Family drama with Harvey Weinstein ... he's suing his own brother from jail, claiming his sibling tricked him into guaranteeing a $45 million loan and then left him holding the bag.

Harvey filed a lawsuit Thursday against his brother, Bob Weinstein, and Hollywood executive David Glasser ... a former executive at Weinstein's now-defunct film company, The Weinstein Company.

In the suit, Harvey alleges Bob and David concocted a calculated financial conspiracy to leave him personally liable for a $45 million loan as a way to push him out of the company and set the stage for his downfall.

Jay-Z is going out of his way to expose Tony Buzbee's alleged attempts to get large sums of money from him over 2 different allegations -- one of which was just dismissed, and the other never even ended up in court.

According to docs Jay-Z filed this week, obtained by TMZ, Buzbee sent 2 "demand letters" to Jay in November 2024 -- one of them was over the Jane Doe who accused Jay and Diddy of raping her in 2000, when she was 13. The other was for a John Doe, who, according to the letter, claimed Jay sexually assaulted him at a 2015 Beverly Hills party ... when he was 16, and had been secretly drugged by someone other than Jay.

Now, Jay calls both allegations "false and ridiculous in every respect." As we reported, the Jane Doe accuser filed Friday to dismiss her case ... a huge victory for Jay and Diddy.

Diddy's finally getting a legal victory -- and Jay-Z's celebrating too ... as the woman who'd accused them of raping her when she was 13, is now dismissing her lawsuit.

The Jane Doe accuser filed docs in federal court to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice, which means it can't be refiled. It's a huge 'W' for both music moguls, but Jay, in particular, insisted all along he would not give in to the false allegation ... and now he's come out on top.

You'll recall, the accuser claimed she met Jay and Diddy at a VMA after-party back in 2000, but her lawsuit -- which was filed in December -- was filled with inaccuracies, which came out in the weeks following her suit.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky aren't Pleading the Fifth about their feelings for one another ... showing they're clearly in love while waiting for the verdict in his assault trial at an L.A. courthouse.

The singer and her rapper partner arrived at court Friday ... readying for a long day of waiting for the jury in Rocky's case to come to a decision.

Rocky showed up to court first ... a dark blue coat over a matching suit and black and silver striped tie -- looking calm and cool despite the potential 24-year sentence he's facing.

A$AP Rocky would get knocked out if he went toe-to-toe with A$AP Relli ... but, he can't touch him 'cause Rocky's a powerful dude -- so, says the prosecutor in the case.

John Lewin -- the deputy district attorney who famously won a conviction against real estate mogul Robert Durst -- spoke to the jury during the rebuttal to Rocky's lawyer Joe Tacopina's closing argument.

Lewin started off his rebuttal by saying Rocky was embarrassed that he got caught talking behind Relli's back ... a look Lewin says isn't very manly.

A woman who says she was trafficked as a teenager is now suing Diddy, claiming he paid her and other minors to work a sex party in Miami just a few years ago.

The alleged victim filed the lawsuit Friday and details the encounter she claims went down in or around 2020, when Diddy was hosting a huge party -- which she says was clearly organized as a group sex event in a warehouse.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says Diddy made a formal announcement and toast to start the party. The woman says she'd already been drugged at that point ... sedated by an unnamed man, not Diddy, she calls her "trafficker." She claims to have been under the thumb of various pimps since she was 12, and at the time of Diddy's party, she was still only 15.

A$AP Rocky's trial is winding down ... but, tension between Rocky's team and prosecutors keeps heating up -- 'cause in the middle of closing arguments, A$AP's lawyer and the state engaged in a war of words.

Joe Tacopina -- the defense counsel for Rocky -- delivered more of his ending remarks Friday morning ... during which he repeatedly claimed A$AP Relli, Rocky's former friend turned assault accuser, perjured himself.

Prosecutors took issue with the terminology ... and, prosecutors objected to the language during the argument -- though the judge ultimately allowed it.

The latest Diddy lawsuit comes from a model who claims he drugged her, and offered her a safe place to rest ... but then held her against her will and sexually assaulted her for hours.

The lawsuit, filed anonymously, claims Diddy and the woman met at a VIP party in 1999 which he was hosting in NYC. The first part of her allegation fits the bill of dozens of other lawsuits ... she claims he handed her a drink during the event, and she felt "extreme drowsiness" and could barely stand.

However, what allegedly happened next is slightly different ... the plaintiff claims she told him she needed to leave because she was feeling woozy, and Diddy suggested she sleep at his house, and assured her nothing would happen. She says she also told him she was married, and did not want to hook up with him.

Teddi Mellencamp is getting sympathy from lots of folks as a result of her brain tumors, but she's still getting dragged to court by a former housekeeper ... who says the reality TV star is a bona fide racist.

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star is being sued by a woman named Julia Umana ... who claims she worked as a live-in nanny and housekeeper for Teddi. Umana claims Teddy treated her more poorly than any other celebrity boss.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Umana claims Teddi made her employment a living hell by abusing power, shorting paychecks, creating a hostile work environment and engaging in racial discrimination and harassment.

Diddy forced a woman to consume a drink and then sexually assaulted her in a Los Angeles nightclub, telling her to "take that s***" ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The Bad Boy Records founder is being sued by a Jane Doe who claims he sexually assaulted her in November 2016 at Club Playhouse in Los Angeles.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Diddy approached her in the club and offered her a drink, and when she initially refused he told her, "Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that s*** and shut the f*** up."

Bryan Kohberger's defense team is "really spinning" in their favor the recent news that blood from two unidentified males was collected from the crime scene where four Idaho students were brutally slain -- but it's all smoke and mirrors, so says Nancy Grace.

TMZ caught up with Nancy on Thursday during a Zoom call, and the famous legal commentator weighed in on the Kohberger murder case in which four University of Idaho students -- three females and one male -- were found fatally stabbed inside a house in 2022.

Specifically, Nancy zeroed in on the big news -- which broke in the media several days ago -- about the blood from two mysterious males found on the handrail of a stairway inside the house and on a glove just outside the residence.

Just hours after TMZ's documentary on Wendy Williams dropped on Tubi, the wheels started turning to end her guardianship.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Wendy signed an affidavit Wednesday afternoon asking the judge to set her free. According to the affidavit, Wendy says she has "regained capacity" to function without a guardian.

Wendy also says in the affidavit ... she does NOT have Frontotemporal Dementia, despite what doctors had claimed. Wendy Williams is going to Miami this weekend for her dad's 94th birthday -- it's the first time she's been able to socialize in many many months -- and she'll be spending time with her son, whom she believes took advantage of her financially and triggered her guardianship.

Wendy appeared on Harvey and Mark Geragos' podcast, "2 Angry Men," and they asked her whether it was going to be awkward interacting with her son, Kevin. As Mark noted, Wendy handled it diplomatically -- and made it clear she's looking forward to seeing Kevin.

Wendy talks about the mishandling of her money in TMZ's new documentary, "Saving Wendy," which is streaming for free on Tubi. She says her guardianship was launched after her bank, Wells Fargo, noticed a number of hefty unauthorized withdrawals were being made. Wendy believes Kevin and others were behind it. Kevin has said he did nothing wrong.

Conair makes products to help people look like their best selves ... but, one model claims it did the exact opposite to her -- suing the company after she says their products left her head bloody and mangled.

Lea Encarnacion -- a former New York City hair model -- is suing the conglomerate for an alleged 2020 incident where she says she worked as a hair model for the brand at a convention in Long Beach.

Encarnacion says stylists at the event employed by Conair "negligently applied" a hair-bleaching product to her locks and didn't remove it in a timely manner.
