DeSean Jackson Mayweather's Strip Club Is Money! ... One of the The Best Ever

7/23/2017 12:25 AM PDT

Floyd Mayweather ain't just the best in the ring, he's also one of the GREATEST strip club entrepreneurs in America ... so says booty aficionado DeSean Jackson

Now, that DJax is playing for the Bucs, we asked if the rumors are true -- that Tampa Bay really is the #1 city for strip clubs in the country.

If you didn't know, Tampa has more strip clubs per capita than just about any other city in the U.S.

But DeSean isn't sold on the T&A scene in TB just yet ... telling TMZ Sports there's a VERY obvious #1.

Among the top, Mayweather's Girl Collection in Vegas -- which Floyd opened earlier this year.

Alright ladies of Tampa, the challenge has been laid down.

Bengals WR John Ross I'm Down To Race Usain Bolt!! ... For a Good Cause

7/22/2017 12:05 AM PDT

The world's fastest man is getting a challenge from the best 40-yard-dash sprinter in NFL combine history ... 'cause Bengals rookie John Ross says he's down to race Usain Bolt.

We spoke with the ex-Washington star about going up against the 8-time Olympic gold medalist ... and Ross says he's open to facing off with Bolt after he gets his rookie season under his belt.

Ross -- who blew scouts away when he ran a 4.22 at this year's combine -- also believes the speed showdown could raise some money for charity in the process.

Of course, Bolt is set to retire in August ... so, maybe Ross would have a chance??

Pacman Jones Suspended Without Pay Over Insane Hotel Incident

7/21/2017 9:44 AM PDT
Breaking News

Pacman Jones has finally received his NFL punishment over that hotel incident in which he allegedly assaulted a security officer and told a cop to "suck my d*ck" ... and he'll only miss 1 game.

The incident went down back in January and the aftermath was recorded on police cameras. Jones not only cussed out the arresting officer, he also wished death upon him.

Jones was initially arrested for disorderly conduct, assault and obstructing official business -- but the first two charges were dropped and he ultimately pled guilty to the 3rd.

The NFL says Jones will be suspended without pay for the first 2017 regular season game for violating the league’s Personal Conduct Policy.

The NFL says it considered the crazy video of Jones going off on the cops when the league decided his punishment.

The league issued a letter to Jones saying, "As you acknowledged, your post-arrest words and actions reflected poorly on you and your family, the Cincinnati Bengals football club, and the NFL. While it is our understanding that appropriate apologies have been publicly extended, they do not completely negate your behavior and admission of culpability for the underlying conduct."

Jones has 3 days to appeal the punishment, if he chooses to do so.

NFL's Brandon Marshall Don't Tell Me Geno Smith Is Better Than Kaepernick

7/21/2017 7:22 AM PDT

Geno Smith. Ryan Fitzpatrick. Matt Barkley

They have jobs. Colin Kaepernick doesn't. And it's not sitting right with Brandon Marshall

The Denver Broncos linebacker has been a staunch ally and friend of Colin's for years -- since they played together at Nevada back in college, where they were also fraternity brothers.

Marshall -- who famously joined Kap's national anthem protest last season -- says Colin is still immensely talented and driven and BELONGS in the league.

He also tells us Colin's smart, talented, hard-working -- he's not a menace and won't do anything to cause an NFL organization any issues if he's signed this year.

Marshall also has strong feelings about Mike Vick's haircut comments -- saying, "Those words should never have come out of his mouth from a black man to another black man."

Breaking News

James Harrison is the KING of crazy strength training videos ... but an NFL rookie might be comin' for the throne.

In the blue corner ... 39-year-old Steelers LB pushing a sled weighing OVER 1,800 POUNDS -- that's one plate for each year of his life.

In the red corner ... 22-year-old Falcons LB Duke Riley pulling an SUV weighing AT LEAST 5,500 POUNDS -- a 2017 Yukon Denali plus his buddy in the driver's seat.

James takes a few tries. Duke did his easy.

Keep in mind, though ... pushing is harder than pulling -- and Duke has wheels workin' for him too.

So, what's more impressive?

