The Weeknd's manager Amir "Cash XO" Esmailian is currently dealing with the aftermath of a scary situation -- this after one of his security guards was shot multiple times.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the shooting occurred early Monday morning at 2:25 AM outside a home in the Amestoy Estates area of Encino, a Los Angeles suburb.

According to cops, the security guard encountered three males wearing hoodies and masks who had made their way onto the $12 million property that boasts 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and a "state-of-the-art security system.''

Harvey Weinstein has been hospitalized in New York City ... with his lawyer saying he's got a ton of health issues.

Arthur Aidala -- Weinstein's attorney -- tells TMZ his client's now in Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan after doctors on Rikers Island examined him. Weinstein was turned over to Rikers from an upstate prison pursuant to the appeal ruling.

The doctors sent him to Bellevue for more tests, Aidala says ... adding Weinstein's health is a bit of a "train wreck."

Britney Spears has settled her legal dispute with her dad, Jamie Spears, and in a stunning turn of events, Jamie isn't paying Britney a cent, but Britney is paying Jamie's legal bills ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the case has quietly settled and Britney is furious. We're told her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, assured her she had a solid case, but in the end, she's paying Jamie's legal bills which we're told amount to more than $2 million.

Mind you, Britney has paid Rosengart millions -- we've been told north of $4 million -- but now Britney is deep in the hole over the case.

Rose McGowan is slamming the fact Harvey Weinstein's NYC rape conviction was overturned ... and she's got an empowering message for all of his alleged victims.

The actress posted a video Thursday in response to the Weinstein news -- with a caption reading, "They will never overturn who we are. Blessings to all who gave their all." The actual clip itself is just robust ... RMG says they might've overturned the conviction, but the survivors can never be erased.

She gives kudos to everyone fighting the good fight -- noting how proud she is of how far they've come ... and what they know to be true in their fight against "evil."

Los Angeles County D.A.'s Office Harvey Weinstein's Conviction Solid ... No Overturning Expected

Harvey Weinstein's guilty verdict in New York was overturned, but there's no way that happens here on the West Coast ... according to the L.A. County D.A.'s Office, that is.

While many are questioning whether Weinstein's L.A. conviction will hold up now that a NY appeals court tossed his conviction, the prosecutors who handled the case here in Cali aren't worried one bit ... telling TMZ its case was consistent with state law.

A rep for the D.A.'s office says California law allows "propensity evidence" in sexual assault cases subject to a judge's discretion ... and, the office used evidence of Weinstein's sexual assaults in other jurisdictions to make its case -- totally legal, according to them.

Harvey Weinstein's NYC rape conviction getting overturned has him so elated it's reduced him to tears as he sits in prison.

Weinstein's rep Juda Engelmayer tells TMZ he chatted with his client twice today, and Harvey's over the moon about the news of the Court of Appeals ruling Thursday ... which determined his constitutional rights were violated back in 2020 during the trial.

However, Juda says the disgraced movie mogul -- currently incarcerated in an upstate NY State prison -- is only cautiously optimistic about the court's ruling, and knows he has a difficult road ahead of him, especially since it remains to be seen if and when he'll be prosecuted again.

7:28 AM PT -- A rep for the Manhattan D.A.'s Office tells TMZ ... "We will do everything in our power to retry this case, and remain steadfast in our commitment to survivors of sexual assault."

Harvey Weinstein's New York rape conviction just got overturned in the appeals court -- and a new trial has been ordered ... although it remains to be seen if he'll be prosecuted again.

The 4-3 ruling came down Thursday ... with the majority of judges agreeing that the disgraced movie producer's constitutional rights were violated back in 2020 when this case was first going down. According to them, prosecutors allowed other women to testify who weren't pertinent to the charges he was facing.

Gisele Bündchen's day started out rough -- a cop pulled her over in Florida, and she seemed pretty upset over it all ... especially when he handed her a ticket.

Check out this video ... you see a Surfside PD officer pulling over a Mercedes G-Wagon, and not just any G-Wagon ... but Gisele's, one that she's been spotted driving a lot recently. Anyway, you can eventually see Gisele inside ... and she looks awfully emotional.

Anne Heche's estate is having difficulty paying off its outstanding debts -- this according to court docs filed by the late actress' son.

Homer Laffoon is the administrator of his late mom's estate, and he filed docs with the court saying the probate case isn't ready to close yet because it is still dealing with claims from several creditors.

He says her estate has a "modest bank account, royalty payments, and other residual income from pre-death projects" -- such as money from her posthumous memoir "Call Me Anne" -- but, apparently, it's not enough to cover all the claims.

Kyle Richards raced to her daughter's side this week after hearing about an emergency at her kid's home -- as the place got broken into by thieves, who busted in in broad daylight.

Sources familiar tell TMZ … Farrah Aldjufrie's L.A.-area home got burglarized Tuesday afternoon, with the crime happening around 1 PM PT. Thankfully, we're told Farrah wasn't home when this happened ... but unfortunately, these crooks made off with quite a lot.

Our sources say the burglars forced open a door on the property and made entry into the home -- and at some point during their stealing spree, we're told they actually cut Farrah's WiFi off completely ... likely in hopes of trying to cut the connection to surveillance cameras.

Two fitness titans are on a path to square off in court, because David Beckham has sued Mark Wahlberg's company over a fitness deal that made the former soccer star way lighter in the wallet.

Beckham's company, DB Ventures Ltd, alleges in the lawsuit F45 "duped" him into signing on with F45 Training, a company in which Wahlberg has a 36% interest. M.W. also serves as the company's chief brand officer.

Beckham, who got close to Mark when he moved to Cali to play for the L.A. Galaxy, became F45's Global Ambassador. The selling point -- David has millions of social media followers, so it would presumably greatly expand the reach of the company.

The guy Kanye West allegedly punched in the face was one half of a set of twins who are big shots in the restaurant scene here in L.A. -- and we're told he hit the wrong one.

Eyewitnesses who were on the scene Wednesday morning at the Chateau Marmont hotel tell TMZ that what Kanye's team said about what happened -- namely, Bianca herself had been assaulted by the man who ran into her -- is totally off base and simply not accurate.

Here's what our sources tell us about how this went down, from their perspective ... a man accidentally bumped into Bianca in the hotel lobby, which they say was busy at the time. We're told it happened quickly, and the man went on about his way.
