul, is locked in a jail cell ... after ICE agents arrested the former champ over a warrant in Mexico for alleged weapons trafficking and connections to a cartel.

Officials from the Department of Homeland Security tell TMZ Sports that 39-year-old Chavez Jr., the son of boxing legend Julio Cesar Chavez Sr., was detained Thursday in Studio City over an active warrant out of our neighbors to the south.

The warrant, according to the U.S. gov, stems from Chavez's alleged involvement in organized crime and trafficking firearms, ammunition, and explosives.

The El Paso Police Department recently released body cam footage from 2 officers who responded to a June 1 domestic violence call in a suburb of the city.

Idaho Sniper Accused 20-Year-Old Gunman Identified 2 Firefighters Dead, 1 Critically Wounded

The man accused of sparking a forest fire and then ambushing firefighters in a calculated sniper-style attack in Idaho has been identified as 20-year-old Wess Roley, TMZ can confirm.

A law enforcement source tells TMZ Roley's body was not taken to the Kootenai County Coroner’s Office in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, because they don’t actually hold bodies. Instead, his remains were transferred to the Spokane, Washington Medical Examiner’s Office, which handles cases from Kootenai County just across the state border.

Since his ID, a haunting photo has surfaced -- showing Roley staring straight into the camera with a chilling, almost sinister glare.

10:35 AM PT -- NBC 4 New York cites a law enforcement source that says the 16-year-old girl who was wounded in Sunday night's shooting may be the initial shooter. She's reportedly believed to have pulled out a gun and fired first.

ABC7 New York said the 17-year-old girl who was struck was not the intended target. The 16-year-old girl was struck in the head by a bullet fired by her alleged accomplice, an unidentified male who's still at large. The 16-year-old is in police custody but is still hospitalized.

We're also learning a third victim was wounded at the scene last night ... a 17-year-old girl walked into a hospital emergency room last night with a stab wound to her stomach, and she was listed in stable condition Monday.

NYC's famous Pride Parade was marred by bloodshed Sunday night ... after at least one gunman pumped bullets into two girls near the Stonewall Inn -- an historic gay bar in Greenwich Village.

The New York City Police Department tells TMZ ... the shooting erupted at 10:15 PM around the corner from the landmark saloon, the site of the celebrated 1969 riots. Back then, the LGBTQ community said they were being persecuted by the government after a violent police raid at the watering hole.

Kootenai County Sheriff Bob Norris announced at a press conference Sunday night the alleged shooter got into a gun battle with officers in Canfield Mountain after police traced his cell phone signal during a manhunt involving roughly 300 officers.

Norris said the exchange of gunfire ended with the suspect's death.

A busy street in Fresno, California, turned into a shooting gallery after police opened fire at a suspect who had allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend and chased her in his car.

The Fresno PD released on Friday bodycam footage and surveillance video that captured the entire May 7 incident, which ended with Martin Campos in handcuffs without so much as a scratch following the hail of police gunfire.

According to cops ... Campos kicked things off that day with a broad daylight attack on his ex as she was in her car with her daughter in a shopping center parking lot.
