A former "Free Britney" enthusiast says she regrets publicly pushing to get Britney Spears out of her conservatorship ...

Jessica -- the former advocate who goes by the handle "realiteatv3" on TikTok -- joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday ... and, we asked her how she feels about pushing for Britney to get out of the conservatorship after her DUI arrest last night.

Jessica -- who has already opened up on TikTok about feeling the movement ultimately did more harm than good -- tells us she's been watching Britney's scary social media videos ... including the clip where she danced around with a pair of knives, and it's made her do a 180 on her previous position.

"The Amazing Race" contestants Jonathan and Ana Towns claim CBS and the show's producers besmirched their names on the reality TV competition show ... and they want them to cough up more than $8 million in damages over it ... TMZ has learned.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the couple says the show deliberately smeared them by using "decontextualized" footage that made Jonathan look like "a morally depraved, brutal and abusive spouse," while at the same time omitting material that put Jonathan in a more "humanizing" light.

During last year's season, Jonathan seemed to demean Ana multiple times on the show with name-calling and a seemingly derisive attitude, which upset many 'TAR' fans.

3:10 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources are now clarifying ... cops suspect Britney was under the influence of substances, in addition to alcohol, but say there were no drugs found in her car.

The CHP press release says "chemical test results are pending" ... were told that only means they're testing her blood for drugs and alcohol.

Britney Spears may be in trouble for more than just allegations of drinking and driving ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the investigation tell TMZ ... in addition to suspicion of DUI, there was also an unknown substance found in her car, which will be part of the arrest.

We're told the substance is now being tested.

Britney Spears was allegedly swerving from lane to lane prior to her DUI arrest ... this according to police dispatch audio.

According to the audio, a 2026 black convertible was driving in and out of lanes and speeding ... and an officer can be heard asking for the dispatcher to "send all units down towards this area please."

An officer later says they are speaking with the car's driver, who has stepped out of the vehicle.

'Real Housewives' Star Erin Lichy Fighting Former Management Company Over Money

Erin Lichy's former management company won a case against their ex-client and got an award for more than $90,000 ... and, the group's now gone to a judge to make sure they get it.

Brigade Talent LLC filed documents to confirm an arbitration award Thursday ... after the company says they won a case against the 'RHONY' star ... Lichy fired the company in 2024 after 17 months, and a dispute arose over unpaid commissions.  The company says the ruling in their favor requires Lichy to hand over $91,632.28.

The company claims Erin was made aware of the final award on February 24 ... and they now want the judge to confirm it and grant the company additional interest until it's paid.

'Million Dollar Listing L.A.' Tracy Tutor Sues Oren Alexander For Sexual Assault

"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star Tracy Tutor claims one of America's former top-earning real estate agents drugged and assaulted her back in 2014 ... and now she wants him to pay for it.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Tracy alleges Oren Alexander was a major player at real estate company Douglas Elliman back when she was considering a job there. During her recruitment process, she says she was invited to fly from L.A. to NYC for a dinner with the company's top stars ... which included Oren.

Tracy claims she was handed a "large, pink cocktail" and shortly after drinking it, "she blacked out."

Britney Spears is showing more signs of turmoil following her DUI arrest ... because her Instagram account has suddenly been deactivated.

Search for Britney’s page now and you’ll be met with the generic message, "Sorry, this page isn't available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed."

It’s unclear if Britney pulled the plug herself or if the account was taken down for another reason.

The disappearance is a big deal -- Britney’s IG has long been her main outlet, especially in recent years as she’s posted her signature solo dance videos from inside her L.A.-area home.

Britney Spears has been granted a permanent restraining order against a Louisiana man ... after her security team says he showed up at her L.A. home and was behind numerous "disturbing social media posts" about the pop superstar ... TMZ has learned.

The "Toxic" singer filed court docs against a 51-year-old man named Donald, whom she claimed has been harassing her online since 2013 ... and was arrested for trespassing after appearing at her pad in 2025.

According to the docs, Donald was spotted by Britney’s security guard, who then called the sheriff's department. Deputies found the man shaking at the scene, smoking cigarettes.

According to Harris ... his prior impression of Misty is that she was a good wife, mother and person ... but that image was completely shattered by her arrest and subsequent conviction for having carnal knowledge of a juvenile -- a term often used interchangeably with statutory rape.

David Del Rio is not giving up after CBS fired him from "Matlock" following an allegation of sexual assault involving costar Leah Lewis ... because now he wants to battle the network in arbitration.

The actor's powerhouse lawyer, Shawn Holley, tells TMZ ... David has initiated arbitration against CBS Studios to address false and misleading allegations that caused substantial professional and reputational harm.

We're told David plans to present text messages and other evidence at arbitration that his lawyer says directly contradict prior public characterizations of the interaction at issue. Holley says the evidence was "not fully considered" before CBS fired David.

Nancy Guthrie Glove Leads Police to Restaurant Worker ... With No Connection to Case

Nancy Guthrie's investigation seemed to get a jolt when cops found gloves near her Tucson, Arizona home ... and they even linked it to a person -- but they've hit another dead end.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos confirmed to local outlet KVOA-TV investigators were able to match DNA found in the glove to a restaurant worker employed across the street from where the glove was found.

However, Nanos says it won't help them find Guthrie ... because the worker and glove have "nothing to do with the case."

Misty's lawyer Todd Clemons tells TMZ ... Misty is "very, very disappointed" in yesterday's verdict.

Clemons said ... "At this particular point, there's no apology that I'm gonna give on her behalf," adding while Misty respects the jury, she plans to appeal their verdict.

Dennis Hopper Daughter Sues Widow Over IP Rights

Dennis Hopper’s family is locked in an intense legal battle … with the late actor’s daughter claiming his widow interfered with a binding deal to manage the Dennis' image rights and legacy.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Hayward Luxury -- a luxury goods brand founded by Hopper’s daughter Marin Hopper -- claims Victoria Duffy Hopper worked behind the scenes to derail a signed contract that gave Hayward the right to control Dennis Hopper's various trademarks and rights of publicity.

The suit says after Dennis Hopper died in May 2010, the Hopper Art Trust was created to promote and manage his artwork -- including photographs, paintings, and sculptures -- along with his intellectual property.

Hayward says it struck a deal in 2018 with the trust to purchase certain intellectual property rights tied to Hopper, claiming Hayward paid around $800,000 in the first few years of the agreement to invest in the rights it had purchased.
