There aren't a lot of people who can make Vince McMahon feel poor ... but Jerry Jones is definitely one of those people.

The two moguls came face-to-face behind the scenes at WWE's 'Monday Night Raw' in Dallas last night ... and as our good friends at BSO pointed out, it was the meeting of some HUGE bank accounts.

Question is ... who's got the bigger wallet?

Well, according to Forbes, it ain't even close -- with the Dallas Cowboys owner reportedly worth about $5 BILLION and Vince worth somewhere in the $1 billion range.

Bigger isn't always better ... especially when it comes to muscles -- so says WWE legend Batista who tells TMZ Sports he's found being super jacked can be a huge turn-off with the ladies.

For the record, Batista was HUUUGE in his heyday ... but says being ultra-jacked rubbed chicks the wrong way because it terrified women.

Of course, he doesn't have to worry about that anymore ... Batista just married his longtime GF and he's pretty pumped about it.

WWE star Rusev might be a tough guy in the ring but he's a softie for his real-life girlfriend Lana ... because he asked her to marry him.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ Rusev proposed to his WWE manager gf last month at their Nashville home. We're told Rusev proposed in the couple's swimming pool and filmed the whole thing.

Judging by the size of the rock ... we're guessing it was pretty easy for Lana to say yes.

It's interesting, Rusev recently got engaged to WWE Diva Summer Rae on SmackDown but we're told it was just for the show ... Lana takes the title as his real life fiancé.

He's battled Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior ... but the Iron Sheik's next opponent could be Jimmy Fallon -- 'cause Jay Leno says the WWE legend could totally make it as a late night host!

Sorry ladies, ex-WWE superstar Dave Bautista -- aka Drax from "Guardians of the Galaxy" -- is officially off the market ... courtesy of one of the most accomplished pole dancers on the planet.

Bautista tied the knot to his longtime girlfriend Sarah Jade -- a professional competitive pole dancer ... who competes all over the country.

In fact, before she turned pro ... Sarah Jade took 2nd place in the USPDF Amateur Nationals in 2012!

As for the wedding, there were a bunch of WWE superstars in attendance -- including Chris Jericho, William Regal and MVP.

Congrats!!

Forget Ben Stiller or Andy Warhol (yes, seriously) ... the greatest WWE celebrity cameo EVER was executed (painfully) by Jon Stewart ... so says WWE legend Scott Hall.

Stewart was famously SLAMMED to the mat by John Cena during "Monday Night Raw" back in August -- earning him TONS of respect from the wrestling faithful.

And when we saw Hall leaving the Opie and Jimmy show in NYC ... along with Diamond Dallas Page and Jake 'The Snake' Roberts ... they all seemed to agree the former 'Daily Show' host became a WWE legend himself that day.

Lindsay Kay Hayward says a guy with a gun has made her life miserable and she needs a judge to protect her from harassment and harm.

Lindsay -- the nearly 7 footer on TLC's "My Giant Life" -- claims her manager has guns, practices shooting them and has "joked that the only way to 'put an Amazon down' is to shoot them."

The former WWE professional wrestler says it's not just about her safety ... she says former manager Brad Konia is on a campaign to destroy her personally and professionally. She says Konia has contacted her employers and potential employers and slandered her. She says he's done the same on her website.

She humble brags a bit, telling the judge she's especially worried Konia will sully her upcoming guest spot on "Grey's Anatomy."

For his part ... Brad tells TMZ he's never threatened to harm Lindsay ... not even jokingly. He believes Lindsay's gripes stem from an ongoing lawsuit he filed against her over money.

The judge didn't buy the emergency and rejected Lindsay's petition for a temporary restraining order.

1:00PM PT -- A Carbon County judge set Sytch's bail at $2,000. She is still in custody. Sytch is due back in court in early December.

Tammy Sytch, better known as former WWE diva Sunny, got nailed by cops again ... this time for skipping court dates from her last arrest.

Sting is recovering at home Monday, after sustaining a serious neck injury ... so serious doctors are not able to give a long-term prognosis, TMZ Sports has learned.

Sting was seriously hurt Sunday night in the WWE championship match against Seth Rollins. We're told he was injured several times during the match, the most serious being the powerbomb against the turnbuckle which caused the neck injury.

Our wrestling sources tell us, doctors did a CAT scan at the hospital Sunday and thankfully there were no fractures. Sting was released Monday afternoon and is on his way home. He's able to walk but is in significant pain.

Sting's manager says the wrestler is in "remarkable health and resiliency," especially for his age ... 56.

The manager says, "The greatest damage to his body took place before the match was over, but being the true professional he is and among the hardest workers to ever step foot in the ring, he insisted to see the match through to the end."

Former WWF superstar "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka -- a member of the WWE Hall of Fame -- will be charged with murdering his girlfriend in an incident that happened 32 YEARS AGO.

A deputy opened fire on a man outside the WWE's training center in Orlando -- seriously injuring the guy ... who has a history of bizarre incidents at the WWE.

An Orange County Sheriff's deputy confronted Armando Montalvo at the WWE Performance Center on Monday afternoon. The situation reportedly turned violent, and that's when the deputy fired.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the wrestling org. got a restraining order against Montalvo earlier this month after a string of violent run-ins at the facility. Earlier this summer, the WWE says Montalvo spread his feces and urine on the building. He even posted video of himself mixing the human waste and reduced fat milk in a bucket.

On multiple occasions ... he allegedly showed up in a wrestling outfit, banged on windows, and threatened to kick everyone's ass because they wouldn't hire him. One of the times he was swinging a large chain, and police had to subdue him at gunpoint.

Just 5 days ago, Montalvo posted a video of himself outside the building saying he was going to go ask for a job. He said, "What's the worst they can say?"

Montalvo had to have surgery after Monday's shooting.
