Dwight Howard’s ex-girlfriend Tiffany Render rushed to court days after the former NBA star's estranged wife made shocking allegations against him ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tiffany asked a Georgia judge to grant her temporary custody of their minor daughter, Layla. Us Weekly was the first to report the news.

Dwight was awarded primary custody of 15-year-old Layla in 2024 after a bitter back-and-forth in court.

Mustard is on a roll! The famous DJ and music producer just scored a big win against his ex-wife, Chanel Thierry, in their nasty custody battle ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Mustard -- legal name Dijon McFarlane -- will be able to make final educational decisions for their 3 children until August 2026, after he complained in papers that Chanel was making disparaging comments about him online.

In the papers, the judge determined that at least some of Chanel's recent social media posts were in direct violation of a previous order to refrain from speaking in a "negative, disrespectful, or derogatory manner to or about the other parent in a child's presence or within hearing distance of the child." As a result ... Mustard has now been awarded tie-breaking authority over educational decisions concerning their kids -- Kiylan, Kauner and Kody.

Jenelle Evans' mother, Barbara, seems like she's ready to fight tooth and nail to regain custody of her grandson, Jace ... despite a judge denying her request for emergency custody.

According to docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Barbara beelined it to court on Friday ... filing a motion seeking full custody of the 16-year-old, who is currently in a mental health treatment facility.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the motion was filed behind Jenelle's back ... and it was quickly denied.

Kimora Lee Simmons is clapping back at Russell Simmons after her ex-husband claimed she was using their daughters as leverage to keep him from suing her ... she says he has bigger fish to fry.

In her Instagram Story, Kimora sends a shot at Russell, posting ... "My 'girls' are GROWN WOMEN! You know these are lies. Why are you typing from thousands of miles away in a non-extradition country?"

Kimora is referencing the fact Russell's lived in Bali since 2017 amid multiple sexual misconduct lawsuits and allegations, which Russell says have caused him great suffering.

Jim Edmonds is leaning into family time and celebrating his daughter while navigating the latest developments in his custody dispute with ex-wife Meghan King.

Jim shared a new batch of family photos on Instagram Sunday with the caption, "What a week! A lot to be thankful for," tagging his wife, Kortnie Edmonds, in several of the shots. The post included snapshots from daughter Aspen's Taylor Swift-themed 9th birthday party.

Aspen's cake read "Feeling 9 (Aspen's Version)," complete with heart hands, guitar fondant, and a pink football-shaped decoration stamped with "87" ... a nod to Travis Kelce. Other pics showed Aspen holding balloons and opening a Labubu doll.

He and ex-fiancée Hee Sung "Jamie" Park reached an agreement on custody, visitation rights and child support for their 3-year-old daughter last week, a court document obtained by TMZ shows. Their arrangement -- which also may include other matters such as health insurance for the child -- is sealed, meaning we can't see the exact details.

But ... it's nice to know Post and his ex were able to work things out. We told you all about it -- Park had actually submitted paperwork in April to have the case in L.A., which allows for higher child support payments.

No "Cheap Thrills" here ... Sia and her estranged husband Daniel Bernad have been ordered to enter a mediation session to try to hammer out the custody issues in their contentious divorce.

We broke the news earlier this week -- Daniel's emergency request for full custody was shot down by a judge ... but now, the judge is ordering them to get together for a mediation session over the custody and visitation issues for their 1-year-old, Somersault Wonder Bernad.

In court docs obtained by TMZ, the former couple is being required to at least attempt to work through the issues before the next scheduled hearing. They've got 2 options -- handle things through a video conference with a mediator ... or use the Los Angeles court system's online program meant to help parents formulate a parenting plan.

Sia got a huge W in her divorce from her second husband ... his emergency request for full custody of their son was just shot down by a judge.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ ... a judge ruled most of the facts asserted in the legal docs from Sia's ex Daniel Bernad were old news -- that information was known back in August, when they entered into their temporary physical custody arrangement ... which gave Sia primary custody of their kid and limited monitored visitation for Daniel.

As we reported, Daniel was asking the court for an emergency order granting him sole custody of their 1-year-old, Somersault Wonder Bernad, calling Sia a "serious and immediate danger" to their son over allegations of drug use.

Sia's divorce from her second husband is getting nasty ... because a custody battle just broke out with both of them hurling accusations at the other.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Sia's estranged husband Daniel Bernad is asking the judge for sole custody of their one-year-old, Somersault Wonder Bernad, alleging she is a "serious and immediate danger" to their son, but Sia says he's already restricted to monitored visits because of a child porn investigation.

In the papers, Daniel says, "Sia is an unfit and unreliable parent struggling with substance abuse and addiction, rendering her incapable of providing safe or stable care for Summi. I am the only safe and reliable parent for our son. I am a doctor, young, healthy, and have no criminal history or drug or alcohol addiction issues."

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have been through plenty in their relationship, which has seen lots of ups and downs.

The Disney Channel mainstay and the "Game Of Thrones" star have gone from just friends to more than friends, then to not friends at all, and they now appear to be on friendly terms ... it's a lot, we know.

To that end, let's unpack how the performers grew close, fell apart, and went back to a healthy place.

