Harrell's manager, Brad Nelson, posted a prerecorded YT video from December 2023, showing Harrell in a wooded area explaining why he's no longer among the living.

As he stared into the camera, Harrell said his pancreatic cancer had spread throughout his body, getting into his bones.

The father of the suspect charged with murdering four people at a Georgia high school has been arrested himself, after authorities learned he gave his son the AR-15 used in the mass shooting as a Christmas gift.

Alleged shooter Colt Gray's father, Colin Gray, was arrested Thursday in connection with Wednesday's shooting at Apalachee High School, in which Colt is accused of gunning down two students and two teachers.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says the father is facing 4 counts of involuntary manslaughter, 2 counts of second-degree murder and 8 counts of cruelty to children.

Two men from the UK are critically wounded after a shooting outside a Hollywood hotspot, where Ray J's estranged wife, Princess Love, stepped in to help one of the victims.

TMZ obtained video of a bloodied man on the ground outside Status Restaurant & Lounge -- a male suspect, reportedly wearing a white T-shirt and gray shorts, opened fire late Wednesday night.

The scene is tough to watch -- showing the man writhing on the ground with a trail of blood nearby ... and Princess Love and another bystander are crouched next to him.

2:18 PM PT -- The Atlanta division of the FBI confirmed the agency investigated threats made by then-13-year-old suspect Colt Gray via Discord in May 2023. The threats ... which included pictures of guns ... were to commit a future school shooting -- but no mention of when or where.

The FBI referred the threats to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office ... and deputies visited the home to interview the suspect and his father. The suspect denied making the threats ... and although there were guns in the home ... the father told deputies Colt did not have "unsupervised access."

It was determined there was no probable cause for arrest or any other action.

The suspect charged with murdering four people at a Georgia high school this week was banned from Discord for violating their extremism policy.

A rep for the popular messaging platform tells TMZ ... an account believed to be connected with Colt Gray was created in early April 2023 and banned just six weeks later for violating the platform's anti-extremism policy.

We're told "Discord’s Safety team immediately responded to law enforcement," provided all necessary info for their investigation, and removed the user from the platform.

11:47 AM PT -- Colt Gray is being charged with four counts of murder, according to a statement from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

New video from the aftermath of the deadly school shooting at a Georgia high school shows the heroism of the teachers and staff ... with a woman tending to one of the gunshot victims.

In the footage, obtained by TMZ, you see a body lying face-down on the floor and bleeding out ... with a woman, presumably a teacher, trying to stop the bleeding with rags and towels.

There's a ton of blood around the victim, who is down in one corner of the classroom ... chairs are knocked over and desks are askew ... indicating chaos and panic after shots rang out.

"Rust" prosecutor Kari T. Morrissey wants another shot at trying Alec Baldwin ... and has asked the judge to reconsider the decision to dismiss the involuntary manslaughter charge against the actor.

In new court documents filed Wednesday ... Morrissey went after Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer's grounds for dismissing the case -- in which she ruled Baldwin had been prejudiced by the prosecution's suppression of evidence.

This meant Baldwin could not be charged with involuntary manslaughter in the case again ... but prosecutors are now asking the judge to reconsider her ruling.

3:31 PM PT -- The 17-year-old accused of shooting Ricky Pearsall over the weekend said through his attorney on Wednesday he was "very sorry" for his actions.

Deputy Public Defender Bob Dunlap told reporters following a court hearing for the boy that his client feels "genuine, genuine remorse" about what happened. He added the suspected gunman's family, too, is apologetic.

According to the Associated Press, at the hearing, the teen looked right at the judge -- and never turned toward his parents, who were also in the courtroom.

He remained in custody following the proceedings, as prosecutors continue to decide whether or not to try him as an adult.

1:48 PM PT -- The shooting suspect was identified as Colt Gray, a 14-year-old male student at the school, Georgia Bureau of Investigation Director Chris Hosey said in an afternoon press conference.

Two teachers and two students were killed, and nine others were injured, Hosey said.

PROVIDING IMPORTANT DETAILS

Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of an active shooter at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday. Law enforcement personnel arrived at the school within minutes -- and the suspect surrendered immediately and was taken into custody.

Barrow County Sheriff Jud Smith said the 14-year-old gave up, got on the ground, and a deputy took him into custody. Smith declined to identify the type of gun allegedly used by Gray. Authorities have been in contact with the suspect's family. Gray is cooperating with investigators, Smith said.

A school resource office engaged with the suspect, Smith said, and "the shooter quickly realized that if he did not give up, that it would end with an OIS" -- an officer-involved shooting.

Gray will be charged with murder and tried as an adult, Hosey announced.

12:21 PM PT -- Vice President Kamala Harris just spoke about the shooting during a public appearance in New Hampshire ... lamenting the tragedy and calling it totally outrageous that parents need to worry about their children coming home alive.

12:05 PM PT -- CNN is now reporting Apalachee High School officials received a phone threat this morning before the shooting. The caller warned there would be a shooting at five different schools, including Apalachee.

A shooting on a high school campus in Winder, Georgia left multiple people dead and injured, before a suspect was taken into custody Wednesday -- according to the county sheriff.

In a news conference, the sheriff said 2 people were killed, though local reports indicate as many as 4 were killed. Those numbers are expected to be updated throughout the day -- another press conference was scheduled for later in the afternoon, according to the sheriff.

Rajon Rondo Pleads Guilty To Gun Charge ... Gets Probation

Rajon Rondo just a cut deal with prosecutors to close out his recent criminal case -- reaching an agreement that will ensure he won't have to spend further time behind bars ... if he keeps his nose clean for the next several months.

According to court records, the former NBA star pleaded guilty in an Indiana court room on Tuesday to a misdemeanor count of unlawful carrying of a handgun ... and in exchange, the two other charges he was facing -- possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia -- were dropped.

As part of the deal, Rondo was sentenced to 180 days in jail ... but the sentence was suspended, meaning he'll instead spend the time on probation. If he has a brush with the law in the next half a year or so, he could find himself behind bars ... but he won't have to serve any hard time if he stays out of trouble.

A University of Wisconsin-Whitewater wrestler has been arrested for murder ... following the shooting death of star gymnast Kara Welsh, law enforcement tells TMZ Sports.

The Whitewater Police released a statement days after Welsh, 21 years old, was found dead at her off-campus apartment ... tragically struck down by multiple gunshots on August 30.

A 23-year-old male, Chad Richards, was present at the apartment when police arrived following the fatal shooting ... and after a thorough investigation, WPD determined the shooting was a result of an altercation between the two.
