NFL legend Michael Irvin hit up Craig's in Hollywood last night ... which reminds us ... THE NFL SEASON OFFICIALLY STARTS TONIGHT ... AHHHH!!!!!!!!!

We talked to Irvin about the NFL's new deal with the Uber car service -- in which each NFL player gets a $200 credit in an effort to prevent players from getting DUIs.

It's actually an interesting story ... and Irvin thinks it could actually work ... but THE NFL STARTS TONIGHT!!!!!

RAVENS vs. BRONCOS!!!!!

Don't forget to set your fantasy lineups.

So the NFL has to bribe and also pay someone to babysit drunk azz millionaires who are too stupid and cheap to get a cab or their own driver. Wow. I will think about that the next time I think about splicing out for a high azz game ticket.

The NFL has destroyed the game of football, since when do we have rain delays in football? They have turned it into a game for overpaid thugs who have zero respect for the game. They changed the rules to the point it's almost not even the same game anymore. It's all big talk hype by the media every Sunday and Monday on TV but it never lives up to the hype. The NFL is going the same route as what happened with the NBA. I will stick with college games and high school games no more NFL for me.
