The Michigan man who shouldn't have been driving has yet another update to provide -- as he just took a major step in getting his license ... and it was documented on camera.

As you know, Corey Harris left a judge thoroughly stunned when he appeared in his virtual court hearing from behind the wheel of a car ... despite the fact he was facing a charge for driving with a suspended license.

The drama resulted in Harris being ordered to surrender himself last month -- which got even crazier when the judge realized he never had a license, in the first place. Things are on the up and up now, 'cause he got somewhat of a greenlight to get behind the wheel.

1:38 PM PT -- At a hearing Monday, the judge presiding over this case ended up siding with Madonna's legal team -- namely, there was clearly NO settlement that had been struck, and some kind of miscommunication occurred. He struck the settlement notice, and the case will proceed.

The plaintiffs now have until July to respond to Madonna's motion to dismiss.

Madonna's lawyer is firing back after plaintiffs in her delayed concert lawsuit claimed a settlement had been reached between them ... which he says is absolute bull crap.

Carly Lawrence -- famous for appearing in the Netflix reality dating series "Too Hot To Handle" -- is pulling the plug on her marriage ... because she just filed for divorce.

The reality TV star beelined it to court Monday and filed for a dissolution of marriage from her husband -- "Love Island USA" star Bennett Sipes -- after 2 years of marriage.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Carly is listing Friday as the date of separation ... and she's going with the boilerplate "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

Kim Zolciak Ordered to Settle Target Credit Card Bill ... & Then Some

Kim Zolciak's financial woes have gotten slightly bigger ... she's been ordered to pay off a relatively puny credit card bill from Target -- and though it's minor, she's still on the hook.

In court docs obtained by TMZ ... a Georgia judge issued a default judgment in March in favor of Target National Bank, which handles credit cards for the department store ... ordering KZ to cough up the almost $2,500 she owes -- plus over $100 in court fees.

As we reported ... Kim first opened a credit card with the retailer back in 2007, but TNB said she defaulted on her payments back in 2022 ... with her last payment of $500 being made in September. TNB claimed it demanded a payment from Kim, but she failed to clear her debt.

Chris Hansen's not supporting surgically castrating child predators ... arguing he's not sure it'll put an end to their criminal acts -- or if it'll stand up in a court of law.

We spoke with the "To Catch a Predator" host earlier this week and asked him about the controversial bill passed in Louisiana allowing judges to impose surgical castration on certain child predators ... and, he tells us he's pretty leery of the whole thing.

Hansen says he's met a ton of alleged predators over the years -- on 'Catch' and his new show 'Takedown' on streaming platform TruBlu -- and, he doesn't think surgically castrating them will stop them from abusing children.

L.A. City Councilman Accuses Cops Of Dumping/Ditching Homeless Man

An L.A. city councilman is accusing a neighboring city's police department of dumping a homeless man in his backyard and leaving him high and dry ... and he's got video.

Paul Krekorian -- who represents Los Angeles' 2nd District -- put forth surveillance footage Friday, via FOX 11 reporter Matthew Seedorff, that he claims shows Burbank PD officers dropping off a homeless man right in front of his office in North Hollywood Thursday.

The footage appears to show 2 cops escorting a man out from the back of their patrol vehicle, where he looks to be screaming and/or talking to himself ... before getting on the ground.

Late YouTube star Twomad died without a will -- not shocking considering how young he was -- but now his mom is taking steps to control his estate, which was worth a couple hundred thousand dollars.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the internet personality had $200,000 worth of cash and personal property back in February when he died.

Twomad -- whose real name was Muudea Sedik -- was only 23 years old, and he didn't have a spouse or any kids, so his mom, Feyruza Mohammed, has filed docs to become the administrator of his estate.

Harvey Weinstein's rape conviction in New York was overturned this spring ... and now he's looking to achieve a similar outcome in California, having just filed a new appeal.

In new legal docs obtained by TMZ, Weinstein's lawyers -- Jennifer Bonjean and Michael Freedman -- are officially appealing his 2022 rape conviction in L.A. ... claiming prosecutors relied on false testimony to advance a flawed narrative from one of his accusers.

They also went after the prosecution for allegedly introducing prejudicial information from previously uncharged alleged sex offenses unrelated to the case -- which they say unfairly swayed the jury against Weinstein.

A woman involved in a police chase on a busy L.A. freeway ended the pursuit in the most bizarre way -- climbing on the roof of her car and getting naked ... and it's all on video.

The freaky footage -- which was taken Wednesday near the Culver City neighborhood of Los Angeles -- shows two California Highway Patrol cars attempting to pull over a black SUV in the HOV lane on the 405 when the vehicle suddenly stops and a woman emerges.

Comedian Clayton English is thanking Tyler Perry for putting a brighter spotlight on his racial profiling lawsuit ... and says his run-in with airport cops has him thinking some Black cops absolutely discriminate against Black citizens.

The comedic actor filed suit against the Clayton County Police Department -- along with fellow comedian Eric André -- for separate incidents of alleged racial profiling they experienced at Atlanta's Harstfield-Jackson Airport.

According to the police report submitted by Baraboo PD, cops say the father was questioned by officers that night -- and in terms of a rationale ... they claim he told them he had some kind of personal history with superintendent Rainey Briggs ... the Black school official he shoved away.

Per the docs, obtained by TMZ, the dad told police he had "past issues with Rainey and dislike[d] him." He also allegedly said he didn't want Rainey to have the satisfaction of shaking his daughter's hand.

Tyler Perry's sick of alleged racial profiling at his local airport ... blasting cops for what he sees as the disproportionate stopping of Black people after they're already past TSA.

The film and TV mogul wrote an op-ed for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Thursday ... offering his take after a couple of fellow entertainers filed a lawsuit in 2022 for allegedly getting stopped at ATL's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.

In the piece, TP breaks down the case made by the two comedians in the lawsuit -- Eric André and Clayton English -- who say they were stopped for no reason while just a few steps away from boarding separate flights several months apart in 2021.
