Josh Brown Done with the Giants ... Report Says

10/21/2016 11:27 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
Breaking News

1020-josh-brown-getty-02The NY Giants will move Josh Brown off the team roster and onto the Commissioner's exempt list by Friday afternoon ... this according to ESPN

It's not the same as firing Brown -- he'll basically be in NFL purgatory -- but the network is reporting that "he has kicked his last kick for the Giants."

The move will come in the wake of new documents that have surfaced in Brown's 2015 domestic violence case -- in which the kicker admitted to abusing his ex-wife.

FYI, the list is only available to use by teams dealing with "unusual circumstances" with a player. Adrian Peterson and Greg Hardy have previously been on the list.

While on the list, Brown will still be eligible to receive his NFL salary -- which is just over $1 million.

Johnny Manziel Crappy Details In $350,000 Lawsuit ... Animal Poop & Debauchery

10/20/2016 1:14 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

1020_johnny-manziel-tmzNew disgusting allegations against Johnny Manziel -- who's being sued for more than $350,000 for allegedly treating a $50 MILLION mansion like a giant litter box ... according to a new lawsuit.

As we previously reported, Manziel's at war with the guy who owns the famous Weidlake Mansion in the Hollywood Hills ... where the QB allegedly stayed for most of the summer.

According to the lawsuit, Manziel and his pal entered an 8 month lease to stay at the pad but disappeared after 3 months ... after causing more than $187,000 in damages.

"Defendants ravaged the plaintiff's home," the suit reads ... "They broke doors and mirrors, and failed to clean up and immense amount of dog feces and urine that was left throughout multiple rooms of the house for days, if not weeks."

The owner claims the pee and poo left an "overwhelming stench and permanent staining to expensive couches, hardwood floors, rugs and carpets."

The owner claims he reached out to Johnny to fix the issue and Johnny texted back taking full responsibility.

"This is on me %1000," one of Johnny's alleged texts reads ... "I cannot apologize enough."

The owner says Johnny also promised to cover the damages saying, "I'm a man of my word."

Problem is ... according to the suit, Manziel and his roommate never fixed the problem -- plus they moved out after 3 months and still owe $125,000 in unpaid rent.

Johnny has adamantly denied any wrongdoing and says he never signed any contract that would put him on the hook for rent or any other damages.

It is unfortunate that we did not have the benefit or knowledge of these materials at the time."

Brown's private journal -- along with letters and emails -- were part of Brown's domestic violence case in King County, Washington stemming from a 2015 arrest.

Brown was charged with 4th degree assault/domestic violence after an incident with his ex-wife -- but the charge was eventually dropped.

Now, the documents have gone public -- and it paints a very disturbing picture of Brown.

"I have physically, mentally, emotionally and verbally been a repulsive man," Brown wrote in one of his journal entries, obtained by

In that same entry, he circled the words, "I have abused my wife."

In another letter he wrote to friend back in 2014 as part of counseling sessions with his ex, Brown explains his damaged mindset.

"I have been a liar for most of my life ... I made selfish decisions to use and abuse women starting at the age of 7 to fill this void."

"I objectified women and never really worried about the pain and hurt I caused them. My ability to connect emotionally to other people was zero. My empathy levels were zero."

"Because I never handled these underlying issues I became an abuser and hurt [my ex-wife] physically, emotionally and verbally. I viewed myself as God basically and she was my slave."

In another document, Brown refers to himself as a porn addict -- saying he "viewed pornography on a consistent basis to manage my desire for physical contact."

"I developed into a sexual deviant that viewed sex as a sport all most [sic]."

As for the Giants, they signed Brown to a $4 million, 2-year contract earlier this year -- and team officials have stood by him despite his domestic violence arrest and the frightening allegations against him.

However, it's not known if the team knew about his written admissions -- handed out by cops this week -- when they signed Brown.

The NFL had suspended Brown for 1 game without pay for the arrest (the season opener) -- citing a violation of the league's personal conduct policy.