Mike Vick Regrets Kaepernick Hair Comments 'Truly Sorry For What I Said'

Breaking News

Mike Vick says he never should've suggested Colin Kaepernick cut his afro to look more presentable to NFL owners ... and admits he "should've used a better choice of words" when addressing the free agent QB.

Vick's been under fire since he made controversial comments about Kap on FS1's "Speak for Yourself" earlier this week ... and the ex-NFL star says his original message was taken out of context.

"Obviously, we all know his afro has nothing to do with him being signed, and I wasn't trying to relay that message. It was just more so about helping him at the end of the day," Vick told the "Dan Patrick Show" on Thursday.

Vick says he's always been a Kaepernick supporter and is "truly sorry for what I said."

Giants Co-Owner Steve Tisch Kaepernick's Hair Ain't A Problem He's Not Being Blackballed

7/20/2017 7:18 AM PDT

Steve Tisch says Michael Vick is dead wrong about Colin Kaepernick ... telling TMZ Sports his hair has nothing to do with his NFL return, because Tisch doesn't think he's being blackballed.

We got Steve, the co-owner of the NY Giants at Craig's out in L.A. and asked him if he thought there was any truth to Michael Vick's controversial statements about Colin Kaepernick's appearance.

Vick said Kaep should cut his afro to show NFL teams a cleaner cut look, with the thinking being that chopping his locks could make him more presentable to owners afraid of his off-the-field activism.

Tisch flatly told us he didn't think it was about the hair, and when we asked if he believed Colin was getting blackballed at all -- something a lot of NFL players think -- he said "No."

NFL Star Dante Fowler Arrested For Battery Allegedly Punched Man, Threw Liquor In Lake

7/19/2017 8:31 AM PDT
Breaking News

Jaguars star DE Dante Fowler was arrested for battery after allegedly roughing up a man Tuesday night in Florida ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Fowler -- the 3rd overall pick in the '15 draft -- was arrested by St. Petersburg PD around 8:30 PM after cops say he got into a fight at an apartment.

According to the police report, Fowler, 22, punched a guy and broke his glasses after a verbal argument in the parking lot of an apartment complex. The report also says Fowler grabbed a grocery bag carried by the alleged victim -- with newly purchased liquor -- and threw it into a nearby lake.

Cops say the victim didn't have any visible injuries. Cops also noted they don't believe DF was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Fowler was arrested for 2 misdemeanors ... simple battery and criminal mischief.

D.F. was taken to Pinellas County Jail. He's since been released after posting $650 bond.

The Jaguars released a statement addressing the arrest ... saying they were aware of the situation, and have been in contact with Fowler.

FYI -- this isn't the first time Fowler's been involved in a violent situation. Last year he stood by and watched as his GF and baby mama beat the crap outta each other ... before finally intervening.

Terrell Owens Mike Vick's Wrong About Kaepernick ... His Hair's Irrelevant

7/19/2017 7:52 AM PDT

Terrell Owens says it's absolutely ridiculous for Mike Vick to suggest Colin Kaepernick should cut his afro to be more presentable to NFL teams ... telling TMZ Sports Kap's hairdo is completely irrelevant.

We filled T.O. in on Vick's comments on FS1's "Speak For Yourself" earlier this week -- when Vick said Kap's first step to finding a new team should be to cut his 'fro -- and Owens is clearly against the idea.

T.O. thinks there isn't one bit of truth to Vick's statements ... and says Kap's appearance is not the reason why he's currently unemployed.

Anthony Munoz Manziel Will Get Another Shot ... America Always Forgives

7/19/2017 6:09 AM PDT

One of the greatest players in NFL history thinks Johnny Manziel WILL get another shot in the NFL ... Hall of Famer Anthony Munoz, who says America always gives second chances.

We got Munoz at LAX and asked him if the new Johnny Football has a chance to capture his old pigskin glory again, or if he's done too much to ever be taken seriously again.

When we say "new" we mean it ... Johnny has been keeping his nose extremely clean, working out, laying low, and hanging out with his brand new fianceeBre Tiesi.

Munoz says if that guy is here to stay, he thinks it's only a matter of time before some NFL GM gives Johnny a chance to redeem himself.

You hear that, kid? Don't mess it up.
