Jay-Z's increasing his calls for a court to sanction Tony Buzbee -- the lawyer representing numerous people accusing Diddy of a variety of sexual misdeeds -- with Jay's side blasting him for not even meeting with his client before he filed the complaint ... but Buzbee isn't backing down.

The rapper's new legal docs in support of his motion were filed earlier this month asking for sanctions against Buzbee ... and, in it, Jay's team points out that Tony now admits he never met with the Jane Doe suing him before he signed off on the complaint.

A$AP Rocky's former friend who testified Tuesday and Wednesday against the rapper in his L.A. criminal trial has 2 outstanding warrants hanging over his head ... TMZ has learned.

A$AP Relli is listed as the defendant in the warrants, for driving without a license and careless driving, in an August 2010 incident in the city of Weehawken, New Jersey, according to court records.

TMZ has confirmed both warrants are still active.

Rocky himself walked into the courthouse earlier as cameras flashed in his face and paparazzi shouted questions at him.

Harvey Weinstein is begging to go back to court for his rape retrial ... mainly because he doesn't think he'll "hold on" much longer behind bars.

The controversial former film producer -- who is set to be retried in New York City after his 2020 sexual assault conviction was overturned last year following an appeal -- pleaded to move up the court date in a Manhattan courthouse Wednesday ... where HW looked worse for wear.

Weinstein, who was wheelchair-bound and frail-looking during the new court appearance, said he doesn't think he'll be able to attend the current April 15 start date ... as he doesn't think he can survive his incarceration on Rikers Island.

A source with direct knowledge of the case tells us the plans could change, but right now RiRi is slated to be there tomorrow.

However, if and when such a frivolous claim is filed and served, rest assured that Mr. Jackson’s legal team will swiftly move to dismiss the matter and seek the maximum costs, fees, sanctions and other remedies that are available under law.

They continued, "Based upon the leaked reports presumably by Ms. Allred, Mr. Jackson is not alleged to be the driver of the vehicle or even the individual who the Plaintiff paparazzi alleges opened the door as he charged a vehicle as it drove away from the bookstore."

TMZ can confirm the lawsuit was not leaked. It was filed publicly in L.A. Superior Court Monday afternoon.

50 Cent allegedly directed his entourage to hit a photographer with a car door, knocking the man from his electric scooter and injuring him in the process ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The "In Da Club" rapper is being sued by a man named Guadalupe De Los Santos, who claims 50 Cent used an SUV to assault him.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the man claims he went to 50 Cent's September 11 book signing at The Grove in Los Angeles to shoot video of the celebrity.