Jonas and Turner's first interaction occurred when he slid into her DMs, and she revealed during an interview with Harper's Bazaar U.K. that, although they had plenty of mutual friends who wanted to introduce them, the actor had to make the first move.

The pair eventually met IRL, and the two started being seen together in various photos that were shared on social media in late 2016.

The actress decided to make things Instagram official with the singer in 2017, when she shared a photo of him on New Year's Day.

A source subsequently spoke to Us Weekly and claimed Jonas and Turner were openly locking lips during HBO’s 2017 Golden Globes after-party.

The performers played coy about their dating life in the press, however, and the actress simply claimed during an interview with Marie Claire U.K. that she was "very happy" in her relationship.

Jonas waited until October 2017 to pop the big question to Turner, and they announced their engagement by sharing posts on their respective Instagram accounts at the time.

The actress later told Marie Claire that she found her engagement to be "lovely" and that she had experienced "a sense of peace that comes with finding your person."

The two went on to make their red carpet debut during a Paris Fashion Week event, which took place the following October.

Jonas and Turner -- who starred alongside Nick and Kevin Jonas' respective partners Priyanka Chopra and Danielle Jonas in the music video for the brothers' track "Sucker" -- tied the knot in a ceremony that took place in Las Vegas in May of 2019.

The couple went on to hold a second wedding ceremony in the South of France the following month, during which the actress' "Game Of Thrones" costar Maisie Williams served as her maid of honor.

Reports began to swirl about a potential pregnancy in the summer of 2020, and a source told People at the time the pair were "hoping to expand their family."

Turner later gave birth to the couple's first daughter, Willa, that July, after which an insider spoke to Entertainment Tonight and claimed the couple was "obsessed" with the new addition to their family.

The actress went on to confirm she was pregnant with her second child during an interview with Elle U.K. published in May 2022, and she expressed that the prospect of being able to expand her family further was "the best blessing ever."

Jonas and Turner welcomed their youngest daughter, Delphine, that July ... although their child's name was not revealed until the following year.

The couple remained together until the following September, when we reported they were headed for a divorce.

Jonas officially filed for divorce on September 5th, and a source told People the performers had "been living separate lives for months" prior to the filing.

A legal battle over the custody of the couple's children began when Turner filed a lawsuit in  September 2023 in an effort to have the couple's children returned to England.

According to the documents she filed, Jonas apparently refused to turn over his daughters' passports, although the actress ultimately dropped her claims the following January, People reported.

The singer and the actress went on to finalize their divorce in September 2024, and they've since established a healthy co-parenting relationship.

Jonas spoke highly of his ex-wife during an episode of the "School Of Greatness" podcast, where he claimed his daughters had "incredible women to look up to, including their mom."

Post Malone's ex-fiancée wants full physical custody of their daughter ... asking a judge to allot the musician visitation rights only, TMZ has learned.

Hee Sung "Jamie" Park filed custody documents in Los Angeles earlier this week, asking the court to award her primary physical custody of their 2-year-old daughter, identified in the docs as "DDP."

She also checked boxes saying she's cool with sharing legal custody of DDP ... and, she's also fine with him being allowed visitation or "parenting time" with their child.

Kim Kardashian could face serious consequences -- as serious as losing custody -- for not taking ex-husband Kanye West to court if he poses a danger to his children ... so says Dr. Phil.

Dr. Phil appeared on the latest episode of the "2 Angry Men" podcast with Harvey and Mark Geragos, and he had a lot to say about Kim's predicament with Kanye. As we reported, the latest blowup occurred when Kim yanked North out of Kanye's recording studio after Kanye invited the infamous Tate brothers to join them. Kim felt any interaction with the brothers would pose a danger to her kids.

And that's the problem, Phil says. If Kanye's erratic behavior -- which includes telling the world in his view the man makes the final decision on everything -- poses a danger and Kim does nothing, authorities could step in and remove the children from the home.

Mama June just scored a legal win -- a court ordered that she'll retain custody of her late daughter Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell's daughter, Kaitlyn.

TMZ got their hands on the court docs ... a Georgia judge ruled legal and physical custody of Kaitlyn will stay with Mama June ... this after Michael Caldwell -- Anna's ex who was not Kaitlyn's biological father -- tried to obtain custody rights.

As InTouch first reported ... the court ruled that Michael won’t have any visitation rights unless Mama June and Kaitlyn agree otherwise. The legal order mentioned Kaitlyn expressed her wish to keep living with her grandmother during her testimony at a July hearing.

Halle Berry has reached a breaking point in her never-ending custody battle with ex-husband Olivier Martinez ... she says their 10-year-old is suffering in a big way because of the conflict and she now wants sole legal custody.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Halle claims Olivier's "turbulent and detrimental behavior" has seriously impacted their 10-year-old son Maceo. She gets very specific in the docs, essentially saying the boy has serious behavior and learning problems that Olivier refuses to address.

Halle says Olivier has been a big obstacle in getting Maceo help, prioritizing soccer over school ... and the child has now fallen behind. She claims Olivier has refused to get his son a tutor because it would interfere with soccer practice.
